Tweet Tank Description

The Tweet Tank is a video tutorial created by internet marketer Ben Heckendorf that promises to show you how to make hundreds of dollars a day through the Twitter social networking site. This tutorial system focuses on automating your Twitter activities so that most of your promotions and list building will be on autopilot after you do some initial setup.

Tweet Tank Detailed Overview

There are 8 videos in the Tweet Tank tutorial, and creator Ben Heckendorf promises that they are easy for anyone to follow, even beginners. He even claims that they are fun, but more importantly, he claims that through them you’ll learn what you need to know about making money through Twitter. There is hands-on training included in these videos so that you can learn as you go along.

In the Tweet Tank tutorial videos, you’ll first learn the basics, such as how to join Twitter and set up your account and profile. A lot of people will be able to skip this part, but beginners will appreciate it. After this comes the fun part. You learn how to automate things like sending out messages at regular intervals and building a list of followers.

Automation of messages and follower-gathering can be a good thing, but it doesn’t mean much if you don’t know what to put in your messages. The Tweet Tank videos also cover what kind of content you should write and when you should write it. There is information about advertising and targeting specific markets as well.

Tweet Tank costs a one-time fee of $77, although there is a dire warning that it will go up to $97 eventually. It actually launched at $27, so the warning may be valid. Once you pay your fee, you can download the videos immediately, and you should always have access to system updates.

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

Tweet Tank Reputation

Feedback on Tweet Tank seems to be good overall. Though there has been some complaint about the $77 price tag, most people are saying that the information contained in the videos is sound and the methods are effective. Learning the automation seems to be easier than learning how to actually make money using Twitter, but that’s understandable. The latter takes more work.

No support!

I purchased this product and not worked in my micros (v. 7.5 & v. 7.4).

After I send 2 emails to support I received a response from Rick (rickkaiser5@gmail.com).

Unfortunately since the first contact this guy not been even a little gentle, showing little or no interest in solving the problem.

The product is good but this support is just ridiculous.

I purchased a product that does not work, with a non-existent support, talking with a stupid person (Rick) and do not want to refund my money.

I´m warning you. If you need support from this product, forget!

This is what Rick of The Tweet Tank had to say

I received this from Rick - the guy behind the above mentioned product - after telling him he won't be keeping my cash and referred to this site:

(Quote)

Whatever, that is your choice. We work hard to keep our product up to date and support it. That is probably people that compete with us. Also that site is always trying to get money off of me, maybe if I paid them I could get a A.

The internet is just like politics.

Rick

Unquote)

Definitely NOT a professional or responsible comment for someone who want Jo+Jane public to trust him.

Thumbs down!

It's easy to see why Rick rubs people up the wrong way!

Yesterday's News

The series has good information about using tweeter and how to use it to bring in a lot of followers. BUT, and this is a very big but, on video no. 3, a service called Twollo is brought up, and mentioned as FREE. Maybe at the time the videos were made this service was free, but at the moment it's NOT. It's actually from $5.99/month to $59.99/month.

So, unless there is an update on using a FREE service to find people twitting about what you sell, then the system sold here (Tweet Tank) is useless, as it actually requires additional investment (and on a monthly basis) something that people who wish to buy these videos should know in advance.

If there is such an update and I'm making a mistake about Twollo, I'd be happy to change my opinion. But until then...

