Site Build It (SBI!) is a complete Website building/hosting/marketing system that saves owners a lot of time and effort. There are mixed opinions concerning Site Build It (SBI!). Dr. Ken Evoy is the Founder of SiteSell Inc., which is the company behind Site Build It, the website building/hosting/marketing system. He is a successful entrepreneur, author of many series of e-commerce books. He has designed more than 23 products including quite a few software products. His expertise is obvious to those who use his products, he definitely understands and can explain Internet marketing and the ins and outs of Website building. Those who have watched his many videos, read his sales pages or heart him speak know that he believes that good businesses offer the best tools and information possible in the most accessible format possible and at the most affordable price and that is how he runs his business. Google the keywords, “Site Build It Scam”, and you are bound to find numerous listings both pro and con regarding SBI!. So why the mixed opinions about his product, Site Build It?

Lis Sowerbutts - Her belief is that SBI! is a scam. She sites several reasons for her belief namely that buyers of SBI! won't own the domain the build, can't move the Website after it is built if they find cheaper hosting, she argues that you should not submit your site to Google as suggested by SBI! to do, PPC is pushed, she knocks affiliate products as "crap" and says that autoresponders and newsletters are not necessary if what you have is a niche site.
Basically her comments are merely disagreements about the effectiveness of the traffic methods, domain and hosting issues but do not constitute a "scam" which by definition is according to dictionary.com:
- A confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, esp. for making a quick profit; swindle
- To cheat or defraud with a scam
tbfrascone has a Squidoo lens relating how beginners can build a Website for free or low cost using tools that are now readily available online and states that the price of SBI! is high.
Site Build It is designed to conquer two of the biggest obstacles to having a successful business Website. Those obstacles according to Ken are being able to design a site that is capable of selling products or services and secondly to have that Website be capable of attracting targeted customers that are interested in the product or service being showcased on the site. Whenever there are differences of opinion they generally occur over price, effectiveness of the product/service or customer service end of the business. Does Site Build It overcome the obstacles described by Ken Evoy? Are those who are dissatisfied with his product disagree with him regarding SBI! having overcome these obstacles or are they just disgruntled over a price or customer service issue.
SBI! actually has an excellent track record regarding ripoff reports (only one found 12/08 pertaining to a refund issue) and is backed by independent alexa.com showing proof of traffic and ranking so there is proof that as far as the ability to generate traffic, SBI! has delivered - see http://proof.sitesell.com. This site also shows success case studies to back up the effectiveness of the product.
Perhaps the best answer for why the mixed opinions regarding SBI! are that not everyone has the same attitude regarding how best to build an ecommerce site. The opinion you have about SBI! may be tempered by your knowledge of IM tools, ability to use them or understand them and the time you may have to invest in using the alternative (free and low cost tools).

The opinions being mixed on Site Build It (SBI!) the facts still stand and they are that there is only one registered ripoff report to date and that is regarding a refund issue and not the product itself. The product is designed by someone who is very knowledgeable about Internet marketing and Website building and has an excellent history regarding product creation and customer service. Unfortunately any product that has been around for as long as SBI! has and has drawn as much attention as it has is bound to have people on both sides of the opinion poll regarding the product.

Best Way to Design a Fast and Effective Website  SBI takes all of the hard work and exorbitant time out of building a website. It's tools are easy to use and do most of the work for you. I was able to cut my time with site building to focus more on my online business, while SBI built a site that was as good, if not better, than what I would have had without it. The marketing system takes much work off of my hands as well.

I cut my teeth with Site Build It (SBI!) My first experience with IM and building a website was with SiteBuildIt in 2003. I found the tutorials and tools to be very good. I made some money with Adsense and affilate sales using SBI but found it more and more difficult to work with due to limitations in coding, as mentioned by others. Eventually I got a hosting account and reworked my website. I am still an affilate of SiteSell but really am not doing much if anything to promote it at the moment. I recommend reading through the tutorials if you want to build a content website and get SBI if you are a newbie and/or do not want to get into coding. |

Nice website builder  I joined site, build it over 5 years ago and I am impressed at how long it has lasted. I think for a person like me who does not enjoy coding, this is one of the best solutions for me. I like the way it's interface is so simple. Just drag and drop and also the massive tutorial videos that come along with it. The guys over there are also very helpful and have been providing constant updates to their system with the Google algorithmic changes.

