Wealthy Affiliate is a membership site run by two Internet marketers (who only go by a first name basis) Kyle and Carson. The site is dedicated to teaching people how to succeed in the affiliate marketing business. The membership comes with video training, tools, hosting, community, one on one support and follow up coaching.
There are many membership sites dedicated to teaching you how to make it as an affiliate marketer and succeed with PPC advertising. Wealthy Affiliate is a membership site that has been around for awhile. The membership has been recently revamped with better features, more benefits, and easier interface. Let’s see what’s inside.
The first part of the membership is the content. There is an 8-week action plan which you can start out on. Although I thought it’d be mostly for beginners, I found it a great course for all marketers. The great part of this plan is that it focuses on action and getting things done to build your business. It’s not just a training program, but a guide that gives you real world marketing experience.
There are also many areas of training available to members. Everything from article marketing, PPC marketing, email marketing/list building, niche research, SEO, website development, and technical details are taught. So far, there are over 300 training tutorials with more being added every month.
The second part of the membership is the tools. You get a content generator, link protector, and SEO optimizer. There are several market research tools such as a tool to find keywords, analyze your competition, research Clickbank products, and more. If you need to build a site, you can use Site Rubix in addition to the templates to create quality sites.
I found some of the tools useful but I preferred my own personal tools I use everyday. The one tool that stood out for me was the tool called Niche Q. Every month the service uncovers niches and gives you custom sites, articles, keyword lists, email marketing campaigns, and more. This gives you great ideas on which markets to pursue if you don’t have any in mind.
The third part of the membership is the forum. This is one of the best private forums I’ve used. There are many great conversations, helpful members, and there isn’t any negativity you see in many public forums. Because the forum is made up of paid members, you’ll get to interact with like-minded marketers and network with a lot of great people.
The fourth part is the support and coaching. Kyle and Carson are very active and will be available to answer your questions. The customer support is also responsive so you won’t have to deal with any issues there. The personal coaching advertised is a little misrepresented. I thought it would be more of a one on one session, but it’s more like a Q&A type of deal.
The last part of the membership is the services. There are turnkey websites added to the site for those who don’t want to build a site on their own, free hosting for 3 sites, a task management tool, keyword list repository (a list of keywords for many niches), a jobs section (if you’re looking to outsource or want to offer your services), and a personal page where you can blog, network, and post pictures.
Wealthy Affiliate has received positive reviews from customers and established Internet marketers since day 1. There are so many different tools and services offered here, making this one of the most valuable membership at the price of $39 a month. I did feel a little overwhelmed by all the information. It’s important to start off on the 8-week action plan to get up to speed.
For those who already have their own suite of tools they use for their everyday business, there isn’t as much value. I personally felt that the content and forum carried the most value. This is one of the best membership sites out there, and I recommend it for anyone getting into the affiliate marketing business.

The Main Review Above Is Very Dated! Since the Review above, WA has completely revamped the entire site again. It is FAR easier to navigate in every sense now, has a Live Chat which is used for all discussions, but mainly for online /affiliate marketing topics. Today Wealthy Affiliate offers a Starter Membership, free to join for as long as one wants. There are no limits on how long one can stay. Another thing I see missing from the Review above is the Live Training where members interact with the instructor each week on what was known as the weekly "WABinar". Since then, this designation has been dropped and it's simply known as the Live Training. This has been a great hit with the membership since it began in 2010, hosted by "Jay" whose membername is "Magistudios". Recent additions to the line-up are the WA Classrooms, meant to help organize the massive volumes of training resources onboard. The training is gone through regularly and the older dated ones are filtered out in this way. The Classrooms afford yet another specialized area within the Platform for discussions. Finally, the latest has been the WA Boot Camps. Here members who take part follow through with daily tasks and instructions aimed at building out an authority site campaign. These developments are amongst many, many others that have taken place in the Members area since the above Review has been written. From a proud member of WA, Daniel Euergetes |

The Best I've Found Wealthy Affiliate has changed a bit since your report. It is either free or $47 a month (Premium Member) and they now have BootCamp training as of a month ago. Kyle and Carson are definitely "on tap" and are both very personable and available. Their training definitely works, I created a website in a day that ranked #1 on Google for my keyword. It's not "get rich", but rather a gradual learning curve. They are definitely in for the long haul... :)

Best Internet Marketing Membership Site By Far Wealthy Affiliate is by far the best, they have everything you need to succeed online. The support is fantastic and they also now have a free membership option where you can build 2 blogs hosted by them and use their keyword research tool as well as many more tools to choose from. I am currently a free member and there is more then enough here for me to get started. Now of course once you advance and start making some money online I would recommend to upgrade because you can have unlimited websites hosted by them and a lot more support. That's why I like wealthy affiliate, it fits the needs for every marketer.

