WebDataParser Description

Web Data Parser is a software application designed by search engine optimization expert and software programmer Jonathan Leger. Web Data Parser is designed to extract information from tables on a website automatically. Normally, this process would have to be done manually, but by using Web Data Parser, the time it takes to extract the data is cut down tremendously.

WebDataParser Detailed Overview

If you are an affiliate marketer who is constantly building websites for niches that you are considering entering, then you know full well how challenging it can be to do effective data gathering. Much of the time spent developing a new affiliate site is related to researching the market online and copying and pasting information is routine. Depending upon the size and scope of your project, this manual cutting and pasting can take a considerable amount of time. Luckily, with the introduction of Jonathan Leger's Web Data Parser, the time spent performing market research can be reduced to a fraction of the original time. If market research consumes a great deal of your time, then this brief review of Jonathan Leger's Web Data Parser is definitely something that you'll be interested in reading.

What is Web Data Parser?

Stated simply, Web Data Parser is a desktop application that allows its users to automatically extract data from any website which presents it in a table format and then repurpose that data. For example, suppose that you are interested in starting a blog about real estate in your local area. One way to approach this from a market research standpoint would be to find as many websites as you can that are related to the subject and then copy and paste the data as you need it. However, by using Web Data Parser, you are able to simply type in the domain name of the website you're researching and with a few clicks of the mouse, Web Data Parser will automatically grab any information that is presented in a table and then give you the option to export it in a variety of formats.

What are the pros and cons of Web Data Parser?

Pros – Time savings. As stated above, the major benefit of using Web Data Parser is that it can result in tremendous time savings when performing market research. If this is something that you do regularly, then you are all too aware of how long this process can take, especially when it is a very large project with a great deal of research involved.

Cons – Limited capability. As terrific as Web Data Parser can be, its major glaring weakness is that it is only able to extract data from a website that uses tables. In fact, there are many times when useful information (from a product research standpoint) is not present in a table at all but rather just any raw format on the webpage. Unfortunately, Web Data Parser is not very helpful in this situation.

How much does Web Data Parser cost?

Web Data Parser has a retail price of $67 and comes with a 60-day money back guarantee. While not a 100% perfect solution, Web Data Parser can save you a great deal of time when performing market research and considering that the product does come with a money back guarantee, it may be worth a test drive.

Not good for me

At a first look Web Data Parser seems a very useful software. I personally know a few people that say this product is very good so I also decided to try it. After I purchased this software for $67 I had an unpleasant surprise. Unfortunately Mr. Jonathan Leger is not such a good software programmer as I have previously read. Running under Windows 7 operating system the software Web Data Parser hangs and is completely unresponsive. I have tried to make this software work with the 32-bit version of Windows 7 and also under the 64-bit version but without any success. After this I tried running the software under Windows Vista both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions but I got the same result. Web Data Parser is not supported under Windows Vista and Windows 7. I haven't managed to make this software work. It is quite unfortunate that you have to use a 9 year old operating system like Windows XP to make this software work. I requested a refund and I got my money back in about 2 weeks.

Saved me a lot of work

Starting off my business I needed to collect information of more popular websites to see what made them 'tick'. With WebDataParser my job was made a whole lot easier, as all I needed to do was enter the url of the website and with just a click of a button all the information was readily transferred into a table.

Although a price tag of $67 may be quite hefty to some, WebDataParser in my opinion was somewhat a solid investment, but could have been a bit cheaper. For those who are skeptical about it's price tag, they do offer a 30 day refund if you are not happy with the product then you will get your money back. Overall I was happy with WebDataParser as it saved me from the hard, arduous task of manually collecting the data.

Does what it is supposed to do

About four months ago I was in search of a tool that could help me do exactly what WebDataParser does. The tool was mentioned in quite some forums and a lot of people were happy with it, there were also negative reports tough. I decided to try it out and see if it will work for my needs. After a lot of time using it I must say that it is a good product. It really helps in managing my websites and it is a great time saver. The process of extracting different statistics from any website is really easy and everyone can do it. The tool extracts a lot of useful information which is stored in tables. It is also great that a refund option is included, but I doubt many people will be using it. There were some flaws with the program but overall I think it is worth buying though the price is a bit high. The tool is one of the best I've used on the subject, but it doesn't take the first place.

I save a lot of time

I spent a lot of time doing market research. I consider time means money and this is how I found Web Data Parser. This is a great software which helps me with my websites. I am always building new websites on different niches. Using this desktop application I can easily extract any information from a website. The information is transferred in a table format. I was surprised to see how easy it works. All I have to do is to write the domain name of the website. The Web Data Parser will extract all the information. I like that I have more options to export it. The cost for Web Data Parser is 67$. The only disadvantage is that I can only use websites that use tables. For the rest I really love it.

For me Web Data Parser is really a great help. I save a lot of time.
