Blogsvertise Description

Blogsvertise is an advertising site that hires bloggers to write about advertiser businesses and websites and pays them for their writing. This program brings bloggers and journal writers together with businesspeople, allowing the bloggers to make extra money and the businesspeople to get more exposure for and traffic to their websites.

Blogsvertise Detailed Overview

There is a direct way to make money through Blogsvertise and an indirect way to make money. The direct way is mentioning advertiser sites and providing links on your blog. The indirect way is by paying to have your website mentioned on blogs and benefiting with more traffic and hopefully more sales.

Bloggers can apply to Blogsvertise, providing information on their personal or business blogs. Administrators in the program will check the blog and determine whether or not they will use it in the program. If a blog is getting enough traffic and contains relevant, quality content, it will probably qualify.

If your blog is approved, then it goes into a queue, and Blogsvertise will give you writing assignments that fit with the content of your blog. These assignments will vary, but they will all be about mentioning advertisers’ businesses and providing links. Pay for these writing assignments can be anywhere from $5 to $15, which isn’t bad for relatively easy work.

For advertisers, the benefits of using Blogsvertise are obvious. When you have bloggers mentioning your business and providing links to your website, you are improving your search engine rankings and attracting more website traffic. You pay a certain amount depending on what type of advertising you want, and the program assigns your advertising to relevant participating blogs. If advertisers choose what the program calls “power user” advertising, they can have more say on which blogs their advertising is placed.

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

Blogsvertise Reputation

Feedback on Blogsvertise has been mixed. Though you don’t really find advertisers saying anything negative, there have been some bloggers who’ve complained about payment problems. Other bloggers claim that they’re making good, steady income through this program. The best thing to do if you’re interested in being a participating blogger for them is to take an assignment and assess how easily and quickly you are paid.

Honest and dependable site

I've been working for Blogsvertise for a month or so and my husband has been working for them for possibly three months. So far he has been paid for two different assignments. I have only been paid for one because I was slow to start.

The topics thus far have been relatively easy to write about and didn't take much time or effort to work them into the content of my blogs. I appreciate the "Grab Bag" feature, which allows me to choose an assignment from a list of declined assignments once every 24 hours. I also receive an assignment that is given to me every day or so. If at any time I would like more assignments, I was given two email addresses via Facebook that I can contact and ask for more work.

At this point, I don't have any complaints at all about Blogsvertise. They have been paying on time and the right amount. They send more work my way if I request it. And the assignments are such that I am able to work them into my blog without it being totally obvious what I am doing.

Good company with timely payment

I have been using Blogsvertise for a number of months and, as far as pay per posting goes, I find them to be very dependable.

The company sends blog assignments that you can accept or reject. Of all those sent to me, only one wasn't really appropriate for my site. I could have made it fit, but not for the price offered. I counter-offered at a really high price (given the work it would have taken to make sense of the post) and my counter was rejected.

In all other cases, the post assignments offered to me were in line with my blog, easy to write, didn't require a great deal of time/effort, and paid reasonably well given the time required.

What I like most is that they don't have the long wait for approval/payment of many other services. Nor do they require a minimum amount before payment. The approvals of each post are made quickly and the payment is dropped right into my PayPal account a few days later.

If you can write quickly and are adept at working on a wide range of topics, I recommend Blogsvertise as a way to bring in some extra income with your blog.

Okay way to make extra cash but really crappy place

They pay on time which I loved but I hated how most times the ads assigned to me had NOTHING to do with my site. It was extremely annoying and repeatedly I emailed them saying so, especially when I stated my reasons for declining tasks. They also assigned the same exact task (that I previously declined) at least 4 times. That happened with two or so assignments. It was extremely annoying. I still made quite a bit of money from them and probably will continue working with them. I don't highly recommend them but if you want to earn some extra cash just for writing a 200 word review about certain topics that may or may not relate to your site, then knock yourself out.

My First Money from Internet

After couple years, finally I got money from Internet, and it's from Blogvertise. Until now I've been paid 4 times. So, it's a trusted paying site for me. The task is very simple and I think everyone can do this in just a few minutes. If you have a blog with micro blog like blogspot or wordpress, you still can follow their programs.

But, you must waiting a month to receive your money on your paypal account.