Easy to use With step by step guides and tutorials what is to not love? Everything was simple to use and extremely informative. Anybody desirous to build a replacement web site, look no further! I discovered a way to style layouts, add varied kinds of content and more! I used to be a true freshman at these things till I used web site Build it. Currently I do not feel restricted by my skills. I Know What I've Got Would you consider a 300$ college scholarship for 1 year "too expensive"? Of course you wouldn't. It would be cheap even in my country where everything is cheaper. Many don't seem to recognize this aspect of SBI - it is education at it's best. Many are overwhelmed because they didn't expect that they, novice in website building, perhaps newbies in business as well, would actually have to LEARN MUCH in order to be successful? I didn't have a problem with this price from the very start. And I am not rich:) I know there are things I needed and still need to learn and I know this education I am given is actually worth thousands of $$. Some say: beware of this product. I say: beware of the products that cost 2 dollars a month and promise you a website in 10 minutes. Especially if you are a newbie. You'll end up giving up after losing much of your time. It's interesting how highly people value a few bucks and how low price they put on their own time. Don't you think that chasing all that freebies and nearly freebies robs you of the time in which you could actually make much money if you only spend your time educating yourself how to do it? Is there a limit to how much one can earn? And is there a limit to how long one can live? Read previous two sentences one more time, please. When you don't know much about IT, it's not just that there are things you don't know how to do. There are also things you don't even know that are on to-do list. Because you probably won't even have to-do list with your 2dollars-10minute web-site builder. Let alone the reminder to do it, the guide and the tool for doing it, the materials to help you doing it better, the forum where you can ask and see how others have done it... I have been four months with SBI and I intend to stay. |

Time Saver Product! SBI or Site Build It is a great product esp to save you a lot of time in website designing and maintainance; and what's more after using it's services I am saving hundreds of bucks that I was required to pay to my website designer because it is so easy that with SBI I can create and maintain my sites myself and with ease .It's really not difficult to understand if you are a new guy in this field... Awesome But Not Perfect I think SBI! is awesome but it's far from perfect to tell you the truth. I am an SBIer and I got a good look at the good and bad sides of this platform. I'll give you an example of a pro and con for this program. Let's start with the good: first of all, SBI! has built in tools that automate tasks every website owner needs to do but consume way too much time. Additionally, SBI! is automating tasks I didn't even know I was supposed to be doing in the first place. In other words, you learn a lot through this program. One bad thing about SBI! are the site templates they provide you if you aren't into designing your own site. The selection is very weak and the templates look terrible. All in all though, I try to keep in mind that the content of your site is way more important than what your site looks like(in my opinion). Finally, I just wanted to add that I do believe SBI! is worth the price. It costs about $300 a year and when you think about it... you'd be paying that much for your hosting/domain name/autoresponder anyways, right? Think about it. |

Two thumbs up, three if I had it! With step by step guides and tutorials what's not to love? Everything was easy to use and really informative. Anybody wanting to build a new site, look no further! I figured out how to design layouts, add various types of content and more! I was a real newbie at this stuff until I used Site Build it. Now I no longer feel restricted by my abilities. SBI is great I tried it, but due to family obligations had to cancel my membership, but will be back! I am a newbie, and need hand holding and guidance that SBI offers. I do not think the yearly or monthly fee (your choice) is too high at all, given the tools they offer and the guidance, both in video and text format. I am going to join again and did not have any problem getting a refund quickly. They do not promise a quick rich solution, and you need to work hard, but if you have a passion for a topic, the "work" becomes a pleasurable pursuit. I try not to pay attention to the negative comments-remember that many inexperienced marketers need the guidance and support that is offered-I could not do it on my own. Their forum is also great!

Site Build It review I was with SBI for about 4 months. I tried to dedicate some diligence to the system, read the instructions, etc. After 4 months, I literally learned nothing. I tried to re read the instructions about keyword research. Site Build It provides great step-by-step understandable instructions and does most of the work for you. I did some research and discovered SBI a few months ago. I was a newbie to internet/affiliate marketing.