The Tweet Tank

I bought the Tweet Tank when it first came out. I was very excited about getting LOTS of followers. The instructional videos were very easy to follow. I had dollar signs in my eyes just like the old days of the gold digger mentality. For a newbie it was awesome. I did get lots of followers. But... My experience was that most of my followers were selling the same thing. They were certainly not going to buy from me. I tried another tactic by changing the target audience and did get followers. LOTS. It does what it says. But... again NO SALES. I stopped using Tweet Tank and thought it was really not a marketing machine as advertised. I was disappointed. It gets followers only. I would like to hear from people who have actually made LOTS of sales using Tweet Tank. I am tempted to use it again though. Maybe another target audience. It's very easy to get sucked in to the thought of hundreds of followers buying from you. I hope this has been helpful

Best Regards

Desmai

Great For Generating Traffic

This is a great piece of software and will greatly increase the traffic to your site, but it does not appear to be traffic that converts well. If there was a way to build more targeted traffic with this and correct the bugs in the software then you would really have a great piece of software here. I have found that it will increase traffic to your site but the traffic does not appear to be converting very well so that and a few glitches are what's preventing me from giving this a better rating, or comment, besides that it is a good piece of software.

Great for Getting Followers, but Not Many Sales

I bought Tweet Tank for just $17 - not quite sure why the price has come down so much, maybe that just tells us something. Initially, I found the site very glitchy and sometimes just failed to function. I sent off an e-mail about this and quickly got a short reply telling me they were aware of the problems. It has improved since then and I have not had any problems since.

Tweet Tank has been great for getting a large number of Twitter followers in a short space of time over multiple accounts, so it has actually been really useful in building traffic to a couple of my sites.

Unfortunately, what it hasn't done is brought me many sales - just two in total. Fortunately, one of these sales was for a membership site so is a recurring payment - but that was just lucky I guess. One of the problems is that there are so many other people out there using Twitter for marketing that updates trying to sell stuff get ignored.

I am sticking with Tweet Tank for now as I can see there is potential for making some money, but nothing like what was suggested in the sales page.

TheTweetTank

I have had this product in use since December 16,2009. I use it to help build many twitter accounts. It has increased traffic to my website by 1000 percent, but as for sales, I have generated only one $26 ClickBank sale as a result of this software.

It is my experience that the software is slow, full of technical glitches, and the potential for creating income is greatly overstated.

In concept it's a great idea, but the leadership responsible for this software has topped out or gotten lazy and they need to hand this over to a person who can take it to a higher level. I would hope they do this soon.

As for support, I find they are very quick to say the problem is mine or a problem exists with my computer, when it is obvious the problem is internal with their program design.

The attitude of the support team seems to rely too heavily on an "give an excuse and stall for time so they will go away" philosophy.

Personally, after working with this software for 6 weeks, I'm looking around at the competition. I need a software package that will provide a consistent performance and reliability factor. To this end TheTweetTank simply doesn't measure up.

No Support

I have been with the tweet tank since 11/03/09. When I first viewed the videos, I saw the potential in getting followers, and making money. Did not even hesitate, as soon as the first six videos were over, I got out my credit card and made the purchase. I am not one to just jump on the first thing that comes along. I also belong to mybloglog.com and there are 650,000 bloggers there, and most of them have their own business, so every day, I get offer after offer, and I have never bought into any of them. Hope you got that point. There is a guy named Rick ? who handles the support end of it. This guy has done nothing but stress me out; as far as I am concerned, he is useless! The follower part is like they say that it is, as I have over 9000 people come and go on my twitter account. I have not made one sale, not one. I am sure somebody has, but it was not me, and it stinks! Come on, over 9000 people, and no sales! I have tried to be nice with Rick, I have tried to you logic, such as, "Look Rick, we both in here for the same thing, too make money". Obviously it did not work, or we would not be doing this now. Plus I would like to know why there are all of the hop links on my twitter site? When I hit them it takes me to another tweet tank site, and why is the Tweet Tank, s hop link (on my Bit. ly, check your clicks page?) All of these links on my twitter site, where does that money go, and why are they on there? I never gave anybody permission to put them on there, and if you tell me that they are not related to my Tweet Tank account, I will deal with that with twitter. Believe this, I have tried everything with this Rick guy, and I have had it! I did not buy this to stress me out, I bought it to make money, to do business, not play games! I hope this matter can be straighten this out. By the way, I do business with a lot of the businesses you have here, check those out, I don't complain, I have no problems with them, just Rick at the Tweet Tank. I am an published author, and we really don't want to go the other way.

