Push Button Text Formatter Description

Push Button Text Formatter, created by Marlon Sanders, is a software that lets you perfectly format any type of text or HTML email. The software is easy to use, and you can write and format your mail in the way you want and then mail it to your list or feed it into your autoresponder system. First you have to write your message and then paste it into this program, or you can write the message in the program itself. This program lets you select the type of formatting you want for your email. Once you paste your message into the program and click a button, the software takes care of the rest, and you will get a perfectly formatted email ready to be sent.

The Push Button Text Formatter is an easy way of writing and formatting your email. In autoresponder systems, there is a limit to the number of words in a line, and if you are not aware of this, your text is going to wrap in a very funny way. For example, you might end up with 9 words in the first line and then 1 or two words in the next line and so on. If you have written a long URL and if it happens to wrap, your readers cannot click on it, and it will not lead to the correct URL. This is a sure way of losing business, as most people are not going to cut and paste the address on their browsers. Also when you use smaller text editors like NotePad, you are not able to carry over the “word wrap” feature and will also end up with a similar problem.

All this is taken care of by this software. You can choose the number of characters per line with this software, so that it corresponds to the length of the line in your autoresponder or mailing list software. The second button in this software interface will let you choose the alignment of your text, to the left, right or center. You can also indent your paragraphs with this software, by just typing in the indentation number you desire. There is a feature by which you can ask the program to ignore specific lines from wrapping. This feature comes in handy when putting in a long URL. The URL will remain intact and the text around it will wrap.

Enjoyed using this tool

This is a real handy tool to have if you have auto responders in your mailing list system. It's very effective, simple to use and my emails look a lot more professional. I do love the email templates as well which really make your emails stand out and it doesn't look like another boring junk mail. I have had a lot of compliments from my customers and my subscribers about my emails thanks to this software.

The only thing I don't like about it is the $10 a month membership fee. Although it’s very cheap, but in the long run it’s more expensive than just buying the whole software which I did elsewhere and I eventually canceled my membership. It’s definitely ideal for anyone that has a mailing list, but it’s easier to just buy the whole software program.

Two Thumbs Up!

Marlon Sanders is one of the first people I admired when I started to be involved with online marketing. So when I heard that one of the many bosses I had for several virtual assistant stints is requiring us to use Marlon Sanders' Push Button Text Formatter, I was eager to start work right away. I know from experience that Sanders' software works, and that was yet another chance for me to use one of his exemplary products.

First I have to say that Push Button Text Formatter is a MUST for autoresponders and emails if you want them to look professionally formatted. You would be wise to invest in this product of Sanders' (heck, ALL of Sanders' creations!) because Push Button Text Formatter makes it SO darn easy to use. It would take you no more than several minutes to get the hang of it once you started using it. At least, that was what happened in my case.

My biggest problem is formatting when it comes to writing emails to clients. I can write a good email, but formatting defeats me. This is where Push Button Text Formatter comes in perfect. I feed what I type into the program and voila! Perfectly formatted, ready-to-send emails. The mail templates are a love, trust me. Overall, I'd give this product a resounding A!