5 Months with SBI I have been using SBI for about 5 months now. I love it. I knew a little about creating websites prior to signing up with SBI. I had 4 sites created though other means. But none of these other sites had much traffic at all, really very little. I wanted to create a site to monetize and I was impressed by the many positive comments I found online by other SBI site owners. What really pushed me over the edge was that their system is taught in many colleges and universities. I am happy with everything I am getting with SBI. I have 33 pages so far and am averaging about 40 unique visitors per day. SBI recommends strategies to build that number and I am implementing them now as I learn more. When I begin averaging about 50 unique visitors per day that is when SBI recommends that I begin slowly placing ads on my site. SBI teaches us how to build a REAL business for the long haul, instead of something the search engines will soon discover as pap and demote in their ratings. And I am having fun learning how to do it RIGHT in the 1st place. Understandably this should take time. It is exciting seeing my traffic grow month by month. I want to be the #1 site for Love Quotes on the web with hundreds of pages all pulling in cash with ads, and with SBI I know I will. Best, Romeo |

Easy to use It works great. I went to try it out and loved it. With it's step by step guide it made it quick and easy to use. I have told some of my friends about this and they said with the results I gave them they just might try it too. So keep it up.

Hated it... never felt like I was progressing in any ways  I was with SBI for about 4 months. I tried to dedicate some diligence to the system, read the instructions, etc. After 4 months, I literally learned nothing. I tried to re read the instructions about keyword research. The pages are so bloated with links that it's hard not to find yourself, after 15 minutes reading scattered info, exactly what were you trying to do. I stopped subscription, the support also seemed very formal and distant, I didn't like them, nor their SBI thing. The thing I really liked the least is the ridiculous way in which things are taught... like little stories for children: the story of the hare, the story of the rabbit, the story of the donkey... whatever. I have found free courses which are better!

It's a great choice for anyone wanting to start a website. Still One of the Best Starting Points for Beginners Ken Evoy has delivered a fully functional and complete educational system for aspiring internet and eCommerce marketers here. I have yet to find something comparable that incorporates such an intuitive range of software and research tools. I have 8 SBI sites myself, the very first dating from 2003 and all are still earning me regular passive income from a wide range of niche affiliate markets. I cannot recommend it high enough.

SBI is your way to start making money SBI by Dr. Ken Evoy is an amazing product. It provides a handsome opportunity for the beginners and the intermediate marketers. In todays competitive market everybody is trying to make money from their websites or blog but with out proper training so many fail. SBI is a a great tool and guide as it teaches step by step on how to start and finish professionally. The main advantage is that it's a all in one tool, means it provides hosting too and a full featured step by step instruction helps to make money as a part time income. If you intend to work more hours then it can replace your primary job too. Even a non-technical person can start making money with SbI. I Totally recommend SBI. |

A good start to bring your site to the next level I did some research and discovered SBI a few months ago. I was a newbie to internet/affiliate marketing. I find SBI really useful and literally easy to follow. SBI has excellent tools and training for people who want to start an online business. I believe that anyone can use SBI whether you're a newbie, a pro marketer or so on. SBI is a highly recommended system to bring your online website to the next level.

SIteSell Review - Good Stuff, Really Good Stuff I have been working online full time now for more than 10 years. I run a retail site that does more than 1,000,000 in business per year. So please believe me when I say I have seen it all. Heck I even invented a few things of my own!Having that background of creating a working business system makes me appreciate SiteSell a great deal. I won't say that I find the documentation a wonderful read, but the ideas behind it are very powerful. With this training and software system almost anyone can be successful online. Most sites/businesses come and go as different SEO tricks come in and out, or PPC pricing goes up and up, or Google rearranges all it's listings. To me the golden ticket is a site/business that stands the test of time. I want the work that I do today to be making me money in 10 years. Sitesell teaches people how to do that and has clients that have been doing that for the last 10 years. So what's really different? - The System presented focuses on building excellent content that will over deliver to surfers. Google measures the time that browsers spend on each query site among other things... - That old template and left nav bar action means that customers can find things easily and tend to look at multiple pages. Most "modern" blog layouts quite frankly suck, navigation is overly complicated and it is hard to find anything. People are looking first and foremost for answers to their questions. - Keyword tool is good with half the numbers coming from wordtracker and the other half from an in house spider. As a research tool it is different that anything else I have used and comparable or better than Market Samurai. - System teaches how to build a tier driven website based on a single niche KW and building out from it to categories etc... This creates the kind of theme driven websites that Google likes. The goal is to make this a large site that drives lots of traffic from people searching for information about a related set of niche items. This kind of traffic is much more likely to hang around and look at more pages of the site. A lot of the other things I could mention are found in other reviews so I'll leave them be. Overall I would suggest to just about anyone looking to build a long term e-business that they get a monthly subscription and try out SiteSell. |

