Survey Money is a service that allows you to create polls and surveys to get valuable data from your prospects and customers. You can create many different kinds of surveys from opinion forms, radio boxes, check boxes and more. The service makes it easy for anyone to set up a survey in no time.
Creating surveys and polls is a great way to learn what your prospects and customers want. You can use them to approve new product ideas, improve upon existing products, and find out what exactly they are looking for. Survey Monkey is a service that allows you to create surveys on the fly.
The web-based service is easy to use. Non-techies will have no problem creating surveys and collecting the data. You can create many different questions from multiple choices, multiple choices (with multiple answers), rating scale, a form, text boxes and comment boxes. This means you can mix and match different questions to get specific information you want from visitors.
In addition to the questions, the service comes with a survey designer that allows you to change the color, size and style for your survey. You can also mark it with your company logo or graphics. The thing that caught my attention is putting a date deadline or response limit. You can use this to give away time sensitive bonuses to people who complete your survey.
If you’re stumped on how to proceed, you can use the 50 templates available to create a survey. There are no limits to the number of questions you can ask. However, free members can only collect 100 responses and ask 10 questions per survey. The monthly pro ($19.95 a month) gives you 1000 responses with .05 per extra response, unlimited questions, custom thank you pages, and filter options to analyze the data. If you sign up for a whole year (for $200), you get the same features as the pro but with unlimited responses.
There are some cool features that make Survey Monkey unique. You can use skip/conditional logic to skip questions if the respondent doesn’t fit a certain criteria (Ex. if they have bad credit, you don’t ask them what kind of loans they’re looking for). You can filter results to help find common results. And finally, you can import your email list to Survey Monkey and cross reference your list to see who has completed your survey. This can really help you isolate and target key prospects for important marketing campaigns.
Customer service is really top notch. The staff promises to answers your questions in less than 2 hours (for paid members) and in less than 6 hours for free members. I put it to the test and got a response in less than 4 hours as a free member. Not bad considering I have to wait a day or two to get a reply back from some of the services I’m a customer of.
Although everything easy to use and works as promised, it would be great if I could change the appearance of the surveys. I think the templates are a bit outdated looking and need to be revamped. A useful feature would also be a interactive survey in which users get asked different questions depending on choices they’ve made before. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Survey Monkey is a great service for the price and the features. You can export all the data as HTML, CVS and as a PDF with no problems. Many people will not need anything more than a free account but if they want a reliable survey service, this is it. The interface is very easy to use and the data is easy to understand. Many users are satisfied with the service, but before you decide on a plan, you should try the free account before moving to a paid one.

Very informational service!  I've used Survey Monkey to find statistics about the business I'm in. Finding some surprising numbers, I decided to make several surveys and tell my co-workers about them. I can also see how this could be used in more practical ways, such as classroom or school surveys, website or entertainment areas, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a quick and easy to use survey builder!

No warning about survey limitations  There is no warning that there are limits on the responses you can receive for free. Be careful or you will have to pay to receive your results; with the others who do not practice this sneaky business - I WOULD NOT recommend Survey Monkey for anything. it's Monkey Business.

Top place in survey sites This survey site is in top of survey sites, their system of making a new survey is pretty good and the type of web browser software they use in their surveys is perfect. The software knows the ip addresses of survey takers and if the survey maker does not allow to go back while in the survey then survey software blocks back pages while anyone is taking surveys. It's a different survey making site.

Survey Monkey Just Works I need some feedback on a web site and saw that Zoom Panel is owned by Survey Monkey. I thought it might be worthwhile to try Survey Monkey as I like the design of Zoom Panel surveys. Excellent decision. You can use a predesigned survey to get started and modify it to meet your needs. Then just get the URL to use as a link on your site and you are in business. In my case I found no bugs - everything worked well.

Survey monkey is really easy to use  I've been using survey monkey for my website for about 5 years now. I think the surveys are really easy to set-up and I've never had any issues with them. Their free account is limited, but it has been enough for a small business like mine so I would recommend giving them a shot.

Its okay Use it! Survey monkey is okay to me. You don't need any real experience to use it. To me it is good for gathering information for important projects. Also it is good for blogs, telling about your online stores, really for anybody that needs more info for their websites or offering services that are provided.

Survey Monkey review  Survey monkey is great. I used it to do a couple of projects I needed to do in high school. Thanks to it, I made a couple of A's in my projects. No need to be an expert. There's no easier way to collect data than by using Survey monkey. I used Survey Monkey a couple years ago on one of my blogs. I signed up for the free membership and used the site to help promote an online store.

Survey Monkey Is Worth Using! I used to use Survey Monkey a few years ago on a personal site I used to own. The purpose of my use for Survey Monkey was this: I wanted to see what my visitors thought about my site, what could be changed and so forth. It worked out great for me! My visitors were satisfied and even they wanted to know where they could make similar surveys. I have no complaints about this service at all! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know what people think of their sites or services. |

Survey Monkey useful tool I have often used SurveyMonkey when I am attempting to qualify for surveys or focus groups that use this site to pre qualify respondents for their particular survey or group. It is an extremely easy to use and streamlined site. I would have no hesitation in using it to design a survey or to pre qualify respondents for a survey or focus group. It makes data collection easy and effortless.

Used frequently We use survey monkey about twice a week at the office to get feedbacks from trainees and we also use survey monkey for tests/examinations. What we really like about survey monkey is that it has lots of templates to choose from and you can also make your own from scratch. It's very user-friendly and they have now added features that enable you to add colors on your surveys.

