Money Storm Description

Money Storm is an ad and traffic exchange program that allows members to earn credits by looking at other people’s ads and visiting their websites. These credits allow them to place ads and earn visits to their websites as well. As a member, you can also purchase credits to use for advertising.
Money Storm Detailed Overview

Money Storm is a typical advertising exchange program, which is fine if you like to use these types of programs. There are two levels, free and pro. The pro level costs $15 for lifetime membership, or you can save up 100,000 credits and use them to upgrade from free to pro. Everyone signs up as a free member, though you can upgrade right away if you wish.

As a Money Storm member, you can use the advertising credits that you earn or purchase in a number of different ways. You can use your credits for banner advertising, text advertising, solo email ads, traffic links or navigation links. Each of these methods of advertising cost different amounts of points, with email ads usually costing the most.

You can earn money by recruiting paying members to Money Storm. Free members get $1 for every paying member they recruit, and paying members get $2 for every paying member they recruit. When your downline people earn credits for advertising, you earn a certain percentage of those credits as well.

Ad exchange programs like Money Storm have their critics, of course. It needs to be noted, for those who aren’t familiar with ad exchange programs, that all of your advertisements will only be seen by members. They may also be seen by members of any affiliated ad or traffic exchange programs as well. The critics say that you simply aren’t getting your ads in front of a targeted audience, only people who want you to see their ads. This is true, but if you exercise some creativity, you still have the possibility of seeing results.

Money Storm Reputation

Money Storm has a decent reputation so far, although it’s a pretty new program. As far as ad exchange programs go, it is fairly typical. Time will tell if there are any complaints about customer service or commission payments, but for the time being, it looks like so far, so good.

Not really a storm

Like most of the other programs used for ad and traffic services, money storm had nothing special for me. All the traffic generated from this was actually other users like myself who were viewing ads just to earn credits. In the last three months of my using this program my actual conversion from moneystorm was just 6%. Which is not at all worth the time I spent in viewing others ads. The only way of making money from this program is using the referral scheme. My total earnings from referrals during the first week was $68. My final grading for this program is an A+ for referral service, D for conversion of traffic generated, B- for generating traffic. This program is only good for people looking to generate traffic, but not interested in converting the traffic generated.

Easy way to make exstra money

Ok I went to money storm ready to be disappointed, but I just couldn't believe how fast I got points, referrals and of course money... It was and is just unbelievable... But still it has many minuses such as most people just make up e-mails or get fake ones and the site doesn't even care. Still a very, very, very good site. Giving it a B.

p. s. You won't make much money, just couple of $ a day, so don't believe those who say you will make a fortune.

Great as an affiliate

This is decent program with a good affiliate program, I tend to stick with free levels for programs like this considering I can join a bunch of them and get the same results as one paid membership.

With this program I clicked a few ads here and there and visited a few websites to earn some credits, and did get the owed amount of traffic so that part was alright.

But the best part about this program is probably the affiliate program. I mean they were paying me $1 a referral and I had over 30 referrals in my first week. This is a great payout for a program like this, and I have recently upgraded my account, not for the traffic, but for the affiliate program.

No sales, Just Traffic

Money Storm is very similar to all the other ad and traffic services out there.

I found myself sitting in front of the computer for hours viewing other website owner's websites, not looking to buy anything just to get credits. There is really no target audience besides other website owners who are looking for traffic, but not to buy anything.

I personally have not gotten any sales or new leads from using this service. I have stopped using Money Storm because I felt that I had better things to do with my time.

If you were going to make money with Money Storm I would bet it would be with the referral program.

I feel your time could be better spent learning SEO tactics to get your website listed on page one of Google with popular keywords.

Pretty good so far

I recently joined Money Storm and found that it really is quite easy to use. I like the fact it is so easy to earn more credits as a free member. With the members at a pretty low count right now, my text ad is getting a great deal of hits. I also like the site for allowing me to be able to personally email by downline. I do have 4 active referrals which I contact at least once a week to followup on their progress. It is a great tool to have. I would say that joining this site would be good for anyone because your ad is likely to get some attention. Even with the 10 second timer, you still get a reasonable view of your ad. Go ahead and give it a try.

Great referral incentive

I joined Money Storm three months back, and even upgraded to their pro membership. I saw the potential of Money Storm and with only $15 for a lifetime membership I think it was worth it. There were a lot of free credits upon signing as a pro member, not to mention the number and quality of traffic I generate from the site.

I also like their referral incentive of $2 for each pro referred member, only $1 if you are a free member. I had 5 referrals so I almost recovered my initial investment.

Aside from the referral bonus, the credits accumulated can not be converted to cash, but can be used for other advertising promo. Which I think is a good idea.

Good for making money more than anything else

I tried using Money Storm as an advertising tool. It does an OK job at advertising. Basically as a free member, there is a credit scheme where you have to earn credits in order to be able to use any of the advertising features on the site. I found this to be a relatively easy process to set up and get started but I didn't really notice much of a change to the flow of traffic to my site.

I found Money Storm to be more profitable as an affiliate. I recruited about 45 members, thus making $45 which isn't too bad a referral rate.

This site is OK as it's free and you do have that incentive to make a few bucks, but I wouldn't rave about it, and I could probably recommend better options to be honest as far as advertising is concerned.

It's good at what it does

I've never really had a problem with Money Storm. I never paid for a membership and I don't think I ever would. The member count is so low, I would personally look elsewhere for traffic.