Blogvertise a bit disappointed with it

I saw this link of blogvertise on one blog that I got to read while browsing for ways to make money online. I submitted about 4 blogs with them, after some days I got the approval on the blog sites that I had submitted. I thought that after that I would be able to get lots of assignments to do as I was really excited to work with them. Whenever I logged in there, I was always disappointed as no assignments are still being posted. I am happy to hear that others find this site really good as they received payment already. Until now, I am still sad because I haven't receive any assignments yet.

NIce but works better for blogs with a higher PageRank

I own 2 blogs, 1 with a page rank of 3 and the other one has a page rank of 1. Blogvertise gives me jobs for both my blogs, about 2 to 3 in one month per blog. But the jobs I get for my 1 PR blog only pay $2-3 dollars each, but the blog with 3 PR gets jobs with prices $8-10 per job. So if you have a high PageRank blog then this service will benefit you the most.

It's a pretty good site

Blogvertise is so far my favourite site that pays me to blog. However, it only offers me an opportunity once a month. Each opportunity is about $7-10 which I'm pretty happy about. There are some situations where I keep on getting rejected but most of the time, I love this site!

$2 per job without page rank blog

I have followed this program for one month. I have gotten 4 jobs, each job worth $2, so in a month I can get $8. I only have two blogs that have no page rank, but still I got the job. If your job is approved, your money will sent about two weeks later.

I am a satisfied user

I have been a member of this site for several months now. At first I didn't know I to get a task and I became tired of checking it out because I didn't get any for long time. So the first task they gave me ended up expiring, though they did send me an e-mail about it also, but I was not checking my e-mails during that time.

Starting in the month of July, I really studied the site and I knew they were giving away a grab bag task for every member. If you are patient and persistent enough to check this site as many times as you can to check if you got a grab bag that would be the best thing to do because every week I got one or two tasks I got just by grabbing a task. Every month they send me my earnings, sometimes they are late but it doesn't bother me because they really pay me through my PayPal. I love this site and I have two blogs approved by them.

Blogsvertise - Worth Checking Out

I think Blogsvertise is a great idea so long as you don't mind crafting parts of your precious blog to sound like a commercial; however, for the average Joe or Joanna, don't expect to make any kind of income to write home about. I joined five months ago, and the sign-up and set-up process was easy to follow. I have received 2 - count 'em, 2 - paid assignments for $5 each to include in my blog, and was paid promptly.

One tip or advice I have for you that I do for my readers is to not make the product I'm writing about sound overly spammy or annoying. I integrate it into a situation that one could actually WANT to use the product or service in real life.

I am thrilled at the rare times I have gotten assignments; to me it's worth it to be enrolled in this program for the occasional bit of cash I can get. I like how I only have to write 100 words with the advertisers to be credited.

Great way to earn money

I joined Blogsvertise about six months ago and had my blog approved after about two days. Once I had my blog approved it took about three weeks to get my first assignment. For my first assignment I got paid $10 and I was thrilled. Since then I have received five other assignments. Three of them were $5, and the other two were $10. I am finding that the assignments are coming in steady for me due to the type of blog I have. I really like how easy it is to make money with this program. I have never had a problem with anything regarding this site. Customer support has always been helpful, the payouts were done quickly and the assignments keep coming in regularly. I am far from unhappy and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get paid a good amount of change for such an easy task.

I don't like Blogsvertise

I joined this site about 6 months ago, and at that time my blog was getting about 800 hits a day. I submitted my blog at this site, and they approved it within a day. Surprisingly, I haven't received a single task till today. This might be related to the fact that my blog is about animals, dogs in particular, and maybe there weren't that many posting jobs available related to dogs. I don't have any referrals, and therefore I haven't earned a single penny from their website. Based on my experience with this site, I would not recommend Blogsvertise to others.

Blogvertise is pretty good

I signed up for Blogvertise about a month ago and I have been getting paid by them every since. I was so excited when my blog was approved. Blogvertise is really easy and not complicated at all. I get paid mostly $15 for every blog I write. They send me a topic related to my blog and I write about it. What can be more simple than that. I have always been trying to find ways to make money with my website and blog and I am so glad that I found Blogvertise! It's one of the best sites I have ever been with. Of course I am still earning lots today and I don't plan to stop any time soon! I recommend Blogvertise to any one!

