Hits2u Description

Hits2U is a free and instant website submission program which was founded in 1998 by Michael Vanston of Victoria Australia. A person can put any website url on the site for free, and the ads are displayed on the Hits2U website as well as being randomly placed on other high traffic websites.

Hits2u Detailed Overview

In addition to website submissions, Hits2U also has its own toolbar. The Hits2U toolbar has many features, but some of the main ones include a world clock, links to over one hundred programs and services that will help internet marketers, a link to affiliate promotion tools, a link that shows the members affiliate income, and the opportunity to add the members own affiliate links.

Hits2U has three membership levels, two of which are free. The first is the Silver level, this level is for a free member who has not referred a minimum of 3 free or pro members within their first seven days. Gold members are also free members, but they have referred 3 people to the program. Lastly, there is the Pro membership. Pro membership costs $19.95 per month and this allows the Pro member to add up to 10 affiliate program links on the Hits2U Toolbar. These affiliate links will be automatically added to the toolbars of the Pro members downline for 10 levels. Pro members also receive contact details of all their downline members that they can use to promote additional programs and services.

Each membership level gives the member an opportunity to earn money. Pro members make a $5 commission on each referral that becomes a Pro. In addition, they receive a fifty cent bonus commission for each upgraded member for 6 levels. Gold members receive the same compensation as Pro members. Silver members receive $2.50 for each direct referral that upgrades, but they are not eligible for downline bonuses. Members can request a payment once their balance reaches $50 and payments are done through Paypal.

Hits2u Reputation

This is one of the better free advertising programs on the internet. It is extremely simple for people to use and is very user-friendly. All they have to do to get started is enter the url they want to advertise and they are good to go. This program also makes it simple for members to get referrals and receive Gold level status. Not many programs give you the opportunity to make Pro level money if you are a free member.

Seems to Work for me. I can see room for improvement

I would have given them a "A" but I can see room for improvement. I would like to Broadcast my website more often. I would suggest becoming a Pro member for 1 month and see how it works for you. The price is pretty low for the projected return of commisions/residual you will make from new recruits. Stick with it... try other sites too. You'll make it!

Ok but not perfect

Hits2u is just a site where you get your links to be viewed, but of course it free. You have to view some links so that you build a sort of credit that goes towards views for your links. So in all fairness it is not really free, but you don't spend money so it's technically free. Either way it's an ok site and I recommend you try it so that you can see for yourself. Whether you like it or not. Personally I only used it for a while and then started paying for views seeing as that was the easiest way for me.

No Good For Me

I tried Hits2U when I was a completely new to internet marketing. Not knowing anything, I joined thinking it would help me begin to advertise, or at least begin to learn. Neither happened with Hits2U. I messaged my upline with questions a few times and got no response. Not one. As I went more and more into the site I realize they put more emphasis on you getting referrals than actually promoting your site. Even with my lack of experience I knew that made no sense. And the time I was with Hits2U, I had no results from their advertising. I recommend this site to no one.

Hits 2u has been an excellent lead generator for me

I have been a member of Hits2u for about six months, and a Pro member for about half that time. I advertise my Hits2u affiliate site on many of the traffic exchanges and have received many leads by advertising the Hits2u site this way. I should add that in order to take advantage of these leads, you have to be a pro member otherwise you're not able to access the email addresses of your contacts. Another great benefit of being a Pro member is that you get to Broadcast a message once a week to the entire Hits2u database. This has enabled me to sign up quite a few people into some of my other programs. Bottom line is that the Hits2u program is one of the better advertising sites around, but you really can't get much of the benefit of the program as a free member. Nevertheless, I feel that the $20 monthly cost is well worth it, in my humble opinion.

I joined this two or three different times

Each time I joined this or just continued what I started, I thought I "understood" the program enough to work it because of the marketing knowledge I gained since then. Didn't matter. No matter how much they tried to make it sound easy, the bottom line is you get NO results unless you advertise the site yourself and do it well. I personally never thought the ads on the side got anyone's attention anyway, so what makes anyone think that you would need any less than about 1,000 visitors a day to see any results?

The programs they've added since I last joined are simply along for the ride. They don't make Hits2u any better or easier.

