Its all about saving time

Ticket Desk Pro is like having a personal assistant to do all the dirty work that takes up most of your time. Frank Haywood has a profession in making things easier for the internet marketer who has a base of customers who ask questions everyday, mostly the same questions. Instead of manually going in, doing the old copy, paste and edit scenario, your problems are solved with this easy to use business tool. You can preload an answer to your common questions about your product and simply press a button to answer all questions in your inbox that have to do with the topic. I can start to explain how convenient this is. Usually I would take an hour or two responding to questions from my email list. Not after I got this, it's well worth the money, it should have cost more actually, for the massive amount of support given through the site, this is one of the best tools I use every single day.

Good support software for a reasonable price

I was looking for a good support script for my e-shop website when I found "Ticket Desk Pro" and I decided to try it. Firstly, I must say that I was amazed by the "Standard Responses" feature because it saved me a lot of time, due to the fact that most of my clients had the same questions about payment methods and shipping terms. Moreover, the live support system was optimized quite well, as it hadn't been using a lot of my hosting bandwidth. And finally, the script was easily editable as I made a few changes in the support system design structure without any problems. On the other hand, hosting requirements were quite high as I had to change my hosting provider to a new one because my old provider didn't have "ionCube Loaders" support, which was the essential requirement for this software. To sum up, I can recommend this support script for every e-commerce website owner because it worked great for me and really helped me to offer qualified support to my customers.
