Rapid Response Bot Description

Rapid Response Bot is a web based email marketing service created by Phil Eugene. You can manage a list, run a newsletter, and create autoresponder sequences using this service. There are some great features such as the ability to send out scheduled messages, archive your email campaigns and even track your links.

Rapid Response Bot Detailed Overview

Email marketing is one of the best ways to build an asset for your business. There are many services out there that help you manage a list and send out sequential email marketing messages to your prospects and customers. However, the prices on these services are rising and it can get costly for the beginner that’s trying to get started.

This is where Rapid Response Bot steps in. What makes this service so special is that they offer probably the cheapest email marketing solution I’ve seen. You can get a lifetime access to Rapid Response Bot for only $67 if you take them up on their special offer. Other services will usually charge you at least $20 a month to maintain 500 or so subscribers.

Let’s talk about this email marketing tool’s features. When you sign up you can manage 500 subscribers, get 10 follow up sequences, unlimited autoresponders, personalization, extra customizable fields, unlimited list management, and customization of confirmation emails. The features are basic to almost all solutions out there.

There are some extras such as the ability syndicate your newsletter through an RSS feed, a one click subscribe opt in form, ad tracking system, the ability to schedule your emails, and the ability to remove a subscriber when he signs up to a new one. The support is also great as you can access Phil via live support, skype, and through a ticket system. A knowledgebase and tutorials are present but it contains very little information.

You have to remember one thing. This service is far inferior to the major companies out there. There are no extensive reporting systems, no A/B split testing, no templates, no email previews, no Google Analytics integration, and other advanced features. This is not biggie for the beginner that’s looking for something basic.

Another thing that may sway you from using this service is that you cannot import your list into their system. I think this is to protect them from SPAM. The company also is not a member of the major email organizations and does not have an extensive relationship with ISP and email companies. This means that delivery rates will be significantly lower than going with the more expensive email marketing companies out there.

Rapid Response Bot Reputation

Aside from the negative aspects of the service, Rapid Response is a great solution for those that are on a tight budget and want something simple. The interface is very easy to use, and you will have no trouble navigating through the system. The features cover most of the important features you would need in an email marketing solution as well. Most of the reviews on the service are positive, and the support is great so if you’re okay with the basics, you should check Rapid Response Bot out.

Great for your own email service

Running a business that generates profit on the internet is never an easy thing. Keeping your customers interested to your products is of utmost importance. I found that Rapid response helps me out with that, keeping my customers informed about new wares and any other important changes in my store. Another good thing about Rapid Response is that you will have no problem navigating with the program or finding the feature you need. The only downside for this one is that it misses many features that professional users may need. So rapid response is great for beginners or people with small stores, but for more serious users, you need professional software. Still the price is very reasonable, and if you have a small store like me you will be satisfied.

This definitely helped me

I recently started a website for my business, and I found that I was incredibly disorganized with it. My users weren't getting the information that they needed about important upcoming events and product updates in a timely manner. I began to receive complaints about it and decided that I needed to do something about it. My friend and fellow business owner introduced me to this product. Immediately, there was an immense burden taken off my shoulders. I stopped receiving complaints and my business is now back on track. I now have more time to prepare orders and think of my next new products.

Rapid Response Bot & Great service too

I have been a user of Rapid Response Bot for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I had compared the big names and Rapid Response Bot had everything I could think I'd ever need built in.

Don't be fooled by the low price. You just can't beat the unlimited autoresponders and queuing of messages. Great for email tutorials etc.

I found the best part of using Rapid Response Bot is their help and support.

I had an issue that ended up being a misunderstanding of mine, but I sent a help request through their help desk anyway.

I was answered in a matter of minutes with quite a bit of detail in the reply too and wasn't made to feel stupid for not "getting it".

Delivery of mail is quick, and I have it set to send me a daily report of all my autoresponder activity.

Yes, I'm sure you can tell, this is a happy customer, and one who is happy to tell everyone about it.
