Bonners Ferry Idaho based Adtactics is a credit-based safelist which currently has 9905 members. It is owned and operated by John D. Atwood and is one of the oldest (and considered by many to be the best) credit based safelist around. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does get traffic to your site and that is what advertising is all about.
This is one of the few safelists that has a log-in solo ad page. For waiting that 20 seconds, you receive 500 credits. So, you can send your ad to 500 more people just because you signed into the site. With this website one credit equals one member you can email. And, unlike most safelists, free members are not limited to the number of people they can send their emails to. If you have enough credits to send it out to the whole membership then that is what you can do. The only limitations on free members is the number of times you can send your emails out each day. Free members are limited to once a day and only to other free members. Bronze can send out twice a day to free and bronze members. Silver – two times a day to free, bronze and silver members. Well, you get the idea and it goes up to Partnership level. It used to be unlimited mailing for all levels but people were complaining that they were getting too many emails so a limit was placed. And, if you don't happen to have any credits left, you can always send out a regular mailing. You won't get quite the same response (because there is no incentive to open the email), but at least you have a chance. Another feature is the capability of putting your mailing in queue. Do you always want people to get your emails at 5 pm (or whatever) but you aren't home at that time? Then just set it up to be sent out at whatever time you like.
Another little extra of Adtactics is that you can send solo ads to contact email addresses of all the members (Adtactics was the very first safelist to do this). Being that the only mail received in members contact emails addresses (from Adtactics) are messages from Admin and the high crediting solo ads, members who use these will get a good response. To make it even easier for members to build their credits, Adtactics puts clicklinks at the bottom of random ads. When a member clicks this, he/she will receive anywhere from 20 to 1000 credits. There are also lottery links included in some ads; these give you a chance to win credits and prizes. In addition, there is also a weekly active reader contest. In this contest ,members who acquired the most credits through reading emails will get a chance to win credits, cash, and prizes.
Adtactics has one of the highest reputations among safelists. They are consistently rated at the highest level among all safelist users. It is one of the highest converting safelists, and now that they have cut down on the amount of email being received by members, it will become even more effective.

Will give you moderate results When I was a total newbie 3 years ago I was a big fan of safelists because they are free and you can send emails to members if you don't have your own list. These days I don't use much of them anymore because I now do micro niche sites and build my own list. But I still use this site sometimes. Safelists generally do what they say, they say you get traffic and you will. But it's marketers promoting to marketers, so you must have internet marketing, make money online stuff that you promote to them. No specific stuff will work here. I think that goes to many safelists and list builders. Okay with Adtactics I have had moderate results, got opt ins and made some sales. Adtactics has over 16 thousand people and you can buy solo ads to send an email to all members primary address. You can also set up your banner and text ads which then are being shown in their site.

Pretty Good for a Small Safelist Though Adtactics is not as good as List Joe, I will get that I am gathering a lot of exposure and a couple of signups or direct referrals to my programs every week. The amount of emails that I can send as a free member every week is very reasonable and I normally spend about 1 hour a day accumulating enough enough credits to mail to the members. Do not devote a lot of time to this site, but set a schedule if you are a devoted member to gather enough credits. I will maintain this program as part of my large internet Marketing Portfolio of safelists. Adtactics is pretty much a keeper.

Just have to work with it I'm a free member and I have some ok results. The click to earn credit system guarantees your emails to be opened but doesn't guarantee them to be read. You have to really work with your subject line so it grabs attention so it will be read which is really the way advertising is, catching your viewer's attention. The credit system is the same as with many credit based safelists, where you have to open other members emails and click the credit link in order to send your emails. Support does get back to you quickly and that's a big plus. They also have a few rules to follow, no misleading subject lines, and making sure member emails don't bounce, so you need to have a good email system in place because you will receive tons of emails. I do recommend this safelist as a good advertising source, just be prepared to work with it to see any results.

Still One of the Best Safelists Around I have been a member of Adtactics for over a year. It is one of the best lists to use for attracting hits and sales. The customer support is good but sometimes may take longer than usual for a response. The credit-based system allows you to accumulate credits and to post when you want to. This means you can submit your ad and schedule a later time for it to be published. If you like credit-based safelists and you want positive returns on your ads, then I suggest you join Adtactics... upgrade service is worth the cost.

Great Mailer As far as mailers go, this one has been the most effective for me. I think it's because of it's popularity. What good is 1000 emails if no one opens them? With AdTactics my sites have gotten more views than any other service, even the older ones. They make it very easy to get credits, so as a free member I can always mail the maximum allowed. I gave this site an A because the amount of hits I have gotten with AdTactics is much greater than the other mailers I have used. I recommend this to anyone that is not already using it.

An average safelist I joined as a free member because I like using credit mailers, and I found that it was very easy to accumulate credits, and overall the site was easy to use. However, I stopped using it after a couple of weeks because I wasn't receiving enough results from my mailings to keep my interest. I certainly can't complain because it's a free source of advertising, but nothing exceptional stood out about it to make me want to incorporate it as part of my advertising routine. I'm an impatient marketer and need faster results than AdTactics can deliver.

Great site for quality hits to your site I joined AdTactics a few months back as a free member and have been quite satisfied. As a free member I don't get all the benefits of upgraded members, but the quality and the amount of hits to my site have increased. I like that this site keeps anyone viewing your ad on this ad for a good amount of time. I have seen the results in my campaign manager on my site. This is a great, easy to use, and an easy to navigate site. I am remaining a free member because I'm getting good results. The credits are easy to earn and it keeps me coming back every day. I would recommend this site to anyone who has a site or blog that they would like additional exposure to.

One Of The First Credit Based Safelists I Ever Joined Adtactics is one of the first credit based safelists I've joined. In case you don't already know, credit based safelists tend to be quite responsive to your promotions, as people have to stay at your site for the allotted time before they can earn their own promotional credits. At present I have over 158,000 credits, and I track where my traffic comes from. I've found that Adtactics has been one of the most responsive sources that I use. I give Adtactics an A+ :-) |

A nice little safelist site I really like this site. Within the first day I had 550 credits, and it's really easy to make the credits up. In turn, the traffic to my site has increased dramatically too. I'm talking about maybe an additional 40 or so visitors per day which is a really nice little boost. The site overall is quite easy to use, and if you incorporate logging into the site in your daily internet routine, you can make sure you constantly have credits to use. |