Didn't make much money

Maybe it was just me but I didn't have the greatest luck with getting assignments. After being accepted, I managed to get about 3 assignments in 2 months... they did have good pays though. Each assignment was $10 each which brought my earnings to $30. Not bad! I still have an account there and currently have 2 assignments. One is worth $5, and the other is worth $15! It's legit. I can't really say anything horrible about this site, but I can't say it's extremely awesome either.

Very discouraging!

I joined Blogsvertise mainly because I want to earn a little extra. The current payout rate for new accounts is $4 - $25 per entry. That I believe is a good pay. There was one time when I completed the assignment I was asked to to do, I was then told "Sorry, that assignment was meant for someone else". Very disappointing. I don't know why, but out of the 5 jobs that I completed, only one got accepted. Those were really simple jobs. It's really very discouraging when you thought you did a good job and someone will just reject it and not give you a reason as to why your job was rejected. I don't really have a good feeling about this site. I read in the forums that's it's scam or is slowly becoming one. Some have claimed that they haven't received their money yet. I wouldn't recommend this site.

I Like Blogsvertise

Blogsvertise is a very legit company online, who sends assignments to my email each month. I registered with so many get paid to post companies online, but I didn't get a lot of offers until I registered with Blogsvertise. I was very happy when they accepted both of my blogs. With these blogging companies, I guess everyone's luck is different when it comes to getting assignments.

Even though their payments might be a little late sometimes, I've always been paid and I don't really have any complaints about them. You won't get rich, but I like making a few extra bucks each month with this company.

Patience is a virtue

I was really excited when my blog got approved by Blogsvertise. I heard positive feedback about this pay-to-post site among my blogger network. I waited and waited for a project but none came. At that time I thought that since my blog is new, that’s why I cannot get any project. After two months, I finally got one assignment for $5, then that was it. I also need to wait for more than a month to receive my payment.

Though the project turn around is too slow, it’s better than nothing, right?

My blog

I never saw a cent of business

It might have just been too early in the game, but two years ago, I joined Blogsvertise.

Never saw a penny from them. I had them on a very busy Yuwie.com blog. I had them on a MySpace blog. In neither case did I ever even get a single offer. I carried their code, and promoted my blogs for months and never earned a cent of my investment back.

They're not all bad though as they don't charge anything to get involved... and there's that chance for a back-link from a real busy site.

Not enough writing tasks

Some time ago, when I started blogging, I searched for some way to earn money from my blogs. I found some paid to blog sites, one of which was Blogsvertise.

I signed up and I was lucky to be accepted since my blogs weren't that old. Other paid to blog sites didn't accept my blog at that point. And then I waited for any assignments.

There weren't many, I just got a couple assignments per month or something.

I quit quickly, after my first payment. They just didn't give me enough assignments. And knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have signed up in the first place.

Blogvertise

I joined this site about six months ago because it seemed like a good opportunity to earn some extra money from my personal blog. I have yet to receive one assignment from blogvertise.

I initially joined after reading good reviews posted on other peoples blogs along with seeing their payment proofs. I think this site is OK and legit but the amount of assignments you will be offered depends on your niche.

Check out my blog and find out the programs that ARE paying me

Not Much Opps

As what other users have commented, I can also say that Blogsvertise is one of the high-paying paid-to-post site... I actually have all of my blogs accepted and approved by them... but... their opportunity is not constant and should I say "once in a blue moon" only... well, maybe because my blogs don't have any PR as of the moment but I noticed when I used to have PR 2 for my main blog and my other blog, they will send me task once to twice a week and each task would be $10 or higher...

The good thing about Blogsvertise is that their task is kinda like a"take home assignment"... sort of... because of the 5 day deadline... and the fact that they don't have those "tiny urls" like Payperpost and SocialSpark do... we all know that Google hate those tiny urls and it has adverse effects on a blogger's PR...

Over all, I still like Blogsvertise... it's not a steady source of blogging income though...

Blogvertise Just Wasn't For Me

When I got into the blogging game I searched for all kinds of ways to earn money from my blog. Blogvertise was one of the first I came across and being naturally curious I gave it a try. I must say that I was not impressed in the least. What little bit I earned from the site was not enough to keep me coming back and it took about 3 months before I even saw my meager earnings. I had actually forgotten about it until it showed up in my Paypal account one day. This service may work well for some bloggers, but it didn't for me.

