Nice product, great results

I spent more than 60$ but I recovered that investment in less than 3 months when I sold some websites I created.

"Lump Sun Profits" is only good for the ones who already know the basics of how to create a website.

This is a good product since you get to know how to create a website and how to take money from it even if it is not the best website of the world or has not the best traffic.

You will need some budget at the beginning so you can buy a domain and hosting for your website but it does not cost much.

Way too mundane and vague

This system is essentially a home makeover system for websites. I was hoping to gain some serious money making strategies and advice, but instead I got a confusing and hard to understand system that didn't provide me with any discernible information that I did not already know. I would not recommend this system for anyone unless you can comprehend this vague system.

Good information in Lump Sump Profits and good tips in the Flip Alerts

The only reason Ryan doesn't get an A is because he's light on details as to HOW he monetizes to get a site making money, which is of course the piece of the puzzle most of us want and need.

The course gives case studies in which sites were bought and how they were improved before flipping. The best info Ryan gives is how he chooses the sites he buys, what he looks for, how he evaluates a site. After he buys the site he improves it, usually working on it for one to three months to get the numbers up. Then he flips. He gives pretty good information about how to sell sites using both flippa and private methods.

He also has a series of interviews with others who have successfully flipped sites, and the details contained are pretty good, though these interviews were done Pre-Panda-Update so some aren't as valid as they were before (ie autoblogs are D-E-A-D. )

One of his best case studies is the one about the grant site.

Though I can't say you'll come away with all the details needed to make a bundle, it does give a pretty good overview of how to deal in online real estate. He does have an upsell to eTycoon, which promises to fill in the blanks. I can't speak to that one, since it was a little rich for me.