They are not free member friendly They have some pretty good information and are ok if you want to create a free blog or research keywords, but IMO they are not worth upgrading for what you get. The free account is very restricted and you get no support or anything. They're not worth trying, IMO.

Good Service, a Little Pricey I like that you can get started with this service for just the monthly fee plus the cost of a domain, but the $47 can add up fast when you are just getting started. I learned a lot from this site and it pointed me to where I want to be now. It did actually help me make my first $1 online, and has a pretty good getting started system. Bottom line, amazing community, awesome info, just expensive and a little overwhelming, but if you can afford it, it is worth the money!

Wealthy Affiliates - a site with lots of information and lots of tools I have been using Wealthy Affiliate again for about two months. Wealthy Affiliate is a good site when you have some idea about what kind of promotion you want to do with your Internet website. For example, I already knew I wanted to do a blog about self-help issues. Therefore, I was able to focus on setting up the blog and look for keywords based on what I wanted to promote. Here are the main things I like about Wealthy Affiliates - free hosting for websites with membership, keyword search tool, link cloaker, and being encouraged to interact with other Internet marketers. The main negative about Wealthy Affiliate is I am overwhelmed unless I make my own schedule and follow it. |

Wealthy Affiliate I signed up for Wealthy Affiliate on November 27,2011. The reason I signed up is they had a one dollar trial offer for 30 days, and then it's 47 dollars per month after that if you want to stay a member. So I figured why not. I have to say I was pretty impressed with what they had to offer me for that dollar. I started out with the 30 day success club, which they send you a lesson a day for 30 days. It is kind of fast paced as you will have a wordpress site up with all your basic pages in just a few days. Right from the beginning they explain things pretty well and they have you watch a few videos, which do help. Then they have you pick a niche, buy a domain name and set it up for day 2. On day 2 they show you how to do keyword research and use there tool called wordpress express to install your blog. It is very easy to use this and you will have your blog up in just a few minutes, and they also give you free hosting so you don't have to pay for that. On day 3 you build all your pages on your blog, so like I said you have a working wordpress website up in 3 days and that's fast for beginners. One great thing I found out was if I had any questions about anything, I would get my answer fast in the forum from a skilled internet marketer, so I was not stuck on something I couldn't figure out. That's a big help! Over the next days of the club they teach you everything you need to know about running a successful online business from your home and making a full time living from it. I know that takes a lot of hard work and dedication but it can be done. After signing up for that first month I think I'm gonna stick around for a while and see how much I can really learn, I think for the tools and the amount of information they have available it's worth it!

Good place for newbies Wealthy Affiliate is a good place for newbies to start and learn basics about affiliate marketing and online business, they have plenty of tools to get your feet wet and play around with niches, keyword research and website building but WA is not really worth it for seasoned Internet marketers because hosting and tools are limited compared to similar applications available on the market. Forum is helpful but as far as personal help from Carson & Kyle you should understand that it is hard for them to provide personal help for every member as WA has well over 40K members.

