Scriptlance is a service that connects freelancers with small businesses looking hire professionals to complete their projects. You can post a project across the network and get freelancers to bid on it. It is also a site for freelancers who are looking for work. Everything from content creation, SEO, programming, and website design is offered on the site.
If you’re looking to outsource your projects for your business, Scriptlance is a site that has a huge network of qualified freelancers. The site is free to join and free to post projects to. You can browse categories to browse for users or go straight to posting a project.
When you post your project, I recommend that you make sure you write down everything you want, including the specifics. If you do this beforehand, there won’t be any misunderstandings and arguments when the projects is completed. Upon posting, you’ll find that bids will come in as fast as hours.
As a buyer, the best way to find a qualified freelancer is look into their profile. Read the feedback other buyers have left them, checking their ratings, and see how many projects they have completed. You can also ask for samples and see if there’s a similar project buyers have worked on in the past.
I really like how the payments are set up on Scriptlance. You can put your payment on escrow and only pay the freelancer when the job is completed. This way you can make sure that the job is done right, and you get everything you asked for. The payment options available are Paypal, Moneybookers, Mastercard, bank wire, and E-gold.
Buyers are only charged $5 when a freelancer is selected and a 5% of the project fee is charged to the freelancer. This is pretty cheap compared to other sites in the market. The payments will be due once the project is successfully completed rather than right away which makes everything easier.
If you’re a freelancer with a specific skill, you can browse projects and bid on them. The trouble I had with using Scriptlance is that it is hard to win projects unless you have some reputation built. To build your reputation, you will usually have to start on lower paying projects and work your way up.
Because there are so many projects being posted every day, it is really easy to find the right job for you whether you’re a writer, graphic designer, programmer, or marketing expert. There is also a forum where you can talk and network with business owners and other freelancers.
The site is not without faults, though. When looking for freelancers, I found that the bidders were either too expensive or too inexperienced. I usually look for somebody that charges a good price and is experienced with the work I’m requesting. This can take some time to find and you may have to repost projects a couple of times to find the right fit.
Freelancers also face challenges.. The site has been around for many years so you’ll be up against a ton of competition. Building a reputation can take a lot of time if you’re just starting out and it’s your reputation that will ultimately win you projects. Sometimes you’ll be forced to bid lower than you usually charge for your skills.
Other than that, Scriptlance is a great site and is one of the best sites for finding work or hiring freelancers. I have had a good experience using the service, and many other Internet marketers have said the same. The site is really easy to use and makes sure buyers and freelancers are protected.
The customer support is also great and the forum really helps bring everything together. This site is great for all kinds of projects. It doesn’t matter whether you’re looking for SEO work, articles, programming, graphic designs, or website development as you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Scriplancer = Freelancer = ScamS! I have not used scriptlancer in the past. Freelancer has now bought the company. How did they buy it? Well if you know anything about Freelancer.com you will know that they are one of the most dishonest internet companies around. They will nickel and dime you, hold your payments, cancel your account (providing there is lots of money in it). They are complete scammers with no concern for employees or freelancers. I can tell from experience, I had to write letters to Interpol and post reports on various forums in order to get the finances they had owed me. If you want to know more Freelancer who just bought Scriptlancer visit this site, hundreds of people have been scammed by Freelancer, so this shows you the future of what users of Scriptlancer will experience. Don't use scriptlancer unless you want to lose money.

No Earn With Script Lance As with the other freelance sites, you have to place a bid on the unknown. Orders are written like I need articles. Budget $20-200. Problem here is writers do not know how many articles, how long the articles are to be, etc. These buyers are wanting a lot of work done for pennies. I laugh when I see, accept $20 or do not bother to bid. They want 200 500 word articles and only pay $20 total. The pay rate is ridiculous then you have to pay safelance. I put one bid in, took the time to provide samples, sites so the buyer could see my work. The buyer never responded. Today, the order is canceled. Not they have it reposted for private invites only. I have seen this is simple: Write 100 words, for 500 hundred short articles at $. 05. What kind of crap is this. It takes time to research. It takes time to write. It takes time to ensure you are providing quality work, yet they do not want to pay for it, unless they pay pennies. |

ScriptLance is great for earning some extra income! I discovered ScriptLance when I was looking for a way to make some extra income at home during the evenings. As a provider, I've had about 10 jobs in the past 2 months! I like how they have an escrow payment service, and a project message board where you can talk back and forth with the buyer before they hire you. So far, I have not had a problem with it at all. One thing that may turn buyers off is that there is a minimum bid of $10 ($5 of which will go to ScriptLance as their fee). This means if you have a very small job, you will be cornered into that amount. Most of the jobs seem to be computer/technical in nature, but all in all, it's a great site for some extra work!

ScriptLance is a good alternative of getafreelancers I have used scriptlance and I have no problem with them. The site is well designed. And you can finds a lots of projects there. Everyday hundreds of projects are posted there. You need to bid to get the desired job as other freelancing site. This site is specially for SEO work. And the most important thing is that it contains less traffic compared to other freelancing site. That means you can easily get projects within 24 hours. This is the best advantage of the site. They also have their own payoneer master card payment method. They also pay in Paypal and other payments methods. I really have had a good experience with this site. I recommend you try this site. Its a really good site for earning online as a freelancer.

