Adversal Description

Adversal is an advertising network that helps publishers monetize their web traffic and advertisers tap into more sources of traffic for their business. There are many different ad units that are available including pop-unders, banners, leaderboards, layer ads, skyscraper ads, and more. Advertisers also can choose from many categories, use geo-targeting, and add animations to their display ads.

Adversal Detailed Overview

Whether you have a website that gets a lot of visitors every month or you’re an advertiser that is in need of more traffic, Adversal can provide a solution fit for you. The network was mainly known as a pop-under network but they have expanded their services to include banner ads, skyscraper ads, and leaderboards.

Advertisers are matched with great rates so that they can afford to tap into the network’s traffic. They can create ad groups and even set budgets for each ad group. You get the information on your impressions, clicks, CTR, and the type of ad you are running. As you create your campaign, you’ll be able to set the geo-target options, the vertical (category), URL, and get the estimated impressions.

Let’s talk about publisher side of the network. First of all, in order to become a publisher you need to get 2500 page views per month. You traffic must consist of 50% North American traffic, and your site age needs to be at least 1 month. If you just created a site, you won’t be able to use Adversal to monetize your site yet.

As I mentioned earlier, the network is known for their pop-unders. The problem with the ads is that people now use pop up blockers in their browsers so if you are utilizing any form of pop ups, you will not get the credit and be able to monetize your site. Fortunately, Adversal has a unique way they serve their pop-unders. The pop-unders are activated when someone clicks on a link on your page.

This is less likely to be stop the pop unders as it seems like a new window is opening because the visitor clicked on a new link to open that window. In addition to that, the network pays out $1.20 per 1000 pageviews for US visitors and $.50 for per 1000 pageviews for other countries. The network pays out every 30 days with a minimum of $20 by PayPal or Check.

Adversal Reputation

Adversal has received great reviews from publishers. There has not been much feedback from advertisers but their interface continues to receive a lot of praise for the ability to set different ad groups and track many different statistics to help you improve your campaigns. This is amongst the best pop up networks and you can also use banner ads to monetize your sites so you can really crank up the earnings for your sites with this network.

It's the best that I have come across

My opinion at the beginning was that it was just another one of those blog moneymaking sites by placing sites. I thought of trying this out. The payment option on adversal is what I dislike as they pay more for US customers and other country customers half of it. I feel this bias will effect them as people from non US countries would be let down. Well for me it meant an extra $50 a month. Its not much though but it was worth the try. Majority of the Ad moneymaking products or sites rely on pop ups but in Adversal they use a new thing called pop under, which is great in one way as the visitor goes by the ad.

One more thing I disliked was the clause that 50% traffic of the must be from North America. This will be a major let down for many upcoming sites outside the US. My blog relies on Hollywood releases. As to making up for the traffic from North America but I still feel the policies are unfair towards traffic regulations. If they ever would change the policies I bet this would be on the top position.

Good and stable!

I’m able to use Adversal only on my most popular technology blog, which can get approved there Results are pretty good, the best advantage of Adversal is that they are a stable source of income – you are sure to get your money only for visiting your site, and no excuses. I got about 3-4k UV/day and it means about 4-5 USD/day, which was making me about 120-150 usd an additional income. It’s nice, isn’t it? Now I’m working on my other sites to get approved and scale it up, because I’ve never found a more stable Ad company. Hard to get in, but definitely worth a shot!

Very good advertising ground

I signed up as an advertiser about 2 months ago following a recommendation from one of my JV partners. I decided to just try it out on one of my websites which was instantly approved as it receives a daily hit of about 6,000 (80% of which is North American traffic). I do like their ad campaign set up and the ability for them to match your advert to targeted audience. The PPC charge is a little bit costly but not as much as Google charges on adwords.

Lucky for me I was able to get some of my affiliates to sign up for this which means triple amount of traffic for me. I didn't sign up as a publisher but again some of my affiliates did which meant I earn as well from their commissions. It's a fairly new program but I would recommend you use this if you are not particularly good with adwords. Overall I rate this B because I do receive a steady flow of targeted traffic which converts to sales from time to time.

Usually I am able to earn around 80$ a month

I joined Adversal as a publisher. My website is receiving a lot of traffic so it was easy to get accepted. They have a few rules for accepting new publishers. First of all your site must have at least 2500 hits monthly from which half must be North American. If you just made your site you will have no chance to get accepted. This is why as a beginner you have no chance to become a publisher for Adversal.

They also work with pop-unders. At first I was worried about this. Most people can block these. Fortunately they have a great system. The pop-unders will get activated only when a person clicks on my link.

In order to get paid I have to earn at least 20$ a month. This is very easy. Usually I am able to earn around 80$ a month. You can choose to receive payment through paypal or check. I work very good with paypal.
