ClickBank Description
Clickbank is a popular affiliate marketing network that caters to marketers that are selling digital products like software, membership sites, and eBooks. They handle all the accounting, credit card processing and pay outs, allowing anyone to set up shop online easily and quickly. The site also hosts a huge number of products that affiliates can promote to make money.
ClickBank Detailed Overview
Over the last few years, Clickbank has been the affiliate network of choice for many Internet marketers. There are two different aspects of the site, one as a vendor and one as an affiliate. I’m going to discuss both sides and how they work to help you understand how the site works. Let’s go into the vendor side first.
Clickbank is basically the middle man between a customer and you. You use them to process orders (they take a small cut for processing) confirm payments, and handle customer service. Because of this process, it is much easier to get involved with them rather than go through the long process of opening a merchant account to take orders online. By setting up a thank you page (download page), listing your price, and creating a sales page, you can get started selling in 10 minutes.
There are some huge benefits of using the network. You can submit your product to their Marketplace which is browsed by consumers and also by affiliates. There are over 100,000 affiliates in Clickbank and many of them are experienced with Internet marketing. So by using the network, you can tap into their huge affiliate army.
The networks has added some great new features such as the ability to track where your sales are coming from, set up a 2-tier commission structure, and also offer recurring billing. Previously, the lack of these features has led users to criticize their service and use other vendor solutions.
There are some flaws to the service as well. While you can sell multiple products, you have to set a solid affiliate commission rate for products. So you have to open multiple accounts and manage them separately which can be time consuming. It has also become common for thieves to share your download pages once they become a paying customer (some even spider your site to find it). To prevent digital theft from happening, you have to buy third party security software.
The network also forces you to offer a 60-day money back guarantee. Any customer can simply contact their customer service department and get a refund within minutes. To curb this, they have kept track of serial refunders and banned them from the network but some people use different credit cards to cheat this system. There are also limited affiliate statistics, limited vendor statistics, and you have to manage affiliates manually without a central system to keep them updated. Clickbank have not really updated their interface up to par as other networks in the industry.
As an affiliate, you can go through their marketplace and find a product you want to promote. All you have to do is plug in your affiliate ID into their Clickbank link. The huge networks allow affiliates to promote all kinds of products in a wide variety of niches. Because many vendors know the importance of marketing, use direct response salesletters, and payouts are high, Clickbank products are amongst the highest converting/most profitable in the affiliate industry. This is what has drawn affiliates to Clickbank.
There are some flaws like other networks. Many people know about Clickbank links so they will try to steal you out of their commissions by either clearing the cookies or replacing your affiliate ID with theirs. You will need to cloak your links to protect yourself from commission theft although some improvements have been made. The refund rate for some products can be really high and cut down on your profits as Clickbank forces you to offer a 60-day policy.
The sales stats and interface are also very limited. To add to that, getting promotional material from vendors can be difficult. You will have to go to the vendor’s site to get it while others do not give you any to work with. Because some vendors do not give you promotional material or just provide you with poorly written ads (even if it’s a great product), you will need to have some experience with copywriting and marketing to come up with your own promotional material that turns into sales. A minor issue is that some consumers do not trust Clickbank products as the network is a host to many vendors that sell low quality biz-opp products.

Clickbank has received positive reviews from users. The service is incredibly easy to get set up with and use. The benefits of using the network far exceed the flaws but there are still many improvements to be made. For merchants there is no simpler way to set up shop online and tap into a huge army of affiliates. For affiliates, it’s a great way to promote a huge list of products that convert into sales and have good commission rates.

Earn Income using Clickbank  I should say that click bank is comparable with ebay. I know a lot of people earn money in click bank. How?Click bank is site where you promote products or become affiliate and promote other products by becoming an affiliate to them. An affiliate is the person which is approve by the seller of the chosen product. You earn based on the commission. Clickbank is the best marketplace to sell if you are a seller. If you want your products to be exposed right away, then click bank is for you. Over a hundreds of affiliates willing to promote your product. No real big problems with Clickbank I think that the main problem with Clickbank is some of the products it lets through. However, I guess it is up to the promoter what they choose to promote. I have had no real issues with Clickbank, although the interface could be a little smoother as the website encounters bugs from time to time. The payment/receipts page is also a bit confusing at times to navigate around. Overall, this is a good place to start internet marketing!

I haven't earned any cent  I would give this site a C because I've been a member for over 2 years but I haven't earned even a single cent. I have my own website and I even post hop links on my facebook page but nothing happened. It's also annoying that you can't do anything when you forgot your username. They don't send it to you! They just tell you to make another account! What if there's money in that account? Seriously.

