Good product

I purchased this product and I didn't regret it. It's worth the price since they have adapted it for newbies and professionals alike.

I followed their concept of a membership site, it helped me to bring me some success. I have been able to keep many memberships for a month. The only thing that I don't like is that the catch is that you have to give your own twist to this idea and to think outside the box. You will receive lessons and tutorials each week and it will help to walk you to success. It helped me a lot and I would like to recommend to everybody.

My Independant Review

I purchased Membernaire ten months ago. I was looking for something different from the normal FTM (Fixed-Term Membership) courses. So why not a course all about creating your own FTM and how to monetize it?

Initially the amount of content received and the amount of work required was staggering. In the first month alone you receive eleven lessons. Considering you are only supposed to get one lesson a week, this is complete over delivery - but in a good way.

The first four weeks are essential for setting up all the components for your own membership site. Also included are a couple of excellent bonuses and a stylish and professional .doc file you can use as a template for the content of your lessons.

As you progress through the course Jimmy reveals tips and techniques for monetizing the backend and frontend sales funnels, how to write the content for your lessons, how to drive traffic, how to outsource content, sneaky leverage tricks to help get affiliates on board plus much, much more.

Some of the lessons are 'copy and paste' material from Jimmy's other reports. This doesn't make the course less valuable as it only serves to reinforce the belief that you are really being taken step-by-step through the minefield of FTM membership site creation by an absolute marketing genius.

My only gripes are that when you progress through later lessons you occasionally get a sense of deja-vu. Almost like he's copy and pasted lessons from within Membernaire as well as from his other info products and reports.

Also, the info on niche selection is very basic and not detailed enough. Heck, if you get this step wrong then all your other efforts are wasted. However, in a later lesson Jimmy reveals other Membernaire student sites. One of those is geared toward helping you pick the right niche for your FTM site. So I guess Jimmy does deliver on this albeit indirectly.

Plus the 'you only need 3-5 hours a week to maintain your site thing' is completely wrong.

Yeah maybe if you want your site to cover the cost of the course plus give you an few extra bucks each month. However, if you're looking at replacing your full-time income with a membership site then there is a lot of work required. Sure you can outsource, you can outsource it all if you want to and Jimmy shows you how, but if you do outsource then you'll need to be a project manager which will still take up a lot of your time.

However, with all being said, this course receives a big thumbs up from me. It will help you start your own profitable FTM site and if you've got a spare $197 a month to plow into this then you can tap into Jimmy's vast marketing knowledge and know-how through his 'Inner Circle'.

A Good Product For Long-Term Marketers

I was a member of Membernaire as long as it lasted, for a whole year.

I was actually trying to get some information about setting up a membership site and take profit from it, until I found it, which was recommended by a friend of mine.

The good points to purchasing these coaching lessons are:

The lessons are "Newbie" Friendly, which means that is friendly to everyone starting out with a membership site, just like I was. It starts with some good lessons on how to register a keyword rich domain name, find hosting, research niches, etc. The lessons also teach you what model to choose for your membership, pricing models and their pros and cons as well. It has step by step instructions and you can't get stuck with it because they are so easy!

Besides that, the tips you learn there on how to get your members to stay with you are awesome.

Customer Support is good, fast and very helpful. Every time I emailed them they replied back to me within 2 days and helped me as much as I can.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that the number of lessons sent each week was not what I expected. Although, you can set things up in a day or two, like I did, people getting started with membership sites will find this (a week to set things up) very useful.

It doesn't matter if you're a "newbie" or "guru", you'll still learn new things, and it's worth it for a price like $27.

A Good Product

I brought this product and I don't regret. it's Worth it the $27 as they are tailored for newbies and pro's alike.

After applying they concept and building a membership site it has brought me success, I have been able to keep many memberships steady. The catch is that you have to give your own twist to this idea and think outside the box, the conversion rate and your success depends on the content of your courses and your skill alone.

You will receive weekly lessons and it will walk you trough to make your own membership site. It helped me greatly and I recommend to anyone.

Be prepared for a no-nonsense environment with this

I have been a member of Membernaire for approximately three months and so far I'm satisfied with the overall membership. I knew by receiving my first email during week one, that this was hardcore information and nothing else. There is no side-stepping anything or off the beaten path information anywhere. Beginning with week one and continuing, the average PDF file is approximately three pages most weeks. However, this is informative, in depth, and step-by-step information for me to follow. I will have to say that it took me about three days to create my own site. The main key to the first lesson is completing the 10 steps for a successful startup. Without this, you will not be able to succeed with week two.

To me, this site is worth the $27 per month because it does an exceptional job of explaining the whole process of a membership site. These weekly lessons do not leave anything out by any means and yet they are all set up in a way that you must complete one week to be able to work with the next week. It is a building process and everything must be followed. I'm beginning to see some benefits from this membership as the techniques described and implemented have begun to show on my end. I continue on with the membership because I want to make sure that my site is as good as it can possibly be. Every week so far, I have been adding to it as instructed and it pays off.

If you are ready for a no-nonsense approach to learning how to get a successful membership site up and running, then this is definitely the product for you. If you are expecting it to go by itself, then I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have learned so much so far and I still have nine months to go. It is a good program if you give it the attention it needs and also take the full week given to you to apply what is being said.

Expensive and not much content each week

I've read that membership sites make a good income once a decent userbase has been established, so I searched for more info how to build such a site. One of the suggestions I found was Membernaire. It's a training program with weekly installments, which I thought was handier than just receiving an e-book, so I signed up for it.

At the end of the week I received my first installment that included an introduction, a global overview of what's to come and some reading material. I was a little disappointed because I thought there would be more content provided, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited for the next issue. In that one there was more content and while it was interesting and well written, I still found it a little lacking for it's price that I had to pay each month, so I opted out.

Opting out proved to be more difficult than I expected, I had to send a few (!) e-mails to their support before they finally agreed to stop my subscription.

I think there are better resources elsewhere on membership sites that have a better content-cost ratio.
