Incentaclick Description

IncentaClick (now known as CX Digital Media) is an affiliate/CPA network that works with all types of advertisers from smaller Internet businesses to fortune 1000 companies. The network works with advertisers, agencies, as well as publishers that want to promote their offers. They are also known for having great affiliate mangers that work close with their affiliates.

Incentaclick Detailed Overview

CX Digital Media is a network that I just recently discovered. I haven’t heard too much about them but have read a few reports saying that they offered an exceptional service to all parties. Let’s take a deeper look and see what the strong points are and what the network’s weak points are.

The sign up process is very straightforward like other networks. If you don’t get accepted initially, you can give their office a ring and they’ll try to work with your situation. This is not a hard network to get accepted in and their staff is very friendly, which is a big plus in my book.

When I started browsing through their offers, I found that there was a wide selection available. You can find zip offers, email submits, commissions deals, as well as cost per action. You have to remember that some networks usually have mass collection of ring tone offers or email submits. I really like the networks that take the extra effort to bring a diverse collection into their network.

Another strong point I found was that they keep their affiliates updates. You can see the latest news, get frequent blog updates, and see what city they’re coming to. They also provide 24/7 customer support via phone or email. This is not something every network offers to their clients.

In addition, you get paid out every 15 days and you can get paid by either Paypal or check. This money can be used to fund new campaigns or test new ones. The minimum payout requirement is also a low $50. Despite all these benefits, CX Digital Media has some big flaws.

Many people have reported that their tracking system is very unreliable. It seems the system doesn’t report every sale when compared to affiliates’ own numbers. They are also very strict about what kind of marketing methods you are using to promote your offers and if they don’t like what you’re doing, there’s a strong chance they may ban you without talking to you first.

Aside from that, the affiliate managers were very helpful. They are very active and will try to reach you to get you up to speed. You’ll get updates on the latest offers that is working for others and personal help setting up your campaigns. It seems their managers are more experienced than managers from other networks.

Incentaclick Reputation

Overall, CX Digital Media is a risky affiliate/CPA network to work with. The tracking system really needs to be fixed and there should be open communication with affiliates if the promotion methods are questionable. Affiliates who use white hat strategies and talk with their affiliate managers do not report any problems but I can’t give this network a strong recommendation because of the tracking problem

Be Very Careful When dealing with CX Digital Media

I have been working with CX since August 09' and had relativity no issues until the new year, I had my account suspended for supposedly "fraudulent" activity. Well to put things in perspective, I had two accounts with CX, one of which is still valid and I received a wire payment after my other account was closed, (now why on earth would a network who found an affiliate to be involved with fraud allow them to keep their other account???) Now the reason for two accounts was because I had just relocated and I started a new account with a new address. I ran the exact same traffic on both accounts, both of my AM's were well aware and actually approved me having two accounts, so that was not an issue. I never received one complaint about my traffic until after I was banned. And to top it all off, they never called or emailed me about the ban and they also placed a stop payment on a check that was mailed to me, a check that I was told was approved weeks before.

So in conclusion not only did CX Digital Media ban my account for an arbitrary reason, they went and placed a stop payment on a check for over 2k without telling me, a payment that was already approved. I found out from my bank a few weeks later that they did this. Stopping payment on a check without telling someone is about as low as you can get, I would strongly recommend not bothering with CX digital media, they are very unprofessional and even the top affiliates aren't safe from a ridiculous ban. If you like having checks returned on you than by all means work with them, but if your like me and pretty much the rest of the world, you'll want to keep the money you've earned.

Sorry for the long rant everyone but this had to be written.

You may think twice

I was attracted to cxdigital because they paid quicker than a lot of other companies. I set up a site that was getting a lot of SEO traffic, and had ads only from cxdigital, as I could not find this offer on any other network. So, I got a lot of clicks but absolutely no sales. They said it was the best offer and others were making thousands per day on it and as it was directly related to my site, why did I not get any conversions? I could get no answer out of them and thus have been pretty dissatisfied with their service.

They do seem to have a lot of offers but can anyone get them to convert? I have no idea. But not for me.

Ok Network

CX digital formerly incentaclick has been an alright network for me. First thing first, I have never had any problem getting paid for the traffic I have sent their way. However, their support has been average at its best. I am able to speak to my affiliate manager via aim, but sometimes he lags in sending a response.