At least the refund works  Tried it for a couple of weeks and couldn't stand it. The one big disadvantage with SBI! is the host fee which is quite expensive for something you won't use more than a month or two. Indeed, it is great for newbies in web design, because it offers a lot of tools, and some basic explanations of how HTML works, but it only works this way for a month, maybe two. There is nothing this guide has and others don't, and most of the time you find the same services somewhere else for a smaller fee. And web design software has way, way more tools and customizations available. |

An Excellent Platform 1) I discovered SBI! while looking for a platform upon which to build a website on the global financial crisis. 2) I had done blogging and was looking for a platform that I could build by 'filling in the blanks' or combining my efforts with a web designer. 3) I decided to try SBI! and figured I could return it for a full refund if I was not satisfied. 4) I am in my fourth month with SBI! and have found SBI! to be the 'fill in the blank' platform I was seeking. 5) It is simple, extensive, fairly easy to comprehend, and supportive. 6) Traffic to my site has at least doubled every month. 7) One issue is that it is not fully sufficient for growing your website. SBI!'s main method for growing your site is simply building more content. 8) Since simply 'building more content' is not specific enough for me, I have been using outside resources to learn about growing my site, such as review sites, forums, seo sites, and advertising sites. Further, the information on monetizing your site is not nearly as extensive as the information on building your site. There is a video about Google Adsense. Otherwise there is more focus on simply building more content to presell your clients. 9) In conclusion, I have been finding SBI! to be an excellent 'fill in the blank' platform for website-building and a great base upon which to stand and look into supplementary methods of growing and developing your site. |

Good for the business minded people SBI is very helpful for those who want constant income coming from the web. It teaches step by step how to start a e-business and increase your money. Just doing blogging or having a website without earning money in this fast modern world is just a waste of time. But SBI has proved to change hobbies into business and put each and everyone ahead of their thinking. It's really helpful in setting up a web business.

Great product! I love absolutely love this product! I've been using it for my business and it works great! The extra tools that come with the purchase, not only work with the product, but in other areas of internet marketing. The product (SBI) is extremely user friendly. Anybody and their dog can follow these step by step instructions and earn a decent amount of part-time income. It might even replace your 9-5 job! Nothing comes easy. With hard work and a stick-to-it spirit, you will definitely see results! Love this product. This product is definitely worth the price and worth buying. I recommend SBI to all newbies and even professionals in the industry looking to lighten their work load.

Excellent Internet Marketing/E-Commerce Training When I first discovered SBI in late 2008, I was a total internet marketing newbie. I was blown away by the step by step instructions for creating a website business. And not just that. In addition to the training, SBI provided all the tools I needed for each step of the process. Everything from a niche choosing tool to a keyword researching tool for finding profitable keywords. I felt like I was taking a masters course in Internet Marketing and E-Commerce! Their vast library of articles answered every question I had. The only downside are the ugly templates. Sure, you can upload your own html templates.. but it always seemed a bit complicated so I never attempted it. The other downside is that I am now stuck paying $300/month. But $26/month seemed a good deal to me in that I was getting all the tools I needed to run my site (I didn't have to cobble them together from other sources).. including an e-zine building system, keyword brainstormer, a broken link finder, a module for allowing visitors to upload content to your site, page analyzer, etc. So far, I am making a whopping $40/month with my SBI website. But that is not a reflection of SBI. I have literally let my site sit dormant for months at a time while I had to work at my day job. I go back to it when I can and I still have so much to learn. I have about 3000 unique visitors per month with traffic doubling every 2-3 months. I have written about 75 pages of unique content. My primary monetization is Adsense. Admittedly, I am a beginner and have no experience with other internet training systems. All I know is that SBI is an HONEST, amazing helpful service that I am grateful I found. |

Im against this product, total scam  An all in one software, come on it smells like a scam here itself. The information given can be got for free just google it! A worthless system. The material provided is worthless. The "create website by 3:45 this afternoon" is eons ahead of this SITE BUILD IT!The forums are filled with people who give a thumbs up to it. One of my friends is still stuck with the system. It was bad decision on his part. All the material what ever be it marketing, copy writing, sales and so on can be found easily with some clever searching. SITE BUILD IT attracts newbies or beginners into buying their system and what so ever be the claims of this product being good or excellent is a lie. |

