Rob Casavant registered Opt-in-boxes.com September 2010, and the registration information is public. He created the opt-in boxes and the bonus graphics giving people resell rights to sell the package. He has created other graphic products and has another website. Searching for his name nothing comes up in Google. Searching the domain name, you will find people who have resell rights to the package.