I am a Member of WA for less than one month, these are my results My name on WA is RealityCheck, so anyone can verify anything I am saying here to be factual or true, because it is, & can be verified. I joined for the top price of $97 a mo. I joined on 8-12-11, & was overwhelmed & lost like everyone else. I got an email on Day 2 that told me exactly what to do & how to do it. Day 3 I got another email of what to do & how to do it, so I did that too. It took me 3 days to figure out that they were going to email me once a day & baby step me through a series of steps that had me doing exactly what is necessary to build an IM business, without being lost at all. I even found the "Videos" that go back several yrs & are done regularly. By Day 8 of being a member of WA I phone pitched a Local Market SEO deal for $839 a month in recurring revenue, & I get to keep all of the things I market on the site for myself. By Day 12 I had a referral, which pays me $46.50 a month, thus making my WA fee only $47 now. Day 1 was to buy my domain & transfer it to WA so I can learn how to set up WP etc. I was literally in business within 2 days, but still had to learn what & how to do everything, eventually it makes sense, but not the same speed for everyone. You keep working that 30 day plan & now you just need to scale it, & start learning more advanced techniques. I have not finished my first 30 days yet obviously. However I was able to figure out how to set up my blog & funnel using WA instructions & many more things, because their instructions are VERY clear if you can be patient enough to learn the language & theory. It takes time, work, & patience. I took advantage of the Jobs Board & earned $40 to pay for my WA difference & made another $199 on a few others to cover my fee for the next several months, my AWeber account, domain purchase etc. I am ranked #156 at the moment within WA, but I was around 5,000 when I joined. Participation counts. My view of Carson & Kyle? Come on, they earned me over $1,000 in about 2 weeks, basically paid for their course for a year right? No, actually almost 2 years in the first 2 weeks revenues alone. When I have tried to PM Kyle, he has replied 100% of the time, & even said if I needed anything just to PM him, since my deal is Local SEO & a bit advanced. I find it rather easy though. Kyle also does a regular "Ask Kyle" Live Chat, where any member can talk to him about anything for a few hours on a regular basis. The Forums. For example, each day of the 30 Day Course for new members has a specific thread, so if you have any problem on anything you can go there & read it to solve your problem, or ask a new question & plenty of people get messaged that there is a new post, so they show up & answer you. By this date there are over 500 learning tutorials, as more get added all of the time, since nothing is static online & new methods & ideas are developed constantly. There is also a large video section that is priceless. Others here have covered some of the other things that WA University has to offer, but much is new & totally missing from every one of these reviews as well. WA is now LIVE, & not so static. Anyone can open a live chat or join a live chat. The discussions are broadcast in a sidebar, where you can follow along, & after they close, you can still go in & scroll them if you missed them as well. Now for the bad news: Information overload is real, & you will fall behind on the 30 day course, as it is intense, depending on your existing skills & available time. I am not on Day 23 at the moment, I am behind, due to my Local Market Deal, but I am catching back up quickly, right from where I left off. In other words, it is ongoing... so long as you don't delete your emails, you can & will complete all of the tasks, I promise. Once you finish, you now know everything there is to earn money online, & can do so using primarily FREE services. If you do join, look me up & add me as a buddy. |

Initially looks good, but don't be fooled I too had been hearing good things about wealthy affiliate, and decided to try it out. I used the introductory rate about $5 for the week. I got on the site and was excited by the amount of things I saw there, and it does have a bit of potential if you decide to be a member for life. But as I delved into it, I had a hard time finding some of the items I really needed, like how to set up a wordpress site myself, and more importantly, how to tweak it to my liking. They do have a way of setting up a WP site for you, but if you ever leave the program, you don't have a way to access your site anymore. So once you start, you're stuck. Also, there were broken links and many of their videos needed updating. The glitter was wearing off quickly. The CC I used is one that I've set up specifically to buy things like this on the internet. The monthly membership fee for me was $47(?), no bigger then $50. Immediately upon the end of the one week trial, I received an email stating that I didn't have enough money in my account. I checked with the bank, and they had tried to charge an amount over $150. I didn't appreciate that. So I sent an email to the owner (Carson) of the company and received no response. (I also sent him a copy of everything I was doing, and never heard from him. ) I called the WA customer service number on my bank statement, only to find a recorded message that gave me an email as a way to contact customer service. I sent an email to customer service who sent me an email back stating that I needed to go to the forum and contact the owner via a private message. Really???? Primo service, guys... get with it... I poured though my account, and eventually found the tiny button that said, "Cancel Membership. " They didn't get the over $150 amount they were going for, but I did lose the $50 because of the contractual loophole. I thought it was a very expensive look into a program that I was going to give it a month, but could see already that the cons outweighed the pros for me. Then to top it off with the shady ethics... My recommendation is that you give this program some HARD thought. or, if you want to look at it, put it on your protected CC and first thing you do is find that cancel membership button. Then look around intently for a couple days (That means no getting back to this, look around immediately and decide if this is what you want quickly. ) If you do find the cons outweigh the benefits like I did, make sure you DO cancel on the 6th day, keep a record of it, and watch your bank statement carefully. |

