S.W.A.T. Traffic Description

S.W.A.T. Traffic is a basic traffic exchange membership program created and run by internet marketer Jon Olson. Members of this program can earn visits to their own websites by visiting other member sites, and they can earn credits toward other types of in-house advertising as well. A referral system is in place that allows members to earn credits from the activities of the people that they recruit to the program.
S.W.A.T. Traffic Detailed Overview

Internet marketer Jon Olson promises that his S.W.A.T. Traffic exchange program is easy to understand and easy to use. When you navigate through the site, you see that this is indeed the case. You join, you enter the websites that you want other members to visit, you start surfing for your own advertising credits, or you purchase them to get traffic to your website even faster. All of that is very simple.

There are three membership levels at S.W.A.T. Traffic; free, Lieutenant and Captain, with Captain being the highest level. Free members start at a 4 to 1 surf ratio, meaning that they earn one advertising credit for every 4 member sites that they visit. At $4.99 per month, lieutenants get a 4 to 3 surf ratio, 250 bonus credits each month and bonus credits for banners and text ad impressions as well. Free and lieutenant membership levels can improve their surf ratios by actively surfing each day.

At $9.99 per month, S.W.A.T. Traffic Captain membership has the expected benefits above the other levels, such as a 1 to 1 surf ratio and 750 bonus credits per month, but it also comes with another unexpected benefit. All Captain members get to attend a weekly webinar that includes many experts in the traffic exchange business. Captain members report that what they learn in these webinars makes a huge difference in how effectively they use all of their traffic exchange memberships, not just S.W.A.T. Traffic.

Junk from too many bots

Poor management and just junk bots fake hits to your site. While their stats show you getting hits, if you do any type of tracking your numbers will be way off due to bots and cheaters. Poorly managed exchange that needs a lot of tender loving care but in reality should be closed down.

SWAT New Owner, James Holmes

Wow, a significant difference in the site with the new owner. James Holmes has redone the script, as well as opening a new site called SWAT Prospector to take advantage of SEO marketing. I've been a member since 2008 and had stopped surfing. I am now surfing on a regular basis. James holds a surfers meeting weekly on Wed eve. His meeting tells us what has happened and his plans for the future. He also does training as needed. In fact, the difference is so significant, when a lifetime membership was offered, I purchased.

Cannot say much

I signed up for S. W. A. T. traffic for about 2 months. It has not given me that much traffic at all, its really slow. I think I could do more on my own. The reason why I gave it a D is because it's free to join. It is far from the best or even a good program. Please use something else.

Not a high profile trafic route, but still not the worst

I have been a member of S. W. A. T. traffic for the past 5 months, although I will not say it has been able to deliver as much as it has promised, I can however not rubbish it out rightly. Yes it has been slow but if anyone could be dedicated consistently to the use of this site you will not regret it.

I have had a few traffic exchanges and more importantly a high click through rate using this site. For me above all it is important for me on the chance to see what my competition and other web sites are doing.

You will not lose anything for joining now because at least you can join it for free without obligation. I will not say it is a top traffic exchange program but it is not bad trying also.

Another worthless traffic exchange

It was more than three months ago when I stumbled upon S. W. A. T. Traffic. I thought that I might get some referrals through the traffic exchange but the results proved to be rather poor. I used the site for just around three weeks and I wasn't able to see any quality traffic at all and also never got paid from the site. Earning credits was actually quite frustrating for me and it took me quite some time to earn enough of those. After a few days I started assigning the credits to my site and also to some other programs I needed referrals for. In just around three days I saw a huge increase in traffic and not even a single visitor registered to my site or bought something. Those guys are just clicking the ads to get credits for their own sites and that makes the whole thing worthless. So now to the earning side of S. W. A. T. Traffic. I was eventually been able to earn the 30 dollars, needed to cashout and I didn't get any payment. The site customer service is also missing and I never got an answer to my questions. I am strongly recommending you to avoid S. W. A. T. Traffic since it is a pure waste of time.

At least it's not a scam

I cannot say I hate this Traffic Exchange service because this service did what they have promised. I wouldn't recommend this highly because there are other services that will give you 1:1 surf ratio for free. So far, I haven't encountered any problem using this service because it will always drive traffic to my website equal to the amount they've promised. It will be good if you're focused on this Traffic Exchange because there's a credit bonus system that usually cannot be found on other Traffic Exchange services. But it might take a long time before you could get a satisfying bonus, so if you want an instant 1:1 surf ratio Traffic Exchange like me, you should find other better services.

Not a good traffic exchange at all

This traffic exchange, although easy to navigate and set up, is just a very basic traffic exchange. The one thing that I really don't like about this traffic exchange is that it is a 4:1 ratio which is horrible. I would have to visit 4 sites to get 1 to mine. That is awful. I tried it for a while, but got negative results with this traffic exchange because the hits were coming to my site really slowly. To me it was a waste of time, so I quit using this traffic exchange.