They have never given me any problems when I ask for a higher payout on a specific offer, which is often since their payouts tend to be way below on offers that other networks have. Another problem I have run into with them is the scrub rate. This is something that happens on any network but it is excessive with CX Digital. I rarely run traffic to them, I just prefer other networks.

Bad Network that doesn't like to Pay Affiliates! Stay AWAY!

My experience with CX was pretty bad. I promoted products on their network for over two months. For all payments but one, I had to send multiple emails and requests to be paid. My AM played dumb, and acted like she had no idea what was going on with my payments. It took two months to receive one payment.

Then, when I request to be changed from Check to PayPal, (in hopes of getting paid in a timely manner) I get an email from my AM accusing me of fraud and saying my account is under investigation. Funny how I have almost $4000 in commissions pending.

I know there were no fraudulent activities associated with my account. They have insulted me, and insulted my intelligence if they think that I don't know exactly what is going on.

It is a shame that people can't count on anything when it comes to these types of companies. I can't stress enough that people need to stay FAR away from this company! They will accuse you of fraud for doing NOTHING wrong, when THEY are the real scammers. Horrible company.

Just an OK Network

I have been with CX Digital for a month total and I would have to say that this isn't the best network that I have worked with so far. My affiliate manager literally sucks at his job. I have messaged him in concerns with a couple of the offers and my advertising methods only to not receive a response for 3 days in which I had already begun to run the campaign at that point. I will have to say that they pay on time every time and that's a good thing, but they should really work on their customer support. Their offer selection is mediocre. I honestly think they would attract more affiliates if they diversified their offer selection a little more. Overall this company is just ok, they aren't spectacular and have yet to "WOW" me with any contests or bonuses. I'll recommend this company to a newbie that is just looking to get their feet wet.

Bad service but fast pay

I was with Incentaclick for 2-3 months and they approved me without a phone call. After 2 months they banned me saying that they accidentally approved me. During the first month that I made $700, they paid me in week or so. The next month I made about the same and before getting paid I was banned. I tried to call them, but nobody ever picked up. After weeks I finally got in touch with my new manager who told me that he will need my methods before he will release the money, and I never tell anybody my method so after arguments I hung up never talking to them again. So if you join make sure you first get approved by phone.

Terrible Customer Service

I signed up to CX Media, lured by it's good design and it's boasting of the highest payouts in the industry. My application to join was approved and I immediately placed ads on my website. After about a week I still had no commissions, even though I had reports from some of my active users that they had clicked the ads and purchased items from them. I contacted CX Media about this and received no response. I sent a total of five emails over a two week period, but they failed to reply. During this time I had gotten a referral who had earned me a small amount of commission from his earnings. By this time I removed the CX Media ads from my website. My account was banned just a couple days later. I got an email saying that I had been banned for abuse of the system and for my users providing fraudulent information when doing offers. Needless to say I was very upset and contacted them, explaining my situation. I have received no response. I recommend against using this "service".

Bad experience

Unfortunately I don't have very nice things to say about this affiliate network. I signed up with them and with several other networks and never had any problems. I referred a very good customer to Incentaclick and he was making me a few hundred dollars in referral commission per month. At this point my sites were not making much, so my checks where mainly from the referral I had. Sure enough Incentaclick realized that they would be way better off banning me and saving themselves this money and they did so without an explanation. Needless to say they never ever replied to my emails either!

Incentaclick is a great affiliate network

Incentaclick is a great affiliate network to work with if you get some serious amount of traffic to your site. They have a more varied selection of advertisers than the others I have used. I also like that each advertiser tends to have a wide array of ad sizes and designs. I am picky about how ads look on my blogs and appreciate having many options. Your site should have good amount of traffic and that you are able to target your desired customers.

Not a great network to work with

The writer has correctly reviewed the business practices of Incentra Click. While they boast that are top notch in every aspect, their tracking is unreliable(In many cases you would not be credited for the leads) and above all they don't pay and cancel the accounts of affiliates without proper reason.

I was a member of this network for about two months. Though they paid my commissions, I found that I was not getting credited for many leads I generated. I don't know if it was due to their poor tracking system or they were shaving the leads.

Their affiliate mangers are of no help when it comes to solve the problems. Please stay away from them.