Some Good Advice But System Is Worthless SBI gets strong points from most hypesters because it has a four tier commission structure. Lifetime commissions for anyone who keeps paying monthly fees. There is more than a few things wrong with SBI sites. You can spot them a mile away. They are circa 1990 in style and functionality. And the hype. I mean if the owner's daughter can make an easy buck blogging about an island retreat, hey any grown up could do it. It is shameless how he uses his own daughter to hype up a product / service / scam. Because your SBI site is hosted on one massive server, it's no wonder the site itself ranks so high on Alexa. All the link juice from the hundreds of active SBI sites, as well as the thousands upon thousands of abandoned ones, flow to the SBI server in the way that they redirect it. And your SBI site doesn't meet the web standard web W3C validation. While there is some good, but basic advice about copy writing, and marketing, and promotion, remember the price tag is paying for 3 or 4 levels of commissions, and all those people on the forums and boards are the self same people profiting from validating how good SBI is and how the system works if you work it. SBI lures newbies in with false claims, and great hype and self-serving proponents who will tell you anything to keep their tiered life-time commissions rolling in. SBI is a trap. A pit. Two Thumbs Up for Site Build It! Site Build It is a wonderfully useful and effective service especially if you prefer a non-techie approach, but it is also great for the more technically capable. I have been a user of SBI for about 10 years now. I absolutely love it and endorse it 100%. The only negative pertains more to myself. SBI offers SO MUCH that a person who tends to procrastinate and/or to suffer from analysis paralysis may feel like they are sifting through quicksand. Take the opportunity to get over such tendencies because this service is more than worth it. Although I use other products and services to create web sites for myself and others, SBI still remains my favorite service with which to build web sites because of it's ease-of-use and generous feature set. Do yourself good and give SBI a try if you are in the market. Honestly, there is so much information available via the SBI web site, forum, and free e-books, that you have plenty to research and do your due diligence to enable you to decide to invest in SBI. Immeasurable Value I was a member of SBI! for just two months, ran into a snag at home and online which prompted the need to temporarily disconnect-- and you can bet I have concrete plans to return soon. It's difficult to praise the organization without redundancy to the previous users who've posted here, but I'll target specifics in my own way. I've been seriously researching IM with no mentor and no start-up budget, very cautiously for two years. I'm generally quick to make accurate, useful distinctions between tools and programs early-on... and sometimes slow in the technical areas once the bits and pieces are presented to me, like . html editing, or different linking techniques. When you go through your first week or two of self-training with SBI! much of what you're absorbing may sound fairly obvious, or simplistic, and the content too familiar. Bored? I almost was, and now I can laugh about it. Soon, it became apparent that the creator (Mr. Evoy) has a Master Plan, and he has it in spades, on a rather sophisticated, grand scale. While the "tact" and delivery of some of the material via video moves a bit slowly for a while, it becomes boldly apparent by "Day 3" that you are in the grip of one of the most thorough, sensible, clear and solid training platforms for IM on the planet. As far as tools go, the keyword research section pretty much equals anything out there, including the paid vers. of Wordtracker, with excellent training behind it. As mentioned by a couple of other reviewers here, this alone is easily worth the subscription. Don't bother being seduced by another "ultra-keyword tool" out there, folks-- you can forget about it. Evoy and Co. have invested a great deal of time and dough into making this one about as good as it gets. And they ramp it up in quality as the 'net evolves. Very user-friendly interface too. Wise emphasis is placed on very careful niche selection, secondary keyword choices for future article mktg. and site anchor text, and more, before you've even figured out your domain name. The way it oughta be. Folks, if you wanna make money, especially if your niche is a really narrow one, this is one of the very best places to be, but you have to be ready to spend quite a while in your own "Quality Planning' dept. with SBI! as mentor, before most of your content is up and running. If you decide you can afford their extra consult services, very reasonably priced, this will surely speed things up. But for the rest of us on a smaller budget who never had the chance at those local college web design classes, building one brick at a time will get you there, with enough patience and commitment. The kicker is that once you get the first 30 pages of your site fairly well developed, they start to go to bat for you like no one else I've ever heard of. Certainly unlike no other hosting company, for sure. A steal for this subscr. rate. |