Best University for Internet Marketers Ever! This program is the best program for you to start your way to become a successful internet marketer, it provides many tools. In WA you will learn everything about IM, like how to choose the best affiliate program to make a website that will generate money for you. Many tools like Keyword research tools that will help you in your campaign, also one of my favorites is NicheQ Research Reports. With this I can uncover many "Hot" niches in internet. Not only that, I also get pre-written follow up emails(it helps me so much), untapped Article & SEO keywords, PLR article and guides, that help me a lot to make a post in my blog. One best thing again is Wordpress Express, in here you can make your wordpress optimized blog in only about 30 seconds with so many templates there. It is very great for me and the bandwith and space is UNLIMITED. 1-1 support is one of the good ways to communicate in WA that you can consult with Carson and Kyle(founder of WA). And the last is Myspace WA, it's a forum that can be accessed only by WA and only WA members. It's exclusive only for the members where you can share your thoughts, ideas, and many things. You also can help each other in this forum. |

Wealthy Affiliate Review I used to be a member of wealthy affiliate but no longer. I did not leave the program because it wasn't good, I just wanted to pursue other opportunities at the time. If you are new to internet marketing, WA is a great place to get your feet wet and start learning the ropes. You are taught everything from how to choose affiliate programs to building your own website. One thing that was really unique to me was the WA Space community, like my space but for WA members only, it was nice communicating with other internet marketers. There is a step by step system that guides you through the process of starting a home based business online selling affiliate products. The only downfall is that after you complete say day 1, you will have to wait the allotted amount of time before day 2 will be revealed to you. It can be a week or two before the next section is revealed to you, meanwhile you are still paying the monthly fee. But you do have forums to browse through, and plenty of marketing info to keep you busy for along time. I would recommend this program to any beginner internet marketer, if you are an intermediate to advanced marketer there is still good info and training to be had, but you may feel like your not learning anything the first few lessons. |

Not good enough I joined Wealthy Affiliate in March 2010 because of the good things I read about them on the internet. I then started on the training program that is very extensive and somewhat confusing. It was very encouraging to read about all the success stories. Their forum and the other members were/are very helpful if you ask for advice. Still I had problems finding a clear path through the information jungle. That is the greatest hurdle on the member site: info overload. Another thing that annoyed me was that the established and successful marketer "stars" on the site were quite willing to help if you were prepared to pay for it buying their own created e-books etc... I didn't feel I was getting anywhere, but still believed in an internet future, though I felt more and more like a dummy trying to find my way. So simultaneously I joined another site in April 2010 for a trial period in order to compare the 2 services. The second one proved to me that I was no dummy; I just need a good mentor, who could give clear guidance for a beginner. So I canceled my membership of Wealthy Affiliate shortly before having to pay for my 3rd month. Conclusion: Wealthy Affiliate is a good site for the more advanced internet marketer, as a beginner, you can very easily lose your way as I did. |

Good site. Not great I've been a member of Wealthy affiliate for a few months and while I personally have not had any success there; I think it offers a lot of good content, good tools for the newbie, and a decent forum. The knock on it is the site layout. There is so much information that they way they designed it is a tab confusing. I'd recommend someone new trying it out for their trial period at minimum. |

Wealthy Affiliates- a God-send I have been a member at Wealthy Affiliates for less than a month and to me the site is a god-send. My sister and I joined together as a team. We had, at that time, been working very hard towards breaking into the realm of Internet Marketing. I should add, this is after we had been writing articles for various clients for several years. Filling the bill for these clients over time has enabled us to acquire many of the skills necessary to internet marketing- skills such as SEO, keyword searches and article submission. Despite this, our efforts to move into the IM industry at a higher level were continually frustrated. This frustration disappeared immediately upon joining the service at Wealthy Affiliates. Our path to Wealthy Affiliates was laid out by our friend Travis James. He and my sister had established a rapport together through their internet journalism projects. Travis has offered a lot of advice and support to us long before he ever sponsored us at Wealthy Affiliates. This is typical of all of the leaders at WA. It is one of the reasons we became members. Yes the leaders there are smooth and polished. But I think that is because they are very effective and experienced at what they do. Believe me, I am among the first to detect falsehood or insincerity. It is certainly true in my opinion that the website is massive. The tools and resources are exhaustive. Yet the content in the tutorials and guides is well written and easy to understand. The programs are “action based” and cover processes in a step-by-step manner. Planning and goal setting are built into the process also. There is motivating and factual information at the beginning of every one of the lessons which facilitate a positive mind-set. The forums have been a tremendous asset in all things considered. I am saying this from the perspective of being a total newbie. I had not even set up Facebook or Twitter accounts prior to my involvement with WA. So I am unfamiliar with the whole forum networking environment, yet was able to navigate well enough after some study. I wonder if some of the negative comments that I read were not the result of being unfamiliar with the art of acquiring information. I had the sense of not knowing what the right questions to ask might be. But the questions that I did post were quickly answered. And they were answered well- usually by several people. On the negative side, my experience has been pretty predictable. The frustrations I experienced to date are typical to any attempt at launching a new campaign. There is a learning curve especially in the beginning. There are skills and techniques that need be learned and implemented. There are systems to put in place. Anyone who has been in this position will recognize that this is true with almost every business endeavor. I am not surprised that there is some time involved before an income is generated. To me this only validates the authenticity of the service. That some one as green as me can learn to be an effective internet marketer is a remarkable accomplishment. I already know that as in most things in life, I (we) cannot do it alone. Wealthy Affiliates fits the bill. |