Hits2u is a waste of time

I joined the site about a month ago. The first thing that created an impression was that it was quite hard to navigate on the site. Everything was quite confusing and it took me a lot of time to find out how to start advertising. I didn't want to spend money so I joined as a free member. I've signed up to the site, since I was in search of referrals for some other programs I was a member of and thought that Hits2u might help. I was proved to be wrong. I didn't expect to achieve great results, but everything was just a time waste, since I wasn't able to get hits at all. Even joining as a free member is not justifiable, since you won't get anything out of it. I wouldn't even consider paying an option. Better stay away from that site.

Worthless service

I joined the service a year ago when I opened a new website. Though it was free, I just thought to give it a try. After joining, I had no idea of what to do. Nothing was explained well and I couldn’t understand anything. Even then, I just surfed the whole site many times and still no way. The site layout is not so good and it's not so easy to navigate or understand. I didn’t have any referrals as I’m not good at bringing people. I can clearly say that I did not receive any traffic from them after the sign up. It only gives 7 days free trial which was not mentioned in their site and to extend it we are asked to sign up at Global Domains International (GDI) and My Power Mall (MPM) and both these sites require payment. As I was not ready for it, I just gave up. Their support system is very poor. I didn’t get any reply from them for my messages.

Conclusion:

I never recommend this website to anyone who is looking for a way to generate traffic to their website/blog. You wouldn’t get even a single hit and that would be a waste of time. Never spend your money for these kind of services.

It's Useless

I signed up for this site about six months ago to try out how good their services are. I just signed up for a trial mode because I don't want to risk my money for something I wasn't sure. Lately, I've found that my choice was a wise one. My site didn't get any traffic at all. Not even any single hit. I was so disappointed. Their system was quite hard to understand. We should refer other members or upgrade to really get something there. That's really boring. I think they didn't give good services to us especially for free members. Not recommended.

Hard to understand

I signed up, put my website on and then never got any results for it.

I did not understand how the website worked. I read over the whole site and did not not get it. This is my two cents.

It is free to join and put your website on I do know that much.

Also, this site claims to bring you traffic but, I never had any to my website from it.

Could be better

I used it and it has brought little to no traffic to my site. Sure it's worth doing to get a few extra hits, but don't expect big sales or traffic from it, as it just wont happen. It takes 1 Min to submit your site, but the site itself is very plain and not modern at all. Worth doing, but don't expect a lot!

Not sure how it works

It only takes about 1 to 2 minutes, and maybe not even that, to put your site into this website. After you put it in I am not exactly sure how it gets hits for you. It doesn't really tell you how it does actually work, and I find that the website isn't really attractive at all. It seems really messy and unorganized. You may try out this site if you want, but overall I don't really like this website. I wouldn't recommend it.

Hits2u is a waste of time

Hits2u would be great if it actually worked. It takes all of two minutes to submit your URL and website description, but then it's like, now what? Am I really to believe that my site will receive potentially "tens of thousands" of hits without doing any work on my part?

Hits2u provides no real explanation on how it works, just a vague bit on how it posts your text ads on a lot of high traffic sites. Okay, so where's the proof? I find it hard to believe they are being honest when I received ZERO hits as a free member, despite submitting my sites 3 times after the free membership expired (you'd think I'd at least get some). I really think it's just a dupe on their part to get your money to upgrade for some "real results". But the fact they can't even deliver traffic as a free member makes me doubt that upgraded people are having much success.

I removed my site after my failed attempts of getting a little traffic. I did not want my site associated with them, as who knows what they're actually doing with your information. This is not Pingler!

No Signups, Not Sure About Hits

I signed up to this service as a free member some time ago. I placed one of my referral links as the URL and sent it in. I never got one signup to the program from this site. I have since gotten the hang of getting referrals a little better than I used to. I surf some traffic exchanges on occasion but Hits2U is not one of them. Since I submitted a referral URL instead of my blogs URL, there is not a way for me to know if anyone actually got sent to the site. All I know is that I got zero results from the program. I would advise to stay clear of this site, use the free submission if you wish, but don't pay these guys a dime, and don't sign up to any paid service in order to get a deal on another site. You will regret it if you do.

My Hits2u Review

I used Hits2u last year, the traffic it sends is not Google Adsense safe, if you are using other advertising platforms you should be fine. This traffic is also not organic, so it's not going to sell you anything. It's just auto-surf which we all know is not very effective.

Although this service did boost my alexa ranking dramatically, I wouldn't recommend it to other people.

