Been using Elite since the new year.

I've used quite a few different marketing companies and email marketing companies, but must say I'm really pleased with their customer service. Their interface is different than some of the others I've tried, but in the end that doesn't matter. Their customer staff is just incredible!

Must say the best I've ever had to deal with before.

Best Customer Service I've had in a long time

I've used this service for almost 5 years now, and I have to say, they have the best customer service anywhere!

I'm not usually one to give compliments to companies, but I just got off the phone with them, and as always, they ensured that I was smiling before the call was done.

They go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. To me, they do anything they can to make sure my emails look incredible and they go about it in such an easy going way it's infectious.

Kudos to them. I would love to meet them all one day as no matter who I speak to, they have the friendliest people on earth taking calls.

New Platform is Great

I used this company for a few months before they got a new platform. I was happy before, but the new email creation wizard is just too good! I love their customer support staff as they are always there for me. It's the little things that make a big difference! :)

Pretty happy so far

I signed up last week after meeting with their team.

Gotta say that from the second I signed up, they have treated me extremely well.

I was with a competitor of Elite's and was not really in the mood to go through the process of switching over. They made the process so smooth and I feel like I picked up right where I left off from my last Monthly newsletter.

Coolest thing our company has done in a long time!

My boss was against doing ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING online. I then had him sit down with a sales guy from Elite Email. I have to say it took a while for my boss to get a hold on the notion of what was being proposed. Once he did though and that we could do it in multiple languages, he was willing to give it a try. We have now been using this tool for 8 months and it has helped us save money on our advertising and keep in touch with Way more people then we were before. It's been a pleasure to use such a service.

Really a great tool

I have been using this company for over 2 years now. They have made my email communications with my clients a breeze. Such a great team there with so much knowledge about the industry. Was a great choice for my company. I recommend them to everyone I know! I was hesitant to try something like this. It took my sister-in-law to really push me to do it. Haven't looked back since.

Fantastic Service!

I never thought online marketing would work for me, but I was proven wrong. I checked into a few companies because they all offer a free trial. I ended up going with Elite Email as they gave the best customer service and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was amazing. They have really helped to get more people attending my yoga classes and memberships to my studio is up almost 35% since the new year. I just wanted to post how great they are! Thanks guys!

I never realized!

If I'm being honest, I was so against going online and doing any sort of email marketing. I then was pushed by my wife to try it and it has worked wonders for my shop. I pay a few bucks a month and send out updates bi-weekly as to what is happening in the store. I've seen so many more people coming in when we have sales it's unreal. This stuff really works. My engagement has been amazing! Great site! Great tool!

Just great

It's been 16 months since I started using this company. I couldn't be happier with the service they supply, the customer service and the ease of use. It has really helped me organize youth baseball leagues in the Chicago area. It's a great tool that I wish I had known about before.

I just wanted to post a quick message about how much I enjoy email marketing and in specific Elite Email! They have been so good to me and my lil bakery that I had to post something here! Good Company

After using a different company, I stumbled upon Elite Email. I have to say it was a nice change. I was having trouble with the other company and switching my email marketing efforts to this company was a much needed switch. They helped me put some zest into my campaigns and really helped me every step along the way to ensure I was getting the most out of their system. Their customer service is pretty fantastic and I enjoy creating my emails now, unlike before. I couldn't be happier with this service.

Fantastic marketing tool

I met with a representative of this company at a trade show last spring and tried out their free trial. I was new to email marketing and thought it would be a great way to market my Spa. It was a great choice as the addition of online newsletters and promotions has really made a difference in terms of getting more people to return. I recommend them all the time to friends who are need of a similar service. Really cool way to effectively market yourself online.

Signed up with this company a few weeks ago. Been loving it since. What a cool way to keep in touch with my contacts. The reporting is the neatest thing I've ever seen. Totally recommend them! Beyond happy about the results

I wish I had known about services like these earlier y'all. What a change it has made to my bed and breakfast. Just makes it so much easier to send out information to keep people coming back than regular old emails. I used to spend hours sending out emails and now it takes no time and I can see what happens when people receive it all. I've really enjoyed learning about the industry and trying new things that were always out of my comfort zone. I had never even heard of this stuff before, now I send something out a few times a month. I highly recommend checking them out!

Great marketing service

I joined because my wife heard about these guys on TV. I normally wouldn't do so, but she thought they had a great commercial. I had used a competitor of theirs for a little while, but I'm very happy that I switched. I run a few hockey leagues and this program has made it easy to keep in touch with everyone. I've gotten great feedback on my newsletters and the fact that I can see what each participant does with each email is beyond cool. Definitely something I will use for a while to come!