Bad support, too much information I would like to start things off by saying that their support is horrible, I sent a few questions and never got a single answer. Even though support is horrible they do have some boards in which you post questions and other members will answer them. This was the way that I got my questions answered because the support did not work, they just didn't answer. As soon as I joined I noticed that the site was very messy, it was hard to get around things which made everything more complicated. This made it hard to navigate around the website. These are some things I like about the site. Now for the good things. The training course that they offered was very good and informational. Overall recommend this to people that can see a lot of things without getting distracted easily because the website has a lot of information cluttered into one small space.

Wealthy Affiliate I had signed up with this wealthy affiliate in the past year. I used the website once in a while because it was very hard to navigate through. This site seems to have two very smooth business men, but the thing was, trying to navigate this site was very hard. I found the site to be way too messy. There are lots of pop-ups. There’s just too much information that you can't read through the whole time. It’s very hard to keep focus while you are on the site. Most of the time, I would just be kind of clicking around everywhere, checking out a lot of things but not actually finding any meaning. The only thing I found good was their weekly training program, but, to me, this site was much too messy.

Wealthy Affiliate Is Not Going To Make You An Instant Millionaire! Wealthy Affiliate is by far the best program out there for making money online. I've been a member for over a year now and never see myself canceling my membership because they're constantly upgrading their service. The problem that a lot of people face is that they think they're going to sign up and immediately start making money. You have to go through the information included in Wealthy Affiliate and really learn! Don't just try to skim through it. You're probably not going to make money within the first month, or maybe not even the first two months, but once you do start making money, you'll be making so much more than what you pay for membership. And the best thing about Wealthy Affiliate is the forum. That's where you get help most of the time, and that's where you're guaranteed to get answered all of the time. Not only do Kyle and Carson respond to you there but the other 35,000 members are all active in the forum and are ready to help you. So if you're ready to actually go through the Wealthy Affiliate Course and not just rush through it hoping to be rich in minutes, then check it out. You won't regret it. |

For The Newbie This is alright if you are a complete newbie. It is a good place to start for about a month, but that is about it. However, if you have any affiliate marketing knowledge than I would not recommend this. From my experience you just learn a fundamental knowledge of affiliate marketing. Once you know what you are doing it doesn't have any value to you at all. In fact, their tactics are kind of outdated and I don't believe they add value to staying with them. Again, good place to start, but once you have begun I would only stay for a handful of months, otherwise you will be paying for nothing. |

Wealthy Affiliate is About the Owners Getting Wealthy Wealthy Affiliate gets a "C-" rating from me. The site is difficult to navigate. The only real value is the forum and some of the tutorials. They teach methods that are not only antiquated but are borderline black hat. Such as: posting fake testimonials and comments on your website. Search Engines frown on these types of techniques. For the outrageous membership fee you can get far better information and tutorials online, many for free. It is only a matter of doing some research and devoting the time to organize your findings. I was a member for over a year and I learned much more form other sources than from the Wealthy Affiliate site. The membership pluses are not worth the fees that they charge. |