Average Option when it comes to Traffic Exchanges

S. W. A. T. Traffic advertises itself as a basic traffic exchange, this is all it is. I have been using S. W. A. T. Traffic for about a month now and have gained quite a lot of traffic from SWAT. I have done research and less than 10% of the traffic I receive from S. W. A. T actually stays on the site for more than ten seconds. This shows the low quality traffic that you receive from this traffic exchange. Never the less I have experienced numerous positive effects from S. W. A. T. Traffic because of the amount of traffic I have received through SWAT my search engine rank has increased, my blog is now on page two, whereas it used to be on page four. As far as traffic exchanges go, I have found S. W. A. T. Traffic to be one of the easiest to gain credits on (what you exchange for views). In my experience with S. W. A. T. Traffic I have found it to be one of the best cheap traffic exchanges that are available. I recommend S. W. A. T. Traffic to anyone who is looking to gain traffic quickly.

Steady flow of visitors for the persistent

I just love how fun getting traffic can be with this website. I have used it a lot and I managed to get a lot of unique hits. The good part is that you can check the competition and their status in the niche, which is good, especially if you’re making first steps into the desirable niche. The bad side is that you have to visit it everyday and look into other’s people websites, so that can keep the number of unique visitors high. My result for 3 months nonstop usage is almost 8000 hits the first month, and a bit low but steady flow of visitors in the last two.

Disappointing

Although I've been a member for almost a year, I think it's time to cancel on this one. Although I am a free member, I think the ratio at 4 to one is way too high. Another complaint I have is the low traffic generating to my sites. What's also surprising is that Jon Olson is affiliated with this site, usually his sites are quite good. I do have to admit the seminars are quite interesting for those who want to learn a bit more about exchanges. You do have to be a upgraded member for the seminars. Overall many other exchanges will offer you better than this one.

Bad traffic and not paying!

Swat traffic is on the bottom of my list of traffic exchanges. I worked and worked on this site for a little over three months after signing up to be stuck with pretty much nothing! I had tons of visitors going to two of my blogs from Swat Traffic and in the three months that I used it I got very little sign ups and conversions! It seems like all the members are just thinking about getting traffic for themselves and not even paying attention to the sites. Also I don't think they are paying out at all. I made the ridiculously high payout of $30 only to request it and never got it even to this day. I tried emailing support many of many times only to get no response at all. This is when I gave up and stopped using the site all together. I would not suggest anyone to join Swat Traffic and to go elsewhere.

Whats up with cashouts?

I belong to SWAT and even recommended it to my Mother and Aunt. While I surf it casually they seem to enjoy the jackpot challenges as the surf for advertising credits. The problem is that the cashout minimum is ridiculous at a $30 minimum and they don't seem to want to pay out. My aunt has been trying for over a month with several support tickets, to get her earned $30 + and my mother is now struggling to get them to send her money as well.

While I have always respected Jon's way of doing things up to this point, I can't for the life of me figure out why their not paying these 2 ladies.

Is anyone else having problems with Swat paying out?

Not High Quality Traffic

I joined this traffic exchange about a week ago after seeing it here at IMreportcard. I have tried out almost every traffic exchange that I have ever found. I do this to find the ones that have the best conversion rates, and this is definitely not one of the better ones. They deliver very average results according to the data I have collected from the traffic that is being driven to my site. Their ratio for free members is also very bad as it starts out at 4:1, although this can be increased. The more you use the site the higher the ratio gets until you hit the limit for free members which is a 2:1 ratio, which is actually very good for a free member at a traffic exchange. Overall though I would label S. W. A. T. Traffic as just okay because the actual traffic they deliver is not all that high of quality.

Average Traffic Exchange

Swat traffic is an average traffic exchange. The six second timer may be a bonus for many, but I prefer a longer timer with a better conversion rate. With a six second timer many of your ads will fail to load for other viewers with slower connections. I prefer 20 to 30 second timers or the industry standard 10 second timer. If your looking for referrals then you should try a site with a longer timer. It will take you longer to get your credits, but they will have a better sign up rate. I recommend this site if you just want raw hits to improve your search engine ranks, along with an autosurf. I like the site design and would recommend surfing this site with a few other browsers open to other exchanges. Eventually you will get your sign ups.

I joined SWAT Traffic with the mindset of not spending any money to upgrade my membership. But I did. Free Membership gets you a lame 4:1 ratio. For every 100 sites I surfed, I got 25 visitors. None of it was traffic that I needed. I decided to upgrade to $5 a month, which sounded like a good deal. I still was not getting the traffic I needed and the banner and text credits did not help at all because other members were not interested in my blog. They were only interested in advertising their site. I canceled my account.

Pretty lame

Though the home page states about a progressive surf ratio in which the more you surf the more credits you get per page view, I would've liked to know that it wouldn't happen fast enough to be worth being a free member.

About the only thing I liked was that the timer was fast.

I didn't like that even with a fast timer and the progressive surf ratio I was hardly able to get any views for my sites.

My specific results were that I tried it for a couple months and even when I surfed quite a bit, the results weren't good enough for me to continue my membership.
