No longer exists I bought Passive Niche Profits early in 2012 but the site was never renewed and is now offline. I have a support ticket to McRae Solutions and I'll just have to see what they have to say. I'm frustrated to say the least. In addition Adsense has stopped all ads and I can't figure out why. Ugh!