Come for the info, stay for the people I've been a member of Wealthy Affiliate University since September 28,2009. I joined after doing about a month's worth of research on the program. When I joined I was looking for access to private forums because I thought it would weed out a lot of the people who weren't serious about internet marketing. I was right. Users who aren't serious about learning tend to drop out of the program pretty quickly. The majority of people engaged in the program treat their memberships like an investment and take it very seriously. The SiteRubix feature they advertise is too limited for me, so I can't recommend it for any serious webmasters out there. I've contacted Kyle a few times regarding technical issues with the site and he responded to me very quickly. I've never actually bothered Carson with anything so I can't comment on him. I've heard other people complain that they didn't get responses, but my suggestion would be to post in the general forums. Someone will likely respond to you very quickly. Though I research in various places I usually find my answers at WA first. I've learned article marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC from the built-in training and other members. PotPieGirl has always been known to answer messages, especially to newbies. I can't speak for some of the other top marketers, but many of the top 10 have been very helpful. Information overload is definitely something to be prepared for when you join WA. Recently they restructured their "Action Plan" because they were getting some complaints about confusion. It now prevents you from jumping too far ahead and helps newbies focus on the fundamentals. It no longer lets you move on until you've completed certain tasks and time has elapsed between lessons. Some people will find that classroom aspect helpful. I prefer to navigate a site without restrictions. If you're very self-disciplined and aren't afraid to ask questions you'll have an advantage. The WA Gold system is a nice way of saying "thank you" to other members for helping you. Every piece of gold amounts to $0.10 USD, but it's real value is in showing other members you appreciate their help. Members are constantly adding text and video guides to the Training Center and improving the value of the community. Every resource is rated by the other members and commented on, so you can get a sense of how valuable the information is. The WA Spaces feature is a good way to network with other marketers and make friends. It's very easy getting to know other people in the community, especially through writing blogs in WA Spaces. Other users will frequently leave comments and add to the discussion you create. There are a lot of extra tools available, but I honestly don't use them very much. I spend most of my time in WA Spaces, the forums, and the Training Center. Wealthy Affiliate also has an affiliate program that pays you 50% of each new membership monthly. If you refer 2 people in a month your membership is already paid for. The interface seems to work best with Mozilla Firefox, though I prefer Google Chrome. |

Took the 8 week course and got the heck out I joined WA and took their 8 week course they were offering and although I did learn a few things I spend most of my time trying to figure out how to find it. Not easy to navigate. (Kyle and Carson) made themselves seem so accessible which I thought was great BUT I tried several times to ask questions and get the help they "were so eager to offer" silly me, I expected one of them to REALLY get back to me but not once did they ever. I found myself lost half the time. I can say that they do have a great forum because that's where I seemed to find my answers. I got the feeling that they had "favorites". I could see that there were a lot of folks struggling (myself included) and from reading the forums I could also see that they too were fed up. In a nutshell I would not recommend Wealthy Affiliate, save your money and get your answers from doing a Google search instead you'll get your answer faster.

Really Bad Site Layout I was a member for over a year, and barely used the site at all. Kyle & Carson seem like two pretty slick businessmen, but trying to navigate this site is a mission unto itself. I found the site to be way too cluttered, there are way too many pop-ups and options, and there’s just too much content. It’s very hard to maintain focus while on the site, and I spent most of my time on there just kind of clicking around aimlessly, checking out a lot of things, but not actually accomplishing anything of significance. Their weekly training program was pretty good, but, that aside, this site is just too cluttered for me.

Wealthy Affiliate My friend and I decided to split the cost for this website around 1 year ago (wealthy affiliate). At first we were very excited with all the videos and stuff they had to offer. Once we purchased this we realized that the "wholesale items that you buy" have no potential to make money when reselling the items individually. My friend and I have researched for hours on every item and found no way to possibly make money through this. The good thing is that they had/have a 30 days money back guarantee and when we informed them of the situation they EASILY refunded our money. Unless they have changed the way they do things or the websites they deal with I would not hesitate to try it out since you will receive your money. |

Excellent Program But Not for Those Expecting Overnight Success I just started this program a month ago. It is a wealth of information. The tutorials, forums, articles, tools, training is just a small portion of what they offer. It is a complete program. It has been a great learning platform for me as a somewhat newbie. I have read many comments from people who have not had success with the program. I think many quit too soon. Many of the success stories show that most did not make their first sale for at least a couple of months. This is not a get rich quick scheme. Any business takes time and to think that you will succeed in one month is too high of an expectation. It is hard to stay focused because there is so much information. That's where the personal attention would be helpful. But, lets get real - it would cost a fortune to get that kind of personal attention. I am getting a huge bang for my buck. Stay focused and stay committed the success will follow! |

I am wealthy I have been a member of Wealthy Affiliate for the past 3 years, with that being said, you can see that I clearly am happy with this program. I was a newbie 3 years ago when I joined and wanted to get going in this world, I was ready to do whatever it takes and with Wealthy Affiliate it didn’t take much, they put everything out there in the open for me, all I had to do was use the information I was given. Within a few months of using W/A I made my first sale, a few months later my first $100 day, and today I now make an easy $300 a day, this place has molded me into what I always thought I could be. The tools inside W/A are unmatched and are alone worth the monthly fee of being a member. All newbie’s check this out, once you get in you will find people like me that are ready to help you on your venture.