Easy Writing Opportunities

Blogsvertise gives it's bloggers easy writing opportunities. The opportunities are not everyday but if you check the website everyday, you can grab one "grab-a-bag" opportunity once in a while. Once you accept the opportunity, they will give you seven days to submit your entry.

They are not very strict on the number of words that you have to do in your post. You can write it anyway you want.

The payout is somewhat higher than other known review sites. Sometimes, they don't pay on time. There are few times that they pay you after a week but all posts that I submitted to them were paid. I am used to their delayed payment but I can assure you that Blogsvertise pays for your works. I highly recommend this site.

Good site that pays

Blogsvertise is a good site that has paid me quite a few times to do website reviews for them. However, you have to wait until they send you assignments through your email and it can take quite a while. One time I emailed them asking where the assignments were and they sent me one right away after that.

There are other ways to get assignments. If another blogger throws an assignment back and you check your blog status, you might find a grab bag in there. The grab bag is assignments other bloggers declined. I have gotten a few assignments this way.

They do pay and pay pretty good. Not as good as Pay Per Post but they are still a very legitimate site that pays their bloggers.

My Favorite Advertising Site

You know why it's my favorite? Because it's the highest paying site I've ever joined. When I was given an assignment for the first time December 2008, I was asked to choose from different products of that particular sponsor to write about. The next months, I only received about 1 for each month, maybe because of the recession time. April came and 7 assignments barged my email ranging from $9-$10.

I'm not sure why other bloggers don't get much assignments from Blogsvertise. Maybe it's the same reason why I don't get much from other sites as well. They each have their preferences. What I like about Blogsvertise is that tasks are given like take home assignments for a 5-day deadline.

There are two ways to get tasks. The other one is watching out for the grab bag which would appear beside your blog site's name and, the other option is you wait for the tasks to be emailed to you. The first time I grabbed the bag was also the last. I don't see it anymore. Anyway, I'm happy with the tasks they email me, until last Aug. 26.

This particular advertiser required 14 links of it's anchor texts of the singular and plural forms which cost only $10. That was the first time I declined a task. Don't worry declining a task, they won't take it against you. They will just pass that opportunity to another blogger.

All in all, from December to August, I've earned about $214. I'm still happy although they don't give me much tasks since I didn't reach that amount from other sites in that span of time.

A good place to make money blogging

It is a good website that enables bloggers to make money writing reviews. I have three blogs (PR 0, PR 1 and PR 1 respectively) approved by Blogsvertise. I have gotten some assignments from Blogsvertise which are worth $7.5. I used to get paid on time (usually one month after my review was approved).

The problem is that they rarely give me assignments. It may be because my blogs are not well ranked. It is a bit funny that blog with PR 0 which always gets assignments, even though I rarely update it.

Not a lot of opportunities...

I am member of this paid-to-blog site for almost a year now but even though I have a good amount of traffic and a decent page rank. There were very limited opportunities that was assigned to me. As far as I can remember, I only received 4 opportunities since I signed up on this site. And besides having limited opportunities, they are also very strict when it comes to the reviews that I am making. I can remember that It took me 5 tries before my review was approved. The good side about this site is the price for the review. They are higher than the other paid-to-blog sites, but before you can get the money, you have to wait for 30 days from the time your review was approved. The site is quite good, but It requires a lot of patience.

Opps Are Few And Far In Between

Like everyone else above me said, don't hold your breath for opportunities to come knocking at your door. They come, yes, but they are so scarce earnings would take time to build up. Blogsvertise does not have a minimum payout though. The ONLY time that I was able to cash out (not even $10), I had to wait 30 days after my post was approved before they credited the money to my PayPal account. If you don't have PayPal, then you better get one if you want to become a member of Blogsvertise because that's the only payment option that they are offering right now.

They are strict about bloggers getting opportunities. You HAVE to pass it before the due date or your blog status will be set to probation again and you have to email them telling why you was not able to accomplish the task and asking for another chance at setting your status to "approved" again. It happened to me with my first assignment. I missed the deadline and I was on probation for a week. Thankfully, they set it back to the approved status after I emailed them.

