In fact the Website claims that a Website visitor can "start making money within 1 hour of purchasing Forex Enterprise".
What it is then, is a system that anyone, even someone without any advanced education can benefit from. After all, Marks himself has only a high school diploma and was deep in debt when he implemented his ideas. According to his Website, neither captial nor a formal education is needed to succeed with Forex Enterprise. He states luck isn't a requirement either. In fact, he claims that not one person who has actually worked the system has failed to make money with it. It requires only that you follow four simple rules. Nick asks those who buy his system to read it, follow the four rules and exactly what he does in order to increase their bank account.
One thing that Nick Marks provides on the forexenterprise.com Website that is absent in most Internet scams is contact information that is made available to Website visitors and customers. His company name (MarksEnterprise.com, Inc.), address, zip code, phone number, and office hours are right there in black and white on the Website. Scam products seldom give out contact information.
Nick also gives an 8-week money back guarantee. It is a no questions asked refund of the full price which presently is $49.00 if the buyer has not made at least the $49.00 back while working the Forex Enterprise system.

Plenty of Forex Enterprise customers are willing to write about their experiences online, and for the most part, the comments are positive. They seem to agree that the system has a step-by-step format. The system shows the buyer how to create multiple streams of income so that increases the odds that something they try will generate money. The steps require little or now cash investment. Nick Marks includes a free website so that the buyer can sell products and earn money.
On a negative side, a few people mentioned that the name of the product is misleading because most people associate the name, "Forex" with Forex trading and the foreign-exchange (Forex or FX) market where currencies are traded.
One thing that Nick Marks has been accused of is being too vague on the Website about what Forex Enterprise entails and that the details of what the product is exactly is not revealed on the site. The claim that the system has not failed to make anyone money is a little hard to believe. Is emotional appeal good copy or is it an earmark of a scam?
There have been complaints of not being able to get refunds or being asked to take a product in exchange instead of a cash refund. Others have received refunds with no difficulty at all.
There are many reviews online about Forex Enterprise by those who have purchased and have been very happy.
At best, Forex Enterprise has mixed responses regarding whether or not it is a scam or a legit system for making serious Internet income.
Reputation
On the Ripoff Report site there were 3 reports dating from 2008 and 2 from 2007. The reports were about not receiving the free starter kit dvd, or having to pay for the kit, and having difficulty getting a refund. It is inevitable that when selling the volume of sales that Nick has regarding Forex Enterprise that there would be a handful of reports. Overall more positive comments were found when searching then negative.
Domain "Whois"
The Whois information for a website lists the owner and their contact information. The Whois information for "Forex Enterprise" is public which is generally a good thing. This indicates the owner of this site has nothing to hide.

I started with Nick Marks
I needed to find second income. I typed “earning money online” into Google. The first interesting thing that appeared there in that time was “Forex Enterprise”. I did not know anything about earning money on Internet so I was quite amazed by Nick Marks (the founder of Forex Enterprise). He could not even get a job as mail man, did not have any computers skills! Wow! And just in few days he started to earn fortune on Internet. I was surprised by his beautiful house, car, …So I purchased Forex Enterprise (for £35, in that time I even did not know that I can get it for only £17 if I have a little chat before I will leave his page). And what I receive from him was actually e-book (no surprise now), full of general knowledge about blogging, PPC, website affiliates, … It was really good stuff for me at that time because I did not know about anything. Step by step I was learning how to build an affiliate blog and website. Through him I signed up a contract with Black Wire Hosting which created for me an affiliate website. It cost me another £200 (thanks for this). I was excited, could not wait to earn my first income like I was told. I was doing everything according to his advices and checking my stats. And I am checking and waiting till this day without no payment yet (nearly one year). But hey-haw, everybody needs to start somehow, somewhere…I started with Nick Marks, have not had any sales yet but at least I know something about Internet affiliating.

A Waste of Time
Forex Enterprise is absolutely worthless. It was one of the products that I purchased several years back as a newbie. When I purchase an IM product, I digest all of the information included and put it to full use. I did this with Forex Enterprise and made next to nothing as a result.
Forex Enterprise is a scam and for a while led me to believe that Internet marketing as a whole was not worth the effort. Of course after buying and learning from subsequent products, that view changed for the better.
My personal experience with Forex Enterprise amounts to a waste of time. I implemented every method that I learned as a result of studying this product, and what I earned was not worth the effort that I put in. I did make a few product sales, but made many more as a result of studying the information in other, much better IM products.
Forex Enterprise needs to disappear off the Internet, as it will only serve to slow down one's progress in Internet marketing.

I think it is a scam
Guys I have been using this one a while now, but I have not had any luck with it, earned 0$. So maybe it is a scam, but not for sure. The steps you need to follow are very simple and easy, maybe too good to be true? Who knows? For now I give it a C!

Not useful at all
I bought this product few months back, and I immediately regretted my own decision. They did not provide any helpful documents so that I could gain some knowledge from it and start working on the forex market. Rather, the materials were too boring and not understandable for me. I Don't think anyone can get any kind of help from this product at all.

I purchased this product about a year ago and up to this moment I have not made any money. I think this is another one of those that say I GOT YOUR MONEY.

I have been doing this a while. They are doing as they are but 1 thing I never grade A unless they are really outstanding that's the way I am.

Maybe it's just me
I purchased Forex Enterprises a couple months ago and I found the information he gave me was outdated and nowhere near easy. And I didn't make money 1 hour later as he claimed. It's very time consuming and if you don't have any experience at online marketing I suggest you stay away from this product until you've gained the knowledge needed to make this product work for you. Other than that, it was a fairly useful product.