Honest and efficient but so ugly! I've been a member of SBI for about 3 years now. Truth be told, I didn't work much on my web site and the results shows it... I started to work on it a bit but was soon disappointed by their old templates and by the amateurish look you get by using their block builder software. Sure, you can upload your own HTML or CSS files but I'm not tech savvy enough to do it. That being said, I still renew my annual fee every year! Why? Because, as they say themselves, SBI is not (by far!) the best tool to build a web site. However, it's certainly one of the best ways to build a successful on-line business. The amount of information they have in their user restricted area and in their forum is worth in itself the annual fee. You really feel the honesty pouring from every advice they give. It's the total opposite of the Get Rich Quick sites. As for the efficiency, I've randomly found so many times SBI sites at the top of Google pages while doing mundane searches that I know for sure that their system works. They're planning a major upgrade to their system by the end of the year that will bring SBI to the same kind of "user friendliness" that Weebly has, so I'm really impatient to see it happen. |

Beginners best I started my career as an affiliate in building the website in sbi only. I heard it from my brother who is making 575$ a month. So I became interested in getting into this. On the whole I didn't learn anything about perfect website creation from sbi as I can relate things to be too much for me. But professionally they are the best. The site created by them made a 784$ a month and I decided not to continue with them as they require a monthly fee. So I started to learn how to create a website overnight and I am running the website as a result of my own imagination. And I am making 450$ a month only but I feel self contained. I strongly recommend for the newbies that don't hesitate to pay 200 and see it as a huge input because I had a very good experience with them. Good luck.

Awesome but I love SBI!You hear that over and over, and in my opinion it's justified. The forum is great, building the site itself is pretty darn easy, and the whole thing is a great confidence builder to the new. It is fantastic for what it does. BUT- You have to know where to use it. My first site, would have been better put on a mini site. SBI is encompassing. It's huge. You can do big things on it. E-zines are perfect. So are travel sites and if you have your own business already, don't even bother with anything else. If you want to interact with your clients, this is great. If you want to toss up a website and get a bit of cash, you might be better off with wordpress, or hubpages, or squidoo, or the like. This is both a perfect beginning experience, and even better once you get a clue and use it right. Good luck. Keep pluggin' away, and take control of your life through action. |

Site Sell sets the standard for the rest I have been using SiteSell to create over 20 websites since 2003 and the site building system they have is what finally made me think I could actually build a website and know what I was doing!The new SBI2 version is the standard for what all hosts should be providing their webmasters. To have everything possible included in the one low hosting fee is the ideal. There is a massive amount of training materials available in all the ebooks and the video tutorials. Whenever I check out other options and try new products I inevitably find that they don't include even the basics in SBI: the email, autoresponders, ezines, form builders, automated blogs, automated pinging and sitemap updating, inbuilt seo analyzer for each page created, storage for ebooks and audio products to sell/download etc. and no web2 facility for visitors to create their own content pages. The customer service and the forum support is truly outstanding too from my experience over the years. The product they offer is still unique, especially for the price, no one else offers this total package. They also offer dozens and dozens of templates nowadays if you know where to look! But I love the classic templates, and the fact that they are so recognizable, because when I'm searching a subject I will always check out the SBI sites first as they are most likely to have the most relevant information, because that is how you are trained by them to create your sites. I'm very happy to recommend this SiteSell hosting and business development service to all newbie and experienced webmasters. They provide a total package, the most likely way for a webmaster to be able to actually succeed as all the bases are covered in this one package. |

I see why it is offerred as a college course The thing I liked the best about SBI is that it is offered in colleges. The next best thing is that you don't have to pay a high tuition to learn all what SBI has to offer. I see that many people from all walks of life are joining SBI. You are looking at lawyers, farmers and home care takers. If you think about how the internet is touching everyone's lives for the better. There is one testimonial about an SBI member that joined just so he could afford to pay for his college education. It is remarkable how easy it is to learn from all the educational videos from SBI. I forgot to mention that there is the affiliate program called the 5Pillar Program. There is a lot of potential. In less than a year you, too, can have your own website generating thousands of leads per day while you sit a home watching television. Of course it doesn't hurt to tweak your website to make it better. Lastly, there is the newsletter I get every week about the latest on the SBI promotions and contests. I sure hope many people join SBI and avoid making mistakes on their own.

