SearchFeed Description

SearchFeed is a pay per click search engine and site that allows you to monetize your site. The company allows you to take part in their affiliate program and earn commissions from 35%-50% when visitors click on a SearchFeed ad. The site is also a great way to get extra traffic at lower bid prices than the major search engines.

SearchFeed Detailed Overview

SearchFeed is a pay per click search engine that has been around for many years. You can get started relatively quickly and start by creating campaigns around your keyword. There are keyword tools to estimate traffic as well as tools to help you figure out what kind of prices you will be paying for them.

To get started, you have to deposit $25. The bids start at 1 cent per click which is very low and you can set a budget so you don’t overspend your money. Unlike Google Adwords, the campaigns do not start instantaneously. The editors will look over your campaigns and they will determine if your campaign is relevant and also doesn’t violate their terms.

I have received mixed results from the traffic coming from SearchFeed. Sometimes I feel like the traffic I’m getting for my money is fair and am able to maintain profitability. Other times, it seems like the traffic quality is horrible and I can’t even get a few signs ups to my list. You really have to go out and test to see if it works for you.

The affiliate program can be a great way to monetize your site. All you have to do is put a code on your site and when visitors leave your page, an exit pop up to SearchFeed’s main page comes up. When the visitor types in a search phrase and clicks on an ad, you can earn as much as 50% per click. Since the bids for this search engine is relatively cheap, you won’t see any huge earnings. But it’s a nice way to monetize your site (especially since the visitor was leaving anyway).

SearchFeed Reputation

The results for SearchFeed have been mixed over the years. Some people report that it is a great way to get cheap traffic while others feel that it is a waste of time. One thing that’s clear is that the quality of traffic is much lower than of Google, Yahoo, and Bing. The only way you’ll know if SearchFeed will work for you is to test some different campaigns. The affiliate program on the other hand has received positive reviews and it’s an effortless way to bring in more income for your site. SearchFeed is worth a try whether you are a publisher or an advertiser.