Top Affiliate marketing Site Hi I started using clickbank.com to promote products. Clickbank is so easy to sign up for virtually anyone, really no hazards of pre verifications and direct sign up by email and contact address making it ideal for anyone to start affiliating instantly! I Just search New Products and promote those. I spent only 1 hour a day and nice money from it. It`s a great site for new sites and bloggers. Try this, you'll love it This site is very straight forward and very quick to pay and have a very wide range of products/services that you can promote. The interface has some clutter that can be done away with. But, once you get a hang of the system, it's very easy to use and operate. I had a bit of trouble with it, but after a while it was like I was a pro money maker!

Boost your income through clickbank Clickbank is a great way to earn more money online. Clickbank really helped me to earn more income, I mean I was only earning through adsense but when I discovered clickbank I was really happy. Marketers network Like other affiliate websites, Clickbank is not a get rich quick system at all. Well there are two ways to earn money with clickbank. You can either sell your own e-book as there is only downloadable stuff there or you can promote other's products. To be able to sell one item you have to do aggressive marketing. Either by creating a blog/website for a niche product and promote your blog/websites. This is a good for marketers and selling for digital products and software.

A click away from the bank! Only issue I had with ClickBank is their minimum commission requirements and their number of credit cards. They require 3, pretty intense. Other then that they are very reliable about making payments, and it is quite easy to make money through their system. I was very shocked with how many websites and services they have to offer. I promoted some of their products that they promoted and did quite well. And it doesn't matter if your a pro or just a beginner, anyone can get started with ClickBank. It has helped me add to my own business for a while now. It definitely helps to be well acquainted with Adsense to go big with ClickBank. I say try it, you have nothing to lose, it literally takes minutes to setup.

It's difficult to make money with clickbank This site is a very good way to earn a lot of money, but I do not recommend it for beginners. Me personally I don't make a lot of money with this site because it's difficult to sell a product on the internet. You need an effective method to seduce a client. Now there are free methods that can teach you how to earn a good monthly income with clickbank. This site is serious, I have seen a lot of proof of payment on the forums. So good luck. |

Clickbank... The place to go for Affiliates WOW, well where do you want me to start? Ok it is amazing. Now that is pretty much my conclusion. No only joking, but if you are considering getting into Affiliate Marketing yourself, trust me, Clickbank is the way to go. Why? Well, it does not really matter what products you are trying to promote- Clickbank has literally tens of thousands of electronic products that you can promote as an Affiliate Marketer. The layout of the website is also very easy, handy and very informative. It provides you with important details including the average price you earn when selling a particular product. They also have their own tutorial on their website, showing you how to start selling their affiliate products. Overall I rate Clickbank as A for Awesome and give them a 10/10 for being an easy to understand and free to sign up business. This is the place you want to go and stay because you can sell unlimited products. Have fun and enjoy making money.

What to say about clickbank  With great affiliate support clickbank is definitely the place to sell a digital product if you have one or to find products to sell. What I like about Promoting and selling products on clickbank... Promoting: 75% commission on most things you are promoting this is honestly great and they make it pretty easy for you to pick your products to promote because they show you the gravity of the product compared to it's competition. Selling: have a product to sell but don't get a lot of traffic? No problem clickbank alerts it's affiliates of your products launch and of it's existence if is been around for a while this makes finding and getting affiliates to promote your product a cinch and if you're an affiliate they pay on time every month. Over all this is the best place to sell your digital product and the best place to promote from. |

Working Hard can pay you good money When I heard about this for the first time, I was not really sure that is this the right program to join or not, but I just thought about taking a chance. I started with ClickBank, and I saw that this is really a good affiliate program. I am making a good amount of money by selling products (obviously my blog is the one where visitors find about these products). Before trying this out, I never thought of making good money from Affiliate marketing, but now it seems that this site pays you good money if you can work hard. Their commissions are also really good.

Clickbank Don't This was one of the very first sites that I had heard about when I tried to do affiliation selling online. Although it is easy to use, if you are anything like me and are new to selling products online, then you may find this site difficult to use. Clickbank to me seems to be aimed at people who have been selling things online. |

Clickbank Is Numeral "Uno!" I've been an affiliate marketer with Clickbank for about 7 years! When I first started, (as with everybody), I had to get 3 different sales with 3 different credit cards, which made me think they were getting ready to SCAM me, but they just wanted to make sure I actually made sales. Since then, whenever I have a question about my money, all they need is my Clickbank nickname, and they can tell me anything I need! They have excellent service. I highly recommend Clickbank for affiliate marketing! Tell 'em "I" sent you! |