Good To Get Started I used SBI when I first got into IM. I had absolutely no clue what a domain was or ftp or anything like that much less how to build a site. So in this regard, SBI was great. It has step-by-step instructions and since they are teaching good foundational skills of niche building using well-researched keywords in informative content, you'll get noticed pretty fast. The downside is that I hated the "templates" they give for building a site. Maybe they've upgraded by now, but I can tell an SBI site a mile away. You can't use JS in nav bars or use ftp to upload anything. When I decided to go my own way, I had to copy and paste all the articles and then reformat everything on my new site. So in that regard, it was not good. All-in-all a good place to get a site going fast, learning solid web-building skills. |

My Own Experience of Site Build It There are detailed, step by step instructions, some of which make no sense at first. I have had to do a lot of back tracking and re-read sections. The forum they have is staffed with very knowledgeable people who are truly of great assistance. For someone with no knowledge of how to go about building a website that would generate traffic, this has been of immense value to me. The pricing does seem to be a bit high, yet if you sign up as an affiliate you will get a discount on the price. Another thing is I can use the information I have learned to build other free or lower priced sites to link to and compliment my current one. The best advice I could give anyone trying this system is to truly take your time, read all the information available on the site, and don't be in a hurry. If you rush into it, you will have to backpedal and relearn a lot.

Too Much Content This is a tough review to write. The people at SBI are first-class, top-notch folk. This said, I didn’t particularly like their product, for the reason that there was just WAY too much content. It’s hard to ever get started, because you’re inundated with thousands of e-mails about how to start, what to do first, etc. Links here, links there, look at this, start there, etc. It was just too much. If you choose to buy this product, I would recommend immersing yourself completely into SBI, and SBI alone; it’s hard enough to have a full-time job while trying to build an SBI business, so I’d unsubscribe to your blogs, I’d refrain from doing anything else online besides focusing on SBI. Who knows, you could be the next life that they change, which they have for so many; just not for me.

Good product with lots of customer support I built my first web site in 1994 with hand coding, and since have graduated from GoLive to DreamWeaver, to CMS's, but with all I still find Site Build It to be a quality product. The best thing about it is that the owners have a vested interest in your success and they provide an incredible amount of customer support, tutorials, videos, etc. You are very likely to get any answers you need.

I know now why the opinions about SBI are so mixed I had heard many bad things about SBI; - many claimed it was much too expensive, and some even claimed it was a scam. A good friend of mine continued to encourage me to try it, and it was NOT because she was marketing it as an affiliate. So I finally signed up to Site Build It. SBI turned out to be very much different to what I had expected. First of all, I found that SBI is more than a 'system' where you build your new website in 10 minutes by means of templates. Actually the entrance to a 'full understanding' of SBI is a 10 day video course. The course is an action guide where you learn to set up your business, finding your niche, making keyword research, etc. Well, the videos are full of good information, so it took me more than two weeks to learn it all. I also contacted customer services, which were very efficient; and it is extremely unlikely that the help I received would have been given by a 'scam company' (nor have I heard of any who were 'scammed' if they wanted to use the money back guarantee). I find the monthly $29 price OK, if you have one (or only a few sites). It includes all you need to know in order to run an Internet business. After I tried SBI myself, then I am convinced that one of the confusions (mixed opinions) about SBI is because so many claim it is 'for beginners'. It is a professional business system that will give good results to all, IF you follow the instructions of the action guide. And the guide is good for beginners and for those who are more advanced in Internet Business. |

Must buy, highly recommended This is a great course if you are really serious about making your own website. Ken is a very good teacher and I really liked this product. Ken covers everything in extreme details from scratch and explains everything in a clear and concise manner. One thing that I really liked about this product is that Ken won’t show you some demo website he is building for fun, but instead he will show you two websites that is he building for a reputed online company. There are some minor annoyance here and there which I will explain to you in a second, but the quality of the content is top notch. Ken is extremely talented and the way he teaches you to build websites is really admirable. Now the negative thing about this superb course is that Ken just uses only one software namely Adobe Photo shop CS3. Once he finishes the designing of the website he struggles with the code and this in turn confuses the viewer because they are clueless about him messing with the HTML code. This can sometimes be annoying and he will just teach you how to make a great looking website, but he won’t be teaching you how to embed external links and uploading it on web server which totally frustrates the viewer. Over all it’s a great course and you will also be provided with free templates which you can use if you want. I highly recommend it if you can withstand some minor annoyances.