Horrible program I would not recommend wealthy affiliate to any one here on IMRC, now here are my reasons:This website claims that they are here for newbies and that they will help mold us into successful internet marketers. However once you get a membership you realize that there are a lot of pros in the forums and that this could be very helpful, so I sent a few messages to people like pot pie girl and Travis the bum marketer. What I got was zero replies, no one replied to me, no one was there to help. I then thought I would send a message to Kyle and Carson, once again never received a reply back from them. I found no support in this place and there is information overload with the hundreds of written tutorials, they should have videos instead. But with that being said, a lot of the tools they had available including the hosting were useful, but this is not as it seems. Pass it. |

Wealthy affiliate, not bad I was lost, I was alone and I had no idea how I was going to start making money online. I saw all these videos and sales letters of these gurus making millions online and saying how easy it was, I wanted to do the same but I did not know where to start. I found wealthy affiliate and thought this could be the place that changes my luck with internet marketing. When I joined I was greeted very nicely by many members, they all helped me get started and every time I had an issue I came back to the forum and they were there to support me every step of the way. I was also impressed with the easy to use website builder they had available to me and the keyword research tool. I found the training tutorials very easy to understand. Another thing I loved about W/A was the search bar whenever you get lost you just search your key words and I guarantee you will find what your looking for.

This is an upsetting decision I joined this website hoping to make some money finally. I was so lost online and couldn’t make a single sale. I knew once I joined I would still be lost, but my sponsor told me that they would guide me through the whole process. I have not seen my sponsor since I joined through him. When I joined I was alone so I started working the forums, I saw pot pie girl and sent her a private message to ask for guidance. She never replied. This place has really surprised me, I thought it was there to help you, but they just made me feel unwanted, with wealthy affiliate the rich get richer and the broke stay broke. Skip this school of lies.

I am a wealthy affiliate Newbie’s stop searching on google for ways to become successful online, stop trying figure everything out on your own like I did. Wealthy Affiliate has everything you need in one place. I was so lost and confused with this whole affiliate marketing and article marketing, I did not even know what a campaign was. Before I joined Wealthy Affiliate I knew nothing, now I can say that I can create a website, I can do key word research, I can write successful articles, I can do successful PPC campaigns, I can get good SEO rankings and so much more. This place is perfect for newbie’s and will have you go from zero knowledge to overload. Once you join you will be overwhelmed, but take your time and read through everything and soon you will be educated in the world of affiliate marketing. |

Not as it states I was a newbie when I found out about this program. I was looking to get trained on internet marketing and learn the ropes. I heard about Wealthy Affiliate through many forums and many different websites. This program seemed to have all the things I needed in one place. Once I joined I was a bit shocked to see things appear the way they did. I was excited for this so called 8 week action plan, which they no longer have available. I also expected video tutorials, but all I got was text. I expected the forum to release secrets I only dreamed of, I learned less there than in local forums. I found rapid writer to prove successful for my article campaigns and key word research. I got free hosting which worked quite alright, and the site builder was easy to use. In closing I feel as if this program is not how it states and that they sugar coat many things. I received no support from the creators and was stuck reading through pages of tutorials and training guides. This is not worth the monthly price, go to local forums and you can learn all the same. |

Wealthy Affiliate is Not For Newbies I got sucked into joining Wealthy Affiliate for one year! The affiliate promoting the membership was really convincing. I thought I would be saving $10 a month by getting a full year's membership. Unfortunately, Wealthy Affiliate does not allow refunds. Every newbie who posts a comment in the forum complains about being confused, overwhelmed, and lacking in direction. There is not much guidance for beginners. However, one could ask for help in WA forums. A lot of resources are prepared by different members so the quality of resources available varies. I have personally posted in the forum that Wealthy Affiliate is more like club for more experienced affiliates. |

Learned a little, but not worth it I cannot totally complain about this program because I did learn a few things I never knew and also have met some great people through the site. However this program is not worth a $37 per month fee, but I say pay for one month and you will learn everything you can and you will meet others that will help you become highly skilled in internet marketing. If you have plenty of money to spend then stick with this program, they have many tools that prove useful, rapid writer, site rubix, the forum and the job board. I give this a B-.

