Newsletter Promote Description

Newsletter Promote is an automated tool for newsletter promotion. It was designed to increase the subscription base of Ezine publishers though one-click promotion. This software is also fully customizable and has been designed to assist online publishers in submitting Ezines to several directories.

How far does this automated machine helps increase the efficiency effectiveness of internet marketers? Let's find out!

Newsletter Promote Detailed Overview

For the benefit of those who may want an automated tool for newsletter promotion, here are some of the most important features of the Newsletter Promote software. First, Newsletter Promote has a built-in automated directory submission tool. This directory submission tool will submit your Ezine or article to more than 40 Ezine directories. The tool has a master form where you can list the information needed to submit articles to directories. All you have to do is to complete this master form in order to start the automated process of submission.

The Newsletter Promote directory submission tool also remembers your data. So, this will auto fill the form fields the next time you submit articles to Ezine directories. The auto form fill utility can save time especially if you have lots of articles to submit. Newsletter Promote also has an automated Ezine announcement list. In fact, there are 60 announcement lists available in the software. This tool is fully customizable. You can send an automated announcement to your subscriber list on a weekly, bimonthly or monthly basis. This tool eliminates the need of sending individual emails to subscribers whenever a new newsletter is available.

Another important tool available in Newsletter Promote is the e-Zine Blaster. This is also a newsletter announcement tool, but you can place ads on your Ezines and send them to targeted subscribers. The e-Zine Blaster tool also allows you to track the performance of your ads.

Lastly, Newsletter Promote has a personalized email template if you want to send individual email messages to fellow publishers. The template contains special fields where you can specify the names of the recipient. You can also write customized message so your email will appear highly personalized.

Is Newsletter Promote A Good Tool for Publishers?

As an automation tool, Newsletter Promote can simplify the publishing efforts of newsletter and Ezine publishers. With one-click utilities and fully customizable messages, you can easily announce your publication to thousands of readers and fellow publishers.

The big problem is that the website where you can get the software is not working, so there is no way to download it now. In case you have the software, you also need to be very careful in using its email blaster tools in order to avoid accusations of spamming.

Some listed article directory sites on Newsletter Promote also disallow automated submissions. So, you have to review the list of directories that are made available to you. Your account on some article directories might be suspended if the sites detect that you are performing automated submissions using Newsletter Promote.

Newsletter Promote Reputation

Newsletter Promote does not have a good reputation within the internet marketing community. It seems that the main problem lies in the lack of visible results from the use of this automated software. There are too many problems which the creators of this piece of seemingly innovative software need to overcome before this program can be classified as useful and recommended.

Good for current subscribers, difficult for new signups

I had decided to give this a try after downloading the free promotion software mini course application from the site. Overall I had a few compatibility problems with actually setting it up to post information and newsletters to certain sites that would have been the most use to me (i. e. with a fairly high subscriber traffic levels), but otherwise I thought I had it running smoothly.

It was only shortly after this, while using different software to give me real-time site feedback information, that I noticed the automated posting was being registered as spam, and I couldn’t get it to update new subscribers either.

It increased my overall market of recipients, but was more of a hassle.

It works, kind of

I recently tried Newsletter Promote to promote the software that I sell and to gain more visitors on my website. The welcome screen features a dashboard that gives a nice overview of all the sites your newsletters will be posted on and a list of recently posted newsletters.

The automated message seems to be broken however as none of my subscribers (myself included for testing purposes) received any e-mail (I checked my spam folder and still nothing).

It works and it does a good job keeping you up to date, but I received a significant amount of complaints about the additional spam people received. The newsletters themselves also seem to be flagged as spam losing the more novice users that never check their spam folder.

As for their support, it seems OK, they were friendly but not very helpful.