Expensive but worth it I originally used a simple, basic program to build my main website, but I was not having a lot of luck generating profits. I did not have a lot of experience at the time with site building or affiliate marketing. I came across this program and was very unsure at first due to the mixed reviews it has received. At the advice of my brother, I went ahead and joined because I really felt like I needed the help in building my site and I saw the good it had done for my brother. I have had a wonderful experience with SBI. I now have a new and much improved website and I have seen a 400% increase in my profits over the last 6 months. Plus, I joined their affiliate program and am making a couple hundred dollars a month that way. Yes, the program is definitely expensive - it's no small thing to pay $300/yr. However, for me, my profits were so greatly increased due to SBI that it's worth it. The tutorials were easy to follow and extremely useful. Also, I had to contact SBI's customer support twice and received very fast and helpful responses both times. If you don't have a lot of experience building websites, you want to learn how to make a site that can help you generate profits, and you don't mind spending some money on it, then I recommend this program.

With This product I was able to easily, quickly and efficiently create a great website with loads of traffic. Amazing and Professional I joined Site Build It back in 2008 and I am still using it. I am very pleased with this site and I got great results from it. SBI helped to expanded my knowledge about internet marketing and my income when I was a newbie. SBI has amazing website building tools and it helped me build a professional site without any problems. Plus it is very easy to use and you don't even need any HMTL knowledge to be able to use it. I really like the fact that SBI doesn't freeze up when you are creating a website. Moreover, the tutorial guide is so helpful. In conclusion, I give this site an A. Site Build It is a great website building/hosting/marketing system. I highly recommend SBI. |

Very good product I started this program thinking that it was going to be a scam. After starting this easy to use program, I was amazed. The program helped me in everything. They never forgot about any part of your soon to be website. There are some excellent designs that they already provide you with. Though it took me time to understand the product & how it works, but once I was deep into finding & learning more... it has proved to be of great value & assistance. Very Nice System I signed up for SBI several years ago. I was brand new to the internet world and wanted a step-by-step system for building my own website. I did not have the money to pay a professional, and back then blogging software (Blogger, Wordpress, etc) was not widely known. SBI's system was as user friendly as you could get. I was able to get a website up and running in no time and Ken's tutorials were always extremely informative and easy to follow along with. Even to this day, Ken keeps users well versed in changes in the internet world. In fact, I think SBI is great for both beginners and people with more knowledge and experience. A lot of knowledge I gained came from using SBI and still to this day I refer to Ken's tutorials.

Learned more from the affiliate marketing information than using it I purchased an SBI domain and found the site building tools clunky and constraining to use. The keyword research tools, the system surrounding building the site and the affiliate newsletter and resource site are excellent resources, and I used much of the information I learned to build non SBI sites which performed much better. As an affiliate I only ever made two sales, a couple of years apart, both offline, and because the first buyer asked for a refund (then later bought again when he understood what to do), I have never yet received the commissions. That's because they withhold commissions that are outside the ordinary patterns. I did however earn money from them for winning template designing competitions, and that was paid promptly. While the SBI system itself was not for me, I found it probably the most valuable learning tool I have ever found, and will always respect Ken Evoy as an ethical and insightful marketer well worth following. |

SBI is a Winner This may be the best site ever created for those that want to make money on the Internet through websites and do it right the first time. A definite must have for every would be internet money maker Site Build It was one of the first website builders I ever came across. I was very impressed with the tutorials and the actual software itself. I like the variety of tools that were available to build a professional website. I opted for the $29.99 monthly payment option which is reasonably ok. I did enjoy the video tutorials a lot and the customer service is superb. So far I run three successful websites using Site Build It and it is well worth the money I pay for. Not only are you given a professional website, but they also provide you with proven marketing strategies to help you market your website. I make about $650 per website per month and I'm very happy with the service. I would recommend SBI to especially beginners or not very experienced marketers as this software and tutorial guide is a massive help. I also signed up for their affiliate program and I make commissions in the range of $700-900 every month. I've enjoyed success with this product and I'll stick with them for as long as they are around. |

Ideal for Newbies I joined SBI in 2002, and within 6 months my site, although it was in a very competitive niche, was making around $200 per month. At one time it was making around $500 for a few months, but did drop off. Eventually I lost interest in the site, but it continued to make me a passive income until I sold it in 2004 for over $2000. All in all an excellent investment, I learned bucket loads and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to build a site. My only moan was the online block-by-block site builder was horribly slow, and the templates were outdated and boring, however that was a number of years ago, and I am sure things have been updated since then. |