I use ClickBank a lot They have a fantastic database full of products to sell and opportunities for people who have their own digital product to sell but I wish they had more opportunity for people who have physical products too (though they do exist but not in as great a quantity as the digital product).I do love how they make it easy to show you the gravity of the products and even let you see the sales page of the digital product you are promoting. One of the best things about click bank is their customer/affiliate support. I have had bought into the express paid surveys that is marketable through them a while back and if you seen the review on this site it's not that great (wish you guys were here sooner) I wouldn't have bought it long story short though even though they didn't have to I got a refund. So overall ClickBank is awesome for people who sell things and people who buy things and for affiliates as well, especially since most products on the sites payout are 75% (there are a few that aren't but that's okay) I give them an A for the great setup and customer/affiliate support. |

Good Site for Marketers and Affiliates Clickbank basically connects marketers with people who seek to earn commissions through affiliate marketing (selling others' products for profit). I am not a fan of the site simply because I didn't make a single dollar from it. I found that most of the products that are available are total scams and I find it hard to trust a company that will give scammers the means to promote their products on what seems to be a legit site. But hey that's just my opinion.

Mixed emotions I have some mixed emotions on Clickbank. I know that they have strong affiliate listing or programs you can join and get paid through. I became m member about 3 years ago because one of the sites I joined and use regularly only pays through Clickbank. I have been paid a few times, but hefty fees are always taken out of your check, and if for some reason you are not making money for a bit, they start taking more fees out of your account. So, unless you are actively promoting many affiliate programs through them and are consistently getting paid, they take out too much money in fees for my level of comfort. If it was not for the fact that the program I am in only pays through Clickbank, I would not personally be bothered with them. |

Must Be Nice... After reading all of the comments here, it must be something to ClickBank just not for me! I'm still of course affiliated but no longer promote it. I see ClickBank has various things going on and I just can't keep up, I see money in my account but it's nowhere near enough to cash out, can't get the ebook moving, I'm just happy I didn't get stuck with a bill or spent a whole lot of money marketing like some people here! I won't knock this site cause obviously some people either made or are still making money with the program, but it just didn't do it for me. I've had more success with other programs.

Clickbank is great Clickbank is a great place to begin doing affiliate sales. You can earn a commission for selling products through your website. They have many products waiting to be sold. It is easy to use, so even a newbie should have no problems learning how to use ClickBank. It is a great way to make money.

They are good on their word This program clickbank is good on their word. I ordered thru the internet a product I found was very misleading and found I was not going to use their product as it was not sincere. Clickbank was very easy to follow for getting a refund and their follow up was outstanding. I got a notice my request was received and also got a notice of when they had processed my refund. I find that outstanding, very quick and precise.

Clickbank Newbie I am a ClickBank newbie. I am finding it hard to sell. However, I think I need to make a website with a lot of information on it. Like others have said, you need to find that special product or service that people will buy. If you just say "buy this product" or "this is a great product" people won't buy it. You need to make the product sound like it is something the customer really needs to buy.

Newbies and Clickbank As a newbie I quickly learned about Clickbank and their products and I quickly signed in to be an affiliate. I did not read the Terms and conditions either, because I assumed everything was OK there. It is overwhelming and it is very difficult for a beginner to orientate himself what product exactly will convert and how to choose the best product for your site or blog. You can't just sell everything with high gravity that you see, right? I haven't made a single sale till that point, but that's because I'm an affiliate for 2-3 products only and it's been only a month since I entered IM. As I said I'm a complete newbie:) But because many people claim they DO get sales I think it's a matter of time and effort to make that first sale. |

Clickbank.. Click and make money... I learned the site when I bought a product and saw the name Clickbank secure connection at the bottom for payment. Out of curiosity, I clicked the site and got interest in promoting their products and services. Although you need to do lots of readings before you start, especially the TOS, but for me it's all worked because once you learned the "Getting started" it's now easy as 1,2, 3. I went to market place and chose the right product I can promote. And even until now I keep coming back to the site to keep reading topics that helps me in promoting products. I would say the site is really good if you really want to have an extra income.. You can click the products and make money.