Good for freelancers I signed up for ScriptLance as a Freelancer a month ago to earn some money. The great thing about this site is that they only charge freelancers 5% of what they earn. This is very unlike other websites where they will charge you 15% of the total payment. What I can say though is that since they only take a small amount of your earnings, more uncompetitive freelancers sign up for this, thus the quality of work here is starting to fall. As a buyer you will get low bids and as far as I know you will be charged 5 dollars when you approve someone who applied for the project you posted. All in all I have had a great experience with scriptlance as a coder. But I think this site is only recommended for freelancers. |

The site for a programmer freelancer Scriptlance is another one of freelance websites. There are four categories that are offered on the site such as content creation, seo, programming and website design. I really like this site. I have been member of Scriptlance about four months. It is hard to get job, you must be patient. It took me two weeks to win a project. If you want to find a good quality programmer, Scriptlance is the right place. You can join as an employer and post your project. I have tried at the time I wanted to find someone who could fix my forum database error and the programmer could fix it within 15 hours. His work was great. The only thing I do not like from this site is that it is hard to get a job for a new member. So, you must be patient and always bid many projects everyday. You must build good reputation in this site if you want to get chance to win the bid. I would recommend you to join this site because you can find some great opportunities on it. |

An OK freelance site I am a writer, so I didn't find to many jobs that interested me. The jobs that were listed at the time I chose to use Scriptlance were more techy than I would like. A lot of scripts needed to be made, coding, heavy html and website building. Budgeting used to pay for the jobs were acceptable for most jobs but more complicated work than I am used to. I didn't care for the interface too much but I guess I will keep checking for more work that suits my skills every once in a while since I have heard from some successful users.

Fast And Effective I used Script Lance a while ago when I owned a GPT site. I wanted a freelancer who could do a few simple modifications to my script. Well I posted my job in the afternoon and by evening time I had plenty of interest, some were over priced but there was a few who were pretty fair on pricing. I accepted an offer from someone later on that evening, and expected the work would take a few days, but this guy had my work done the next morning. This could have been a one off, but it shows that the quality of workers over at Script Lance is pretty good. I will use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to anybody wanting freelance work.

Scriptlance is okay... I guess! Scriptlance is another one of those freelance websites. It has been around for a few years (longer than others) but my personal experience is that it lacks something more. I was a user for several years and the quality of bids there seem pretty low. It is not a bad website... don't get me wrong, but the quality of work tends to be very weak. Moreover, Scriptlance is very static and lost in time. There is little evolution (towards competitors) and no new benefits. The old "benefits" are also very limited. The support is awful (no replies) and they offer users no protection. If someone rates you low in an unfair way... your lost, they don't don't even bother to reply. There are a lot of projects daily, but to find specific projects regarding your area can be a lot of trouble. I don't find the site easy to navigate and everything seems confusing. My advice is to look for a better freelance site to build a solid and decent reputation.

Pretty good I've used ScriptLance for a while as a buyer. It's a good website and basically you will find what you need. Sometimes it will take a while to find a suitable person to do the job though. But the prices are really good and if you think about outsourcing your work you should consider ScriptLance. The only thing I don't like is that it seems to take ages to verify paypal deposits. I'm not sure if it takes that long with other payment methods since I use paypal only. It's a real pain when you want to pay the person who worked on your project and ScriptLance takes so long to verify the deposit. This is definitely a point they should fix. Other than that I like to use ScriptLance.

This is perfect for an extra income I have been a member of Scriptlance for a while now and it is perfect for me. I have been able to post many bids and have actually won a few of those bids. After I finished the project at hand, I was compensated quickly. I have left myself open to several opportunities and frequent the site daily. What more could you ask for? I have also been active on the forum because that is where you can find answers to all of your questions. I was also able to contact the owner directly through the forum and get a quick response. I have not posted any assignments, so I am not sure about that aspect of the site. I will say the opportunities are definitely there and if you are reasonable in your bid, then you are apt to get a project.

Decent site I have been a member to this site for a little while now. Since joining I have been lucky enough to find some great writing jobs. The owner of the site is real nice and is quick in getting whatever problem you may have solved. I would recommend others to join this site because you can find some really great opportunities on it. I have been compensated for the work that I have done so far. The forum is very active, and there is a lot of great information that you can get from that right by itself. I currently have some bids for some article writing jobs. It's really worth checking out.

Tight Competition on Scriptlance I have a programmer account on Scriptlance. Overall, it's a potentially good money-making site because there's a lot of new projects everyday. But because of the tight competition, there are many programmers who are willing to bid very low. Sometimes I am forced to bid a low amount as well so that I can win the bid. Hence, I felt that a lot of times I wasn't properly compensated for the job completed. In order to have a higher chances of winning a bid, I send private messages to the webmasters explaining to them why I am right for the project. I think it also helps if you are one of the early bidders. Scriptlance is a good money-making site, but it can be tiring doing projects that do not pay well. |

Scriptlance is just about the best freelancer site I have used I joined ScriptLance in 2001 and have had a decent amount of luck with the site. I have been awarded quite a few projects on ScriptLance, unlike other sites of it's kind. One thing I like is the owner/creator of the site is not one of those who hides behind the scenes. He makes himself available on the forums and via email. He asks the users for their input on site changes. He makes his own decisions in the end, but is always fair in asking for input for many of his change ideas. I give ScriptLance two thumbs up. I love the service and will continue to use it as long as I am able. - Mike |

Reliable Site I have joined ScriptLance, together with a couple of other sites similar to this. I joined as a "Programmer" although I am not really technical. That's just the term they use, but they do have job postings for writers, virtual assistants and the likes. These are what I always bid for. One thing I like about the site is the security. Since the buyers place their payments in escrow, you can be assured that they will be able to pay you. The feedback system is also a good thing, I check this whenever I view job postings so I know if the company or person I'm bidding the job for is worth the time. What I don't like about the site is the layout. I find it quite confusing in such a way that maybe they can arrange the categories better so it will be easier to look for jobs or for buyers to look for prospective programmers. I have yet to win a bidding due to lack of experience, but overall, I would say this site is quite a good place to look for jobs online.