Not sure If This Is A Well Built Tank!

I received an email to watch 6 free Tweet Tank videos. I did and it seemed pretty impressive. I never believe anything boasting IMMEDIATE earnings of hundreds a day, but figured once I learn the system... we'll see. AND I wasn't automating anything before and know what a pain in the butt that is! So I bought the Tank to get my feet wet w/auto-pilot stuff. I bought it late (about 11:30pm), proceeded to set the whole thing up INCLUDING another Twitter account just for this test. I watched MOST of the vids again for the setup - pretty easy to follow & finished around 4am, I was tired but exited.

What would happen over the next couple of days??

My list started growing pretty fast - up 120ish by the next night. The problem was all the direct messages and LOTS of posts were just more "Tankers" looking to sell and still that's 98% of what I'm getting.

How does anyone make money if we're all using & looking to sell the same product to each other?

So, I went to my old Twitter account & added that into the mix.

I did a few (5) auto-tweets and asked to "find & follow" only 50 or so a day. That account is growing a little (up 40) and some seem to be real folks with content, not just affiliates.

I love the automation & all the keyword features of this program.

BUT - it has some problems.

Tonight I went to CUT DOWN on the outgoing Tweets in the "Status Update" tab in my main account and then stagger those to every 4 hours. I can delete messages but CANNOT change any of the posting times. It tells me it's done but it does nothing.

I went to look at my "keywords" and noticed some of them were doubles... hmmmm, it wasn't like that before. I hit delete and wait... nothing happens. I hit delete again on about 8, wait... and then hit refresh on the page and -I'M LOGGED OUT! I log back in, choose the account and go thru all the steps including deleting those doubles. 2 of the 8 are gone. I hit delete on the others and it logs me out again.

I click the help tab to email or call them, but there is nothing to be found... Who do we talk to about these little problems?

There's a few other bugs but I think you're getting the idea.

So, I love the possibility of this program and would grade it a B-. If I make any money in the next few weeks, I'll keep it.

If not I may ask for my money back as I know CB is good for it.

BTW I got in for $29.

Anyone know how to contact their customer support?

Thanks and good luck to you!

Didnt Make Any Money, But Good Product

Tweet Tank does what it says it does which is why I did not request a refund even though I didn’t make any money while using it. Tweet tank automated all of my tweets and helped me get thousands of real follower’s within five weeks. I have to say that I was actually very impressed at how little time it took me to automate it. I made no money but it wasn’t because of Tweet Tank, it was because twitter itself is not very profitable. It only took me a couple of minutes to maintain my twitter campaign daily so it was a great experience, but twitter just isn’t for me.

This Twitter Stuff Has Tweeked!

I got this course on a whim from an email. This is one of the few that I have bought without doing research. I got it at a low price of $15, and since there was a money-back guarantee, I purchased it. The only thing this course did was raise my followers from around 350 to 2001, right at the limit. I followed the instructions step by step so that everyone in my Twitter account was interested in internet marketing. I added a link of an affiliate product. All I got were people trying to sell me their product. This course has a bold headline. Make $500 day or $20,000 a month. The only benefit of this course is that my tweets are all automated according to the times I set. After I signed up all I had to do was login to their website, and follow some easy steps, one time. So this is a set and forget type of product. The only time you have to do anything different is if you change the product or service you're selling.

Tweet Tank Is Not The Best API for Twitter

I purchased Tweet Tank after watching the 6 free Videos. After the purchase you get the last 2 videos and you are ready to start making money.

The first issue I had was giving a Website (not a program) my twitter user name and password.. Tweet Tank does have a 60 day money back guarantee like all Click Bank Products, I took the plunge and gave them my email and password.

