TweetBig kept my money as well (more than 140$)  My TweetBig account was set back to free after 1-free-trial week. I thought that everything is ok, and didn't bother looking at my bank statements (that was probably quite naive). That was last November. One month ago I found some time to review my bank statement and realized that I was still charged every month since then! I tried to get a refund. ClickBank refunded one month and that was it. I wrote to the TweetBig Support and explained what happened, hoping that they would repair the mistake they made. After my first inquiry I was told that it is my fault and that I already got two months refunded, which is incorrect, only one month was refunded. The second time I wrote, they told me that they are really sorry, but cannot do anything for me (except keep the money they took in an illegitimate manner). Is that the right way to treat customers? As far as I am concerned I won't come back and will tell this to everyone I know. |

Not what I thought  I used TweetBig as a Professional package so all the comments I am making are based on that package. Tweetbig was okay, but there were a few things that made it not worth 17.95 for me: 1. The Follower time bomb is a GREAT idea but I can only set it to 4 days. That's not long enough. People sometimes don't look at their accounts for weeks. I was hoping for more of a 3 week time period. 2. I didn't see a verification tool, to verify that an account following you is not a spammer. That was my number one reason for going there, I thought their program had a verification tool. 3. I didn't like the way it generated who I should follow. I wanted to see the person's information about themselves, like their bio and if I remember correctly, Tweet big shows you the tweet they posted that has your keyword in it. That did not help me very much. 4. Everything you have heard about trying to cancel their service is true. It is difficult. In FAQ I did find info on how to do it but it didn't really help. I was able to do the first couple of steps on Click Bank and Paypal, but after that I couldn't continue. Their suggestions didn't work. So Luckily, I had paid with my Paypal account and it is easy to cancel a subscription there. Thank you Paypal! So over all the service is okay, but I think it would have become more tedious for me to handle than just following people from twitter directly. I will be looking for a twitter verification service now and using Twitter itself for all my other needs. |

Kept My Money, Stopped Service  I think my title says it all. TweetBig worked exactly as described, but when I decided the monthly pay out was more than my budget could withstand, I told them I wished my service stopped as of my next payment date, and they stopped service immediately even though I still had 26 paid days. They also ignored my follow up emails.

Tweetbig fairly worthless and expensive I wrote a complete review for Tweetbig via my blog and also did a video review as well. Tweetbig seemed great at first, I was able to up my followers pretty quickly and it was super easy to set up. The problems I had with the application are that it costs WAY too much. $18 a month? Wowsies. The follower queue... it just kept growing, it took so long for the application to finally follow people. The analytics updated daily... just once a day. That's really something they need to fix.

My experience with TweetBig I started the $1 trial. Everything worked, but it was very very very slow. I emailed customer service and got a reply a couple days later saying that everything should be functional within 24 hours. I was told that they had to move servers because of too much traffic. Understandable - a great product will generate more traffic. About a week later it got much faster to navigate, but pretty much all functions stopped working. I emailed them back. A few days later they said 24 hours and everything will work as it should. 3 days later no better, so I emailed again. It took a few more days for a response and they said within 24 hours. During this process I have now been billed for the 3rd time. I emailed them again on November 30 very upset that I've been paying for a product that I've yet to use and today is December 7th still with no response. If everything worked as it should, this would be WELL worth the money. Right now it's poop. |

Tweet Big Is Okay  Okay, so I am a huge twitter Marketer and have been using Tweet Big for about 5 days .. it seems to work great and I have seen a few rewards from it .. I would suggest taking them up on their 1$ trial. You can set up your account within 1 min and be auto-following and Follow Bombing people instantly. Great product. |

Was superior and now soooo disappointed! I have been using Tweetbig for the past few months. At the beginning all was well, some of the features were not working, but for the most part it was doing all that I wanted it to do, and I was picking up several followers. And customer servics was incredibly fast if I had any questions. For the last two weeks Tweetbig has NOT BEEN WORKING... and I am paying for a service that is not working whatsoever. No one is getting back to me... I am wondering if Tweetbig is even a service anymore. The least they could do is answer the questions that are being asked. Totally disappointed and frustrated! |

Stopped working - poor service I used for about 10 days (long enough to pay full price) and it worked fine. I was picking up around 100 new followers per day on my primary account. Since then it HAS NOT WORKED AT ALL. Customer service is very poor. Wondering if they've had a meltdown and can't get the fire put out or they just don't care. Either way, $18/month is too much to pay for something unreliable.

Still waiting I was extremely excited to try Tweet Big! Yesterday I signed up and my account was supposed to be immediately activated, however; it was not! I have sent 2 e-mails to the "24/7 Customer Service" e-mail and still have not heard back! I hope they get this situation worked out and the customer service gets better. As of now I am not happy with my Tweet Big experience! I will keep everyone posted if/when things change...

Good Twitter management tool This site is a very good Twitter management tool which helped me to increase my twitter followers. Now I have about 20k followers with my twitter accounts. These are not just followers that I can get from anywhere for free, but targeted followers. I tried this program mostly because they promise 100% money back guarantees if I am not satisfied with their product, so it's risk free.