Great for e-books I have had some experience with ClickBank before. It's great if you want to sell your products like e-books, but in order to succeed, you must have experience. People who have never ever set foot in this kind of marketing will have trouble making profits from their products. In a nutshell, experienced people will have a great time with ClickBank, while the inexperienced will meet their downfall. |

I don't understand them ... I don't understand their model of business. Without products (provided by vendors), this business cannot exist. However, ClickBank does NOT protect the sellers but the buyers. If you ever sold an info product (an ebook for example), it's almost impossible not to see this situation: buyer purchases your ebook and then 5 minutes after getting it, asks for a refund and get it. A No-No model of getting ebooks for free. Shall I mention that if you want your product to be promoted by affiliates (how can you not want it?), then you have to accept that anyone can get your product at a 50-75% discount (depends on the commission you set). Why? Because anyone is allowed by their system to buy anything using her or his own affiliate link for that product. What about checks? Checks in this century? They accept PayPal payments but don't want to pay you by PayPal ... (direct deposit is not an option for every user, depends on where you live) |

You Can Make Money With Clickbank It took me a while to get my first check from Clickbank because of the minimum commission amount required and their requirement that at least three different credit cards be used. But it is possible to make money with Clickbank. Read the TOS so there are no surprises, but overall they are reliable about paying out commissions. They have lots of products and services you can promote. If you have niche blogs or websites it's almost certain that you can find some product or service that matches your niche. In my opinion, Clickbank is a good option for anyone starting out in affiliate marketing.

Clickbank and "newbies" ClickBank is good, but it can be quite tricky for newbies to this affiliate marketing concept. Especially those who do not like to read Terms of Service, which admittedly was my problem and still is (impatient), however I would recommend it to anyone with the time to read up on different strategies and start selling!

Ahh memories I joined clickbank way back when I first learned about internet marketing. Being completely green, I was still able to make a sale worth almost $100 within a month. This is a great service for beginners and well experienced marketers alike. The products shown on Clickbank can be promoted many different ways, even free avenues!After reading all of these responses I may return to clickbank, now that I have learned many different marketing techniques myself. |

Customer Distribution Requirement Wow, I had a hard time finding that little tidbit in their terms of service, but there it was:Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers; and, Sales made with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal) Their justification is to prevent people from opening a CB account just to purchase some things for themselves and get the commission as a discount. I suppose that makes sense but it could make things a little challenging to get that first check. Fortunately it didn't prove to be an issue for me as I met the requirements without realizing it just before I went over my minimum threshold for the first time. |

Getting paid from Click Bank! I sell Many products from ClickBank and have had good and bad experiences with them. I had to create a new account with them because my old account was suspended because someone used a stolen credit card to purchase a product! That I understand, but they withheld all my funds from that account. It has been 5 1/2 months, and I still can't get paid! I can see not paying me the $47 from the one sale that was made with a stolen credit card, but to hold over $2000 that are legit sales is not very fair! So they get to keep the money I made! They are getting rich, but at who's expense? |

Click on When I was first introduced to Clickbank, I was a little shocked as to how many websites, and other services they offer. I was able to promote some of the products listed and actually did pretty good for a while. As a whole, I think this is a well put together service that everyone could benefit from. ClickBank The Easy Way Clickbank is pretty good. If you build a website/blog around a particular theme and select related products you'll do pretty well. But if you can't do that there's some eBay stuff and some CPA stuff that you can do with success as well. I haven't had any issues with being paid from Clickbank. They just send checks. I don't know anything about the credit card thing the other guy talked about.

Clickbank Is Okay... I have been using clickbank as a way to supplement my other businesses for just over a year. If you are good at adsense you can make LOTS of money on clickbank! One of my buddies made just over $600K last year and all he does is run google campaigns for clickbank products.

do-able It took me a while to set up an account with them because i was hosting my public domains site with them. They slowly but surely helped me earn commissions. It works great when you apply it to other sites you are working with. There are many great ways to use ClickBank.

It is at least easy Not everything is equal. That said, it is a free item that is useful for the genre that is intended. Plus it is easy to set up. In this world of choices, like it or not, in some instances, certain products match up only with others. So limitations aside, it is good for what it is intended for. Just be mindful that the volume is significant enough to match the terms of its use so that it is worth being connected to in order to get paid.

Read Their Terms Of Service First You will need more then 3 different credit card numbers to qualify for your first check from clickbank. Their T.O.S clearly state that it takes 5 different #'s to qualify.They also have a minimum sales amount to also receive your first check! The default is set at $100 dollars, so if you are new to Clickbank make sure you change it to the lowest amount or you may wait a long time to get your money. The first and any following sales made thru Paypal count as only 1#. Also keep in mind that any sales cancelled will cause you to lose that commission, and it is possible that charge backs can be more then they owe you. One last thing, if your account has money in it, and you have not made any recent sales, clickbank will charge your account a fee to keep it open. There is other info in the T.O.S that you should check out. Overall once you fully understand how clickbank operates it can be a good place to do business. |

Clickbank is a great start Hi i started using clickbank to promote products. I also used ebay (website traffic in the ebay search bar) to get traffic to my clickbank affiliate sites with good success.Some products are pretty good and others are not so good so spend a bit of time to get to know the site and you should see money coming in using my formula above. |