Setting up the API is straight forward and works exactly like it shows in the video. After setting a single setting (scheduling a single tweet!) the website had to refresh itself and then I had to go through all the steps again to set up the next setting (I could only schedule tweets on the hour, nothing more nothing less) this started annoying me as I spent a lot of time waiting and I am on 8meg broadband!

After about an hour I had it all set up and left it to run my twitter account.

The Scheduled Tweets Worked Fine but the Automatic Message System and the RSS Feed system did not work. I emailed the tweet tank and they said that they would get it up and running (again asking me for my user name and password)

After about 5 days the Automated Message System still did not work and I requested a refund, this time I did not get a reply.

I requested a refund from Click Bank and that was it for me and tweet tank.

This is just my personal experience. There are loads of API's to choose from and some of them are free =)

I did get my money refunded so I do not think it is a scam.

Happy Tweeting

Easy Automated Program

I bought this program about 2 weeks ago but had some problems setting it up since they were changing their hosting or something. After I set it up (I set up two accounts) I made my first sale in 3 days. $8.40 the exact amount. I don't mean that it is a huge amount, and I should be proud of myself for buying the product, but it gave me hope. Since then I have completed no sales, but keep increasing my followers. I believe, when I reach enough followers I will eventually make hundreds because there will always be people willing to buy an automated money generating system just like I did.

Not what was promised but still ok

Tweet Tank tutorial says that you will make hundreds of dollars in one day - that's not true. Despite that, the tutorials are pretty useful as there is a lot of tips and tricks that are necessary for serious profit with Twitter. The video collection is not cheap - I had to pay 77$ for it. I'm not saying it's not worth the money, but keep in mind that you will earn hundreds of dollars in one day as easily as it was advertised. The strategies that you can learn from this video collection are quite decent, but it works only if you put a lot of time and effort to it. Anyway, I got some useful information from the tutorials, and I'm happy to say the strategies used really boosted my product sales.

Not to make you cry

I signed up for the Tweet Tank. When I saw the price, I declined to look any further. I few days ago I got an email saying hurry for limited time you can get the "tweet tank" at 15.40, 80 % their regular 29.99 with a 60 day guarantee. I'm thinking that the fact the price is decreasing so rapidly... people are finding out it's not what they say it is. I got to review the first 4 tapes for free.

I have to admit that viewing them made me want to pay 15.40 for the rest. There were many helpful hints that I could have never figured out on my own.

Basically in those 4 videos, I had to join 4 different groups to make this thing work.

They make it so easy showing you each step, but if it isn't bringing in the money... what are you really paying for.

I think it gives people the wrong idea. I gathered you can make money by using this for advertising other products, not by using this system. That's my take anyway. Once again thanks for saving me my money.

Well, I did not make hundreds of dollars a day... BUT

I guess I am a sucker for anything. I wanted to create and promote video articles, and I was sure the Tweek Tank videos would get me to my goal. I have to admit the entire Tweek Tank video collection (at $77) was a bit high for my taste; however, I did glean some usable information for the collection. I did like the fact that the Tweek Tank video collection was an all inclusive instructional set. At no time did the videos tell me I would need some other program to achieve my goal.

Setting up a Twitter account was too simple, so I tossed that video. The “Automating Twitter Posts” was informative; although, I have used online sites that offer the technique for free. It took a bit of time to get all the settings right, but after following the Tweek Tank videos, I was able to activate the program for my own use. I have to say I was also able to build a larger Twitter following using the Tweek Tank videos.

As for the "Making Hundreds of Dollars" a day claims? Well, that hasn't happened. It does take time and work to build an income generating program that meets that goal, and I am willing to keep giving it a try. The Tweek Tank collection just did not meet my needs, or at least not as well as some other programs have.

I don't think that other serious Twitter “want to be marketers” will want to shell out the price for the Tweek Tank collection, and I am not sure it is worth that price for the information it shares. Think about it before you invest, and look for some online sources that provide an automated way to use Twitter.