Talk about being awesome! Email marketing is where it's at, and ELite Email is going to be a leader in the industry soon. Grade A company

Email marketing is where it's at these days. Elite Email has been helping me with my online marketing efforts for just over a year now. I joined in hopes of keeping in touch with my customers and not only have I done so, but I've managed to create an online presence with newsletters, announcements and links to so many special ads.

This company is one of many in it's industry, but they really stand out when it comes to customer service. My account manager is so easy going and relaxed. I can honestly say I've learned so much from him. This is one of the best investments my company has made in years.

Great marketing tool that anyone can use

Just started using these guys towards the end of the year. I had heard a lot about email marketing and after checking out a few different companies, I decided to go with Elite Email.

Gotta say, they've been so helpful in leading me through the setup of my first few emails and their software is really so easy to use. Their reports are great and I can see myself using such online marketing in the future. The fact that I can use them for free right now is almost ridiculous.

For anyone wanting a very inexpensive way to keep in touch with people, this is a wonderful tool. I give them 2 thumbs up!

Changes my way of thinking

These guys were right in my own backyard and I had no idea!

I sat down with one of their sales reps and they outlined how easy it would be for me to start utilizing a tool like theirs. I spend a ton of money on so many different marketing initiatives and to be able to almost spend nothing and see the engagement that I'm getting is incredible. These guys are so down to earth and really were so helpful in not only helping me understand the benefit of email marketing, but they also helped me with everything! and I mean everything! I've used them for 3 months now and think it's one of the best things I've come across in the last little while. If the internet is where it's at then companies like this are going to be doing very well one day!

The best email marketing service I have found so far

I've been doing email marketing for a few years now. I've switched from company to company over that time. I can honestly say that I've been using Elite for over 7 months now and I haven't even thought about switching. They're just good at what they do. Plain and simple. I recommend them to people I know all of the time.

Just Superb

I gotta say, I love this company. To say that they helped me is an understatement! They changed the way that I do online marketing completely.

Changed my mind

I was never one to use email marketing, to be honest I thought that it was like sending spam out to people. My brother-in-law has been using this service for his yoga studio and has found great results. He told me for months to try it out.

I won't lie, I was very reluctant. I then signed up for the free trial and found it pretty easy to use.

I own my own women and children's bath products company. Since I signed up, I've sent out a newsletter every month and have been getting pretty great results.

The reports are really easy to use and really show me what people are doing with my information. I've recently started to send out special offers to my mailing list and the feedback has been wonderful.

A year ago I would have said no way to something like this. I'm happy I tried it though as they have really given me some great ideas to keep in touch with my customers and I have definitely seen the results.

I recommend it now all the time to people who are curious about the industry. These guys helped me move into a sphere that I was very reluctant to.

I have to say that I always thought I knew a lot about email marketing. For years, I felt as though I couldn't go wrong with my email marketing efforts. A friend of mine then told me to try out Elite Email.

They taught me more in my first month about email marketing then I had learned in my last 3 years elsewhere.

Their customer service is top-notch. My account manager is always there for me and that is pretty refreshing. I'm fed up with calling in to places and having to talk to a machine. With these guys, that is not even an option. They help me with everything I could ever need help with. They've even gone further and started to help me with subject line ideas and new content.

Very Happy I Switched To Elite Email

I used to use Constant Contact as my email service provider, but switched to Elite Email about 4 months ago. I could not be happier!

I was so frustrated with Constant Contact. Even though they seem to be the biggest in the industry, that definitely does not mean they are the best. I found their support to be terrible.

The switch to Elite Email was very easy and I had an account executive (an actual person I can call who was both knowledgeable and friendly!) to help me every step of the way.

In terms of features, Elite Email had everything I needed and more.

I run a clothing store in New Orleans and send out a bi-weekly newsletter to my customers telling them about new products, specials, and more.

Elite Email is divided into three sections: Emails, Contacts, & Reports.

Each part of the program is incredibly easy to use (which was very important to me) and lets me accomplish everything I want without any headaches. They advertise ‘point and click simplicity’ and they truly deliver on that promise.

Managing my mailing list was a breeze.

Creating emails using their templates took less than 10 minutes to design something that looks like I hired a professional to create. (They also allow for unlimited image storage, whereas Constant Contact charged me for image hosting. )

The reports gave me insight I could only dream of. There are so many different reports to look at that I am able to figure out exactly what works best to maximize the success of my emails.

Their support is also amazing. I just can’t say enough about this! I work with a lot of different organizations and this company really understands what customer service is about.

