Creating Fat Content Description

Creating Fat Content is a course created by Dr. Andy Williams. It has a very unique focus – the topic of the course is centered on content strategies and site building for SEO benefits. There are very few courses on the topic and even fewer that teach you how to do it right. I’ll talk about Dr. Andy William’s course in this article and touch on many of the strategies taught.

Creating Fat Content Detailed Overview

In the SEO world, you often hear the phrase content is king as the more pages you have on your site, the more those pages have a chance to rank in the search engines. But there is very little information on how to write and organize your content in a way that helps you rank better in the search engines. You are left to figure this out on your own or listen to advice given out in forums and newsletters.

The Creating Fat Content course teaches how Dr. Andy Williams creates content that do very well in the search engines. As you know, there are so many options marketers have to create content. You can join a membership site with PLR content, outsource your content to cheap writers, and use software to rewrite existing content.

But due to the duplicate content penalty carried out by Google as well as the emergence of LSI technology, these content creation strategies are becoming less effective. It’s obvious that the search engines do not want poor or spammy content littering their listings.

LSI is short for latent semantic indexing, which basically means that Google will look at for relationships on pages to determine what it is about and how to rank it. For example: If one of your pages is about Apple (the company), Google will look for keywords like iPod, Macintosh, iPhone, and Steve Jobs to rank it appropriately. This way your page will not rank for apple (the fruit). Many expert SEOs also believe that Google is starting to use LSI in their algorithm to rank pages and this is part of the strategy in the Creating Fat Content course.

Dr. Andy Williams believes that for content to do well in the search engines it must offer value to the reader, be unique and well written, and be themed to help search engines categorize the content. Most of us already know about the first two factors but very few know how to theme a website. In the manual, he teaches you how to theme your keywords and your pages to rank better in the search engines. I found this very valuable as very few teach how to build a good site structure and organize your content for better rankings.

I also like how he builds his content to rank for multiple keywords rather than the standard one optimized page per keyword rule which is the standard SEO practice. Using multiple related keywords you want to rank for in conjunction with the primary keyword (perfect way to factor in LSI). Case studies are shown to prove the effectiveness of this technique and he has many pages that rank well using it.

Creating Fat Content Reputation

The Creating Fat Content course includes a 225 page manual, Fat Content Creator software, a Search browsing research tool, and the Content Publisher software. The Fat Content Creator software is an article editor to check the quality of your content and make sure it’s well themed. The Internet Search Browser is a helpful research tool that will make your article writing process easier. Finally, the Content Publisher is a software program that helps you edit, manage, and upload your content efficiently.

In conclusion, this is a very comprehensive course about building content and sites. There are examples and case studies to help you absorb the concepts and take action. The bottom line is that Dr. Andy Williams has backed his teachings with real life examples of his pages being ranked. There is great value in this course with all the different tools included to help use his strategies. I highly recommended this course if you are actively doing SEO to get traffic.

Becoming a SEO PRO

Although SEO is my method of expertise, I purchased this course to make sure there wasn't anything else that people were doing that I wasn't. SEO is a very tedious and time consuming job, especially if you don't know what you are doing completely. I have been working with SEO for 2 years and the game has changed constantly over the past couple years, so it is imperative to always look for new methods of reaching the top spots. This program focused on stuffing your website with rich content that the search engines love.

The main thing about SEO is following the patterns that the main search engines use to rank the pages. This program covered every single method that I use to this day and presented me with 4 or 5 new twists that I have yet to try. The minute I put those methods to work, my websites would begin reaching the top 4 in just a few days, now that's effective. Although most of this program was me re-reading things that I already knew, my un-biased opinion of it in whole was a great product. I recommended this to a few of my buddies who are just getting into IM and they also enjoyed the course.

Great course about content writing and SEO

When I was looking for ways to increase my site page rank using SEO I found this course. I've seen a lot of SEO courses but this one is a little different with it's focus on site and content building which I found pretty intriguing. I ordered the course and received it after a few days.

I started reading it and one of the things that I noticed was how easy it was to understand it. I didn't have to stand still at some sentences at all to think things through, which is great because it kept me hooked. It's nicely written and it has a great structure making it one of the least cluttered courses I've seen.

The course provided a lot of interesting things that I knew little of, ranging from different content strategies to which meta tags to use. A great bonus that I liked very much was that there's actually a chapter on how to write articles well, not only for search engines but for the readers.

At the end of each chapter there are a few open questions to think about and Mr. Williams encouraged me in the course to send the answers I thought was right to him so he could give feedback. I sent a few answers and he kindly replied with detailed feedback and suggestions!

The course was a great way to learn more about content writing and SEO strategies and the feedback I got along the way with the Q&A e-mails I sent was a great addition.