A pretty good site I have used the free version of Survey Monkey for a year, which is great and helpful. I have used it to create different kinds of polls and surveys for my projects. I use it with my blog now and I can get some useful information about how to get enough real traffic and what my visitors enjoy the most. Survey Monkey is a professional and legitimate tool.

Very useful I have been using Survey Monkey to create my own surveys in an easy and fun way. One of the nice things about it is that you can customize the whole survey in just a few actions to your own desires. Before I heard about this site I used some tools which weren't very good, so when I heard of Survey Monkey, I was glad to switch to this one. I noticed that some online survey panels I visit also use this, so I'm definitely not the only one. I would say, if you ever need anything like this, this is the top!

Survey Monkey is Awesome Survey Monkey is a great service allowing anyone to make a survey and send it to their friends, family, coworkers, classmates, you name it. I have seen it used at work, school, and just for fun on myspace and facebook. I haven't really found many other services out there quite like Survey Monkey. There are, but they don't do it as successfully as they do. I highly recommend this service. |

The free service fits my survey needs I've only used the free survey monkey tool but I am very pleased with it as it fit all my needs. I've conducted a handful of surveys using survey monkey. What I like most is the large variety of options for each question, such as a drop down menu, rating system, and ability to check off just one answer or several answers. I also like that you can indicate that the user cannot proceed if they do not answer a certain question. Users with free service can have 10 pages of surveys free, with several questions on each page. You can also add images to certain areas for free. For those who are doing a simple survey, Survey Monkey will work for you. For those who really want high quality, it might be worth it to pay for the paid subscription.

Survey Monkey is great for school In high school I used it on a project in my computer class. The only reason I used this product was to collect data. I just used the free version of it because I only needed it for a little bit. And after I was done, it worked great. It collected all the data that I needed and my teacher was very happy about it and told me that it was a good idea to use Survey Monkey to collect data.

It was fun using Survey Monkey I have to give it to the one who named it, the survey monkey name is very apt for the software. It was easy to use. I signed up for a free account just so I can use it on my little surveys on my blog. In the free account I avail, I can only ask ten questions and only 100 respondents can answer. It was never a problem with since my surveys are for fun only. I usually ask around 3 to 5 questions. What I love more about survey monkey is the easiness of setting up. I don't have to stress myself on lay out because there are free (50) templates available. I can also change the way my surveys look. If you have any plans on using Survey Monkey I suggest you avail first the free account and familiarize yourself. Maximize the service they offer as free member and if you think it is not enough, then it's time to move on to a paid account. |

I like this service I really like the surveys that are created by Survey Monkey. My boss has used their service several times and was quite pleased with the results. I have also taken surveys that have been implemented by Survey Monkey and I feel that they were high quality. I would recommend Survey Monkey to anyone in need of this type of service.

Survey Monkey Survey Monkey is great. I have used it to make surveys for my website. I even used it to help me make surveys to distribute through my school. I continue to use it now for my blog. It is very professional, yet easy to understand and simple to use. It can be used by anyone from a high school kid to a web site owner.

Awesome service -- has some bugs I really loved this service when I mad my first poll. It was easy to make your own poll and share it with the world. However, after looking for a bit, I do prefer Google surveys because of the spreadsheet feature, and the lesser chance of an exploit. Surveymonkey has been hacked before, and it may be again.

Like it very much I have used Survey Monkey to fill out surveys to pre-qualify for in person market research studies. I have never had a problem filling out a survey through Survey Monkey. I also would use it if I needed to create a survey for professional use as it has a good reputation! |

Nothing Bad To Say I used Survey Monkey a couple years ago on one of my blogs. I signed up for the free membership and used the site to help promote an online store. I had hoped to utilize the results to help my little business find a niche market. It was easy enough to set-up the surveys and quite easy to place in my blog and find the results. The results weren't what I had hoped for, but it was not due to Survey Monkey's program (mostly due to the lack of following on my blog).I have not used Survey Monkey for more than a year, though I still receive an occasional email from them. As far as the free membership went, it was a pretty good site, very easy-to-follow instructions and if you are just looking for vehicle to use for gathering information, then consider using the poll-type surveys at Survey Monkey. No matter if you are in school or business, Survey Monkey can help you gather the data you need and they look professional too! I would use them again. |

This is a great marketing tool. I learned about this tool from our marketing department at my job. I was the head of a department that made the products. Well part of my job was to not only ensure that we made the product in a timely manner, it was to ensure we didn't make too much of a particular product. That's when the marketing analyst at our job told me about this Survey Monkey site where I could use it to test our present areas where we sold product to get a feel where or not they would buy certain products or not. It gave a good idea of other information from which areas of the United States would purchase as well. That information was important for my position as part of my job was to get all product orders made within 24 hours and shipped and in the hands of the consumers within 7 days. A remarkable marketing tool to use. It helped me keep my ratio down to all customers receiving the products usually within 4 to 5 days, depending on area they lived. It helped me analyze how much raw materials I would need to keep on hand as well. Basically it helped me put systems in place to ensure the proper use of the companies funds were well spent.

Survey Monkey is great I had the honor of using Survey Monkey in college. I needed to create a survey for a project and I needed the thoughts of my peers regarding different fast food places they would enjoyed over another. Everything was a step by step process so it is not too confusing and contacting someone for support was great. I got responses in a decent manner. I haven't used Survey Monkey since college, but if I needed to use it again I would.

Great professional tool I've used the free version and found it very helpful. It has great features for customizing it to your own needs. I've used it to learn more about what people in my niche market were interested in hearing about. I definitely think that it led to more traffic in the long run. This tool is also pretty professional-looking, compared to other similar services. I've even seen quite a few established paid survey panels using it! I highly recommend it.