The pricing was also better than Constant Contact. When I look at the feature and support I get, the value is amazing.

I have recommended Elite Email to all my friends and will continue to do so. You can’t go wrong with Elite.

Top Notch Email Service Provider

About 3 weeks ago my boss asked me to find a good email marketing company so that we could start sending out newsletters to our customers.

Since we are a technology retail store, we are always getting in new (and cool) products and a monthly newsletter is the perfect way to stay in touch with people. In hindsight, I’m kind of surprised we haven’t been doing this for years! But, better late than never!

I began my search like anyone would and went to Google. I searched and searched and I think I saw every single email marketing company on the planet. Trust me, there are a lot!

I reviewed the features, price, deliver-ability and basically anything else I could think of. I also called to speak to an actual sales rep because I wanted to get a feel for the type of customer service that would be provided.

I ended up signing up for 3 free trials. They included Elite Email, Constant Contact, and Mail Chimp.

The support at Mail Chimp was really poor, and by that I mean it was mostly non-existent. I guess you have to be an expert to use Mail Chimp and I am far from that! So, I closed my account with them.

Constant Contact was OK, but they had some silly restrictions like only letting me upload 5 images. For our newsletter we’d use more than 5 images in just one email and I found it very sneaky that they would make me pay more. This hurt my trust with them right away. My confidence continued to dwindle when I called for support and got the sense that the person I spoke to was more concerned about getting me off the phone, than actually helping me.

Elite Email, however, was great! I was so happy I found them because they really were the whole package. The price was lower than Constant Contact (which made my boss happy) and their support was fantastic. Actually, I want to say beyond fantastic. I spoke to my account executive who took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. A few minutes after our call, he called me back because he had another idea for us, and wanted to share it with me. WOW! Now that’s service. The guy at Constant Contact was pushing me off the phone, and the person at Elite Email spent a bunch of time with me and then called me back with an additional idea. I wish everyone was like that!

The features are just as good or better than the other places I tried. They have lots of templates to choose from and the reports they provide are excellent.

The entire program is also very easy to use. I’m far from super-techie and yet I can click around Elite Email and do everything. I’m a pro!

Most importantly, the newsletters I created look amazing and the results have been extraordinary.

I totally recommend Elite Email. Of course, you can try the other guys too, but you might want to just save your time and learn from my experiences. Once you see what their support is about, you’ll know why they are my top choice.

Best Ever!

I run a small bakery in San Francisco and didn't think I'd ever use email marketing for my business. But, one of my good friends kept saying I had to try it and they strongly recommended Elite Email. I signed up for their free trial, which was really easy. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world, but this program is really easy to use. There was a getting started guide that showed me the key things to do in the program and then I spent time exploring around all the other screens. This program is very mature and is packed with features. The folks at Elite Email also definitely understand about user-friendliness because I was able to navigate around, add my mailing list, create an email and send it out with no problem at all.

I did have one question so I called their toll-free number and asked for my Account Executive (I love that I had an account executive). My call was answered in under 2 minutes and my account executive was super friendly and had the answer to my question right away. He even spent time showing me a few other things in the program that I may not have noticed. What great support!

I strongly recommend this program for anyone looking to do email marketing.

Wow - Better then I thought!

I can't believe that I have been doing this manually for so long. The software has made my life so much easier! I thought this would just help to keep my inbox clean, but the tracking features have allowed for me to better target customers. Also, the templates make this all so easy.

A Great Product

I have been using Elite Email for roughly 6 months now, and I find this product to be a great help to my business.

I have seen an increase in traffic to my website as well as internet sales since I started sending out my campaigns.

I have had many complements on the design of my emails and have to repeatedly inform my customers that 'I don't have a designer, I am just using one of their templates'.

It's cost effective, it's easy to use, and they have good customer support.

I have recommended them to many of my customers and will continue to do so.

Really Outstanding Email Marketing Program

For the past 2 years I have been building my business’s email database. I own and operate two clothing retail stores and have the cashier ask customer’s for their email address when they pay at the register. Originally I was sending out periodic emails through my normal Outlook account, but once my database got large enough, this just didn’t make sense.

I started looking for an email marketing solution and decided to signup for Elite Email.

I wanted a solution that was easy to use, affordable and had all the features I could possibly want. I am happy to say that after being an Elite Email customer for the past several months, it meets all those criteria. The program is great! It does everything I need and more.