Great traffic exchange

After I signed up in Hits2u, I was very happy. Hits2u is one of the traffic exchange program that are excellent. During one week I noticed my blog got a lot of visitors. Besides visitors, Hits2u also gave me money. Now I am looking for referrals, but they are not easy to obtain.

Just Okay!

I joined Hits2u a couple of years ago as a free member. I was new to the Internet and didn't know a thing about marketing; neither getting referrals. I tried to get 3 pro members within the first 7 days so that I could automatically upgrade. I did manage to get a few other "free" members, but they never upgraded, which of course meant no commission for me.

I do like the concept of Hits2u because through the site's back-office, your direct referrals are introduced to the website of your choice. Which if you market the site right you could potentially gain quite a bit of referrals. After not getting any commissions for my efforts, I canceled my account.

Lame lame lame lame

I joined this traffic site, thinking it would be completely free to join and get hits to my site. I submitted my blog to it and waited for the traffic to hit. Not only did I get just about four visitors in a week, but after the week was over, I was told that it was a seven day trial period, which I did not have to pay for but if I wanted to continue, I had to be paying for other services. I realized that no matter what, I had to pay somehow. I decided not to continue because with my free membership, I only got a couple of hits out of this site. If I upgraded to a Pro membership, I had to still pay. I just canceled my account because I was afraid they would randomly want to charge me. Waste of time. Do not bother.

More like "Nohits2u"

First off, the 7-day free trial I signed up for with them got absolutely no traffic although it promised to. Also, I got about 5 emails from them daily for about 3 months, after my trial had ended, telling me that I needed to upgrade if I wanted to continue using there services. I emailed them about it and never got a reply. So, between the empty promises, the lack of support, and the spam I received from them, I have to give the site an "F".

I'll still use it, but it's not my favorite

I've been a member for a few months now and I regularly use hit2hit. I use it mainly because I know it's one of the most popular traffic exchanges on the net. To this point, it hasn't out-performed any of the other traffic exchanges also associated with traffic hoopla for any of my campaigns. I will continue to use it as one of my primary traffic exchanges solely because of it's popularity and the growing number of members.

Promises more than it delivers

Hits2u isn't much different from most of the other sites out there that promise gobs of free traffic--it's mostly an attempt to get you to pay for better service, and it doesn't give you that much to begin with. At least I didn't get spammed submitting to this site like I have with some (signed up with TrafficSwarm, for instance, before realizing it was going to be more trouble than it was worth, and kept getting e-mails), but it didn't get me any traffic, either. The fact that the Hits2u system is poorly explained didn't really help.

It's Worthless

You don't get any hits on this one. I joined this site awhile back thinking that I would get hits and that people would visit my site. Well it was mostly a lie on their part. I did not get any hits, at all! That reason was because I did not upgrade or refer others. It was basically, for me a week of nothing.

I would have wanted to know that this was only a 7 day trial period, and nowhere did I find that on the site!

Obviously my results were no hits to me! A waste of my time is what it was. This is why I don't like traffic sites that much.

What hits are they talking about?

I signed up on Hits2u recently just to check out there service, and all I can say is I'm deeply disappointed. I haven't received any hits from them at all and there whole entire system doesn't make that much sense to me. When I signed up for the site, I decided to use their free membership to try out their services.

This service does offer a silver and gold membership but, I don't think anyone should pay for these. If this service won’t even give you clicks for being a free member, I’m not to sure about receiving clicks for the other memberships.

What Hits?

I signed up for this and true it was set up as a suck in for GDI. I didn't have a problem with that. Good marketing strategy, but when it failed to effectively deliver on what was offered "Hits" to your website then that makes it a lame service. The only reason for someone to join this is if they want to use it as a twisted way to TRY and get GDI referrals. The only reason I didn't give this an "F" is because I though the ideal behind it was good, but disappointed in the results. Don't join expecting any Hits as promised.

A misleading site

When I joined Hits2u, I was under the assumption that I'd get 'hits', that it would be like other traffic exchanges; you know, you view a site, you get credits - simple. However, what I soon discovered (and felt) was that Hits2u was primarily interested in getting me to sign up to GDI. I didn't plan on doing that and as a consequence, I was getting their sweet little reminders to join it.

No, thank you.