The website itself is pretty straight forward and easily navigable. Nothing fancy here in their interface. What I like about Blogsvertise is they do not force their bloggers to endorse the product or service that they are writing about. They leave it to the blogger's discretion about what tone to use when writing the article. The FAQ was not as comprehensive as some other pay-to-post sites out there, but the response time of the support people is okay. I have not tried using the system for advertising yet, so I cannot give any feedback on that. Overall, Blogsvertise is okay since they DO pay, but if you're looking for many writing opportunities, you won't find it here.

Not Much Paid Post

I have been a member of this site for a long time now. They give higher amounts when they asked you to write a post about a certain advertiser. They usual rate is $9 to $10 for a 250 word article. From my experiences on paid posting, it is quite high.

I had my first assignment 6 months ago. I was rejected by the advertiser because of some typographical errors. After that, I had not received any from them. I contacted their support group and asked why they had not assigned an assignment to me. They are quick on responding to my inquiries and after a week, I received my second assignment. From then I received one or two assignments every month. The pay is good but the site would be awesome if there is more assignments and paid post for bloggers.

Don't Waste Your Time

I submitted a blog back in 2007 to this site, and it got accepted right away. I was thrilled because I had the idea in my mind that I was going to receive a lot of assignments to write about. How more WRONG could I have been! From 2007 to about mid 2008 I only received ONE assignment, that had nothing to do with my blog whatsoever, but I did it anyway since it was a $5 assignment. The results? I never got paid at all! They kept delaying my payment. To top it off they don't allow you to delete your blog, and that is something I DID NOT LIKE at all about this place.

I don't know how some people make money off this site, but unfortunately for me, it did not pan out accordingly.

Has it's pros and cons

I joined Blogsvertise over a year ago when I thought paid blogging could actually be for me (to which I'd later prove myself wrong).

My blog was barely 2 months old when it got accepted into the Blogsvertise fold. Some blogs were even accepted at less than that but were put on a trial run. I think the fact that the site was open to accepting blogs that young was great, especially as sites like Pay Per Post were a lot stricter.

I liked that when I took on a task on Blogsvertise, I could blog positively or negatively about the product or site in question. I didn't have to pretend I liked it if I didn't. I also liked that I was given time to complete the task. At the time, it was 5 days (unlike Pay Per Post tasks which only gave you 6 hours).

I didn't stay with Blogsvertise for very long. Though there were tasks available, I found quite a few were irrelevant to my blog. It also would have been great if they had an affiliate program that rewarded bloggers for recruiting other bloggers, not just advertisers.

I remember contacting Blogsvertise months ago as I wanted my blogs to be deleted. I received a reply telling me it wasn't possible. Something to do with how the system was built or something. I find it quite odd that once you submit your blog, you can't delete it. If that's the case, then I think it's something Blogsvertise needs to mention BEFORE someone chooses to add their blogs.

Once in a blue moon

I had my first writing assignment through Blogsvertise which is $2. Who wouldn't be excited about that? But the long wait of a month is excruciating. I then joined Neobux, which is a paid to click program and it was even quicker for me to earn the $2. After my first writing, I never heard from them.I didn't realize I am still a member until I read this review. The truth is, as what many have experienced, Blogsvertise offering or writing opportunities doesn't seem to be that much. And the pay is not really that high as well. If you are looking for some serious money with your writing, you might as well find another option. I'm sure you wouldn't want to wait for the next blue moon to come.

Fewer Assignments

I have been a member of Blogsvertise for almost 2 years now. At first, there were a lot of assignments to my blogs. However, when it was time for the expected date of payment, that's when the problem started. They were suppose to send payment 30 days after you complete the assignment. The payment was delayed. There were even instances they would not pay because they cannot find the post on my blog even though I never removed or edited it. I had to keep sending them emails before they finally paid me. Although, some assignments were left unpaid.

I am still a member of Blogsvertise. However, I noticed that there are fewer assignments now compared before. I haven't had any payment problems with them recently but they no longer have that many advertisers. Hence, as a blogger, you can no longer depend on them for steady income.

Takes a long time to get opportunities

I've signed up for Blogvertise years ago, I think, two. I only received two opportunities in that span of time. Their website sound promising but I feel they are quite choosy. My friends tell me they've earned through it though. I also don't like that in their website, you can't delete a blog. It's a total heartbreak whenever they give opportunities to the blog I wanted to delete because of wrong URL given. But I'm still hoping they give more chances to bloggers like me.