Since the Elite Email program is very easy to use, I rarely need support. But, whenever I have had a question, their support has been outstanding. There was one time where I emailed in a question about adding a signup form to my website and I literally got a reply 2 minutes later. I don’t even know how they had enough time to read what I wrote! But, the reply was detailed, well articulated, totally solved my problems, and even gave me suggestions for where I should put the signup form on my website for maximum results.

I completely recommend this program for anyone looking to take their email marketing to the next level.

Perfect For My Small Business

After an exhaustive search 11 months ago where I explored (and tried out) several different email service providers, I decided on Elite Email.

At that time I was new to email marketing and wanted an easy and affordable way to send out a monthly newsletter to all of my customers.

I’m not overly tech savvy, but the Elite Email system was a breeze. I didn’t need to spend time reading complicated manuals or being frustrated. Everything was well laid out on the screen and very user-friendly. They also have video tutorials on almost all the pages, so anytime I did get stuck all I had to do was watch the video and it was like having an expert standing right beside me.

There are 3 major parts to the program: Contact List, Email Creation, Reports & Stats.

Each section is packed with features that helped me go from an email marketing rookie to seasoned veteran very quickly. By using their intuitive controls, I was able to manage my entire mailing list (it handles unsubscribe requests automatically), builds really great looking emails, and see how well they performed by viewing my opens, clicks and forwards.

Even though I was very impressed with the Elite Email program, what really set it apart was their customer service. As soon as I signed up, I was assigned to an Account Executive. When I was first uploading my contacts I had a question so I called their toll-free number and asked for my Account Executive. Within a minute I was actually talking to my Account Executive who spoke perfect English, was incredibly knowledgeable and not only helped resolve my problem, but spent the time giving me insightful tips for what I should put in my email. I wish every vendor I worked with for my business had this type of service where they actually do care and are willing to go the extra mile.

Overall, I would strongly recommend Elite Email if you are looking for an easy-to-use email marketing solution.

Great tool but if overused can become expensive

I was initially attracted to this service because I thought it would be cheaper to use, since I did not have to pay any thing upfront. Service is quite good and satisfactory. I used the Myspace edition. The features listed are very unique such as the kind of content that you can include in the email. Setup was surprisingly easy and I was able to convert my myspace contacts into a mailing list. This is done by putting some code on your myspace page. The tracking service is also excellent as one can monitor which clients are responsive and which do not read their emails. The only problem I have here is that the service seems expensive. The cost increases as one sends more emails. Plus I would not recommend this to those that have a large list to send to and email their downline frequently. Although on the other hand the pricing model does help in limiting the number of emails you send your downline or list because of the cost. And limit emails in the inbox. I also had a problem with the payment methods available. Some more options should be offered.

It's o. k for a little pocket change

To start off, Elite Email isn't really the number one solution but it still worked. I can't say it it wasn't worth is because it got my page views up and a handful of people were actually buying my products. They said it was easy to setup and everything but I had to go through it a couple times to actually get it. The pricing was a good price to pay-per-month because I made a little over it a month. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are trying to make big money, but it's good for a little pocket change.

Good for mailing lists

Elite Email is the perfect tool for someone to create a mailing list for their customers or even fans. The price is awesome for $10 a month, it even gives you reports on how effective your emails are. Me being a musician, it's great for emailing my fans with new songs, giveaways, videos and upcoming gigs.

Its contributed greatly to my success with promoting my music online, I now have over 400 people I email every week or so.

I would highly recommend it to anyone new to marketing.

Underperforms On Promise

My company is always looking for cutting-edge email applications to boost our email campaign which is a very vital marketing tool for us, so we bought the Enterprise Edition of Elite Email and tested it extensively before we came to these final conclusions. While Elite Email comes with some peculiar contact management and email creation advantages it miserably under performs in the key functionality of email software. It has less than a 75% deliverability rate, also the web sign-up forms are non-customizable which can be very frustrating if you are brand oriented and it's exported reports come with limited data, again there’s a one-time fee of $249 to remove their logo from your emails which is rather pricey.

With all these shortcomings Elite Emails falls behind their competitors as a viable email marketing solution so I do not recommend it at all.

Not as good as I'd hoped

I got the small business edition because I wanted more traffic to my site. For just 10 bucks a month, I could send out 'professional' emails to my mailing list. Well I did this and it was not easy. Some of the buttons I could not understand and I had to get help when trying to send the emails and I consider myself internet savvy. Well, I sent those emails and I got replies from some of them. They said it looked a bit childish and that they would only visit my site when they got free time, which in online business is a bad sign. Well I did get some extra business but not as much as I'd hoped. I guess for 10 bucks, it's not bad but there are other programs that make better emails to send. I would not try this program again unless I was strapped for cash.