I didn't quite figure out how to use the site to get traffic, and to be honest, I'm no longer interested in finding out. I've deleted my membership.

Next.

Definitely not for me

I joined Hits2U earlier this year and at first I thought, "wow, free traffic for my site" but then I found out later that they only give 7 days free trial and if you want to extend that to 365 days you have to sign up to Global Domains International and My Power Mall. Since both require monthly payment in exchange for a free traffic, I said to myself that it's not practical. I could have just submit my site to traffic exchange sites and pay less than I would for paying GDI and MPM monthly.

But this is how internet marketing works for other people. They make you gloat at their free offers and whet your appetite and then they offer you other products that you have to pay in order to get the free ones.

Don't Waste Your Time

I joined hits2U several months ago as a free member and never received any benefit from it. As near as I can tell it's a front for recruiting members to GDI and World Shopping Mall since they ask you to join both in order to receive full benefit from the site. The site was difficult to figure out at first and after I did I was just not impressed.

Unless you want to join GDI or World Shopping Mall in the owners downline(personally I don't recommend either of them either), this is a site you probably don't want to waste your time with.

It is JUST OK

Well another traffic exchange review here, nothing special about any of them really. The only reason a traffic exchange is any good is for those new domains or blogs that need hits fast. Other than that, I believe that traffic exchanges are worthless.

Hits2U is nothing special, they are just like any other site. When I used this I did not receive many hits from them. I used it about one month ago so very recent.

The site layout is nothing special either. I would rather choose a different exchange then this on. But nonetheless, exchanges are all just exchanges, pick one that you prefer. This one is JUST OK.

Poorly runned

I signed up a long time ago thinking it would help me with traffic but failed to help me in that area. Hits2u is very confusing and hard to navigate.

A person is better off posting on forums with a signature of the website they need traffic to instead of fooling around with this hits2u.

A very disappointing experience with this company in my experience as a free member but may be a bit better with the paid memberships but if it's like this as a free membership, I would not want to waste my time on paid memberships.

I simply don't get it

I have been a member of Hits2U but up until now, I still don't get the system or how it goes. That's why I'm not able to utilize or maximize the site's programs. And maybe that's why I'm not getting any traffic at all from this site. I don't have any referrals as well since I myself can't understand how the site goes. I also don't quite like the fact that members only get 7 days free advertising. But I guess that's their marketing strategy, although I wonder how they can get people to buy advertisement slots from them if they don't get any traffic in the 7 days free? What I like about Hits2U though is that the site layout and navigation is very user-friendly. Although again, another downside is that they should have the FAQ or Help page somewhere visible and easily accessible to the member.

Hits2u Don't Count on it

I signed up on Hits2u from a web advertisement on Clixense. I don't think I received a single hit from being a member of this site. I signed up for a free membership, so I didn't worry too much about it,

but it was disappointing nonetheless. I would never consider the silver or gold level. I just don't believe in this service.

No Hits To Me

I actually joined this site on two different occasions. First when I started online and then about a month ago. The first time around I did not quite understand much about internet marketing so I wasn't sure I was using the service correctly. When you join they will submit your site to their advertising for seven days. I let it expire the first time. The second time I took a close look at their site. To me this is nothing but a come on to get you to join there other programs, one being GDI, which I will never join. After seven days and no traffic to my site I let it expire once again and will not be going back for a third time. If you want a week of free traffic, maybe, then give it a try, but I think this is pretty much worthless.

A little more explanation please

I joined Hits2u a while back because I just opened my new domain. I am a member then of other traffic sites. Since I have been exposed to a lot of traffic builder sites, I cannot help but compare Hits2u to some of them.

As it is with almost all of my traffic resources, I joined in as a free membership. I am not quite sure until now how this thing works. When I signed up I can't even understood the dashboard and their presentation. I can't find any FAQ or how to page. I am not sure how I can gain traffic from the site. I learned in a few days later that I need to have referrals so that my link or name will be up in their leader board which can mean exposure to my link. I am no good on recruiting other people most specially if I cannot fully explain to them how the system works. Maybe if they will add a little more how to on the site, everything will be smooth.

Comparing it to other traffic sites I am a member of, I can say this one is just OK. I have not received any traffic since I signed up. I can never say that the site is the problem why I did not receive traffic. I know it is me but some of can be attributed to the fact that I don't fully understood the logic behind Hits2u.