Different once you join Wealthy Affiliate is something else. I mean I looked all over the place for a great learning program that was going to get me into internet marketing from being a newbie. I was comparing both Wealthy Affiliate and Maverick Money Makers. Due to the prices I chose Wealthy Affiliate. I have to say I am not too pleased with that decision. My sponsor left me once I joined and I never received one reply from either Kyle or Carson. There are some useful tools on the site though including, rapid writer, site rubix and keyword research tool. However this is definitely not worth the reoccurring $37 dollars a month for those services. I did not gain much knowledge from this program, considering I had already learned most of it on Affiliorama. However, I did end up finding a few friends who are guiding me through my internet marketing career. I will not be joining for next month, for it did not meet my expectations, but others may find this useful, depending on their skill level.

This is great This place is amazing, I have been a member for the past month and I have already got my next month's payment paid for just by replying to the job board inside W/A. This place is great to link with people in need of services and to post your services. I have also created 3 websites with the site rubix program and have all turned out quite nice and it is so simple to use. I have to say the forums are not as great as they are hyped up to be, but they are not too bad. I also like the training tutorials and the rapid writer, they have both helped me further my knowledge of being an internet marketer.

Being a newbie on the site can be very confusing but has great content I got a membership with Wealthy Affiliate because at the time I was thinking about doing affiliate marketing. I tried this site for a month and it was okay. There was so much information I didn't know where to start. I just pretty much read the forums a lot to see where people had started off and just went from there. I ordered Pot Pie Girls guide One Week Marketing Plan and it was GREAT! I absolutely loved it because she gives step by step instructions what you need to do to be a successful marketer. It told you more about where to go with writing about products than WA. (I felt) I liked reading the forum about people making sales because it was an influence that I could do it too. After that month I canceled my membership because I didn't feel like I could do everything by myself and I would have loved a sponsor or someone to help me out more. I'd pick people on there to ask questions and sometimes it took days for a response. I wanted to get started right away but awaiting for people to respond to an question you really need the answer to can be a little bit irritating. But out of all, I think it just takes time to get used to and there are a lot of helpful people on that site. If I ever decide to get into affiliate marketing business again, I'd most like join back.

Didn't Have Any Success With This I was with them for about a month before I finally gave up. I had high hopes for this program because I read so much about how amazing it is, how it helped a lot of people on their way to success. Well, I didn't get the results that I expected from it. I don't blame the program though. I think the main reason why I failed is that it is too much information for me, more than I dare take in this time around. I was lost more often than not, and was thrown in a sea of information that made my head spin. I guess if I was a more dedicated affiliate than I am today, I would see the positive results that other people are seeing from Wealthy Affiliate. Maybe a couple of years into this field and I'd be willing to try this again. Don't get me wrong, the support is pretty good compared to other places, and I learned a lot from the people in the forums who give out useful information for free, but I don't think I will miss this one a lot. But as I said, maybe I'd give this another shot in the near future.

Great for the first few months This is a great community for anyone that is trying to get involved in internet marketing. Kyle and Carson (the owners) are very helpful and they've set up a series of videos, lessons, etc. to help you learn the steps to become a successful internet marketer. On top of that, they host 3 of your websites on their server, so when you're ready to advance to website building, you can host it with Wealthy Affiliate. Also, they include a website builder that is very easy to use, and fun :-) It's great, I would recommend. But I will also add that although it's a ton of great information, after a few months I found myself stuffed with knowledge, and not needing to pay the monthly membership anymore. If you want to learn Internet Marketing, it's worth the monthly fee. After that? It's not really needed. (In my opinion ;)

Broke affiliate indeed I am so upset to see this website still holding up a mark of a B. This program is absolute garbage. You honestly join the website expecting this amazing forum with unmatched help and you get 0 replies after 5 days of your help needed post. Their site rubix program was also not like I expected, it is so amateur. The only thing I liked about this place was the fact that I could post my skills up and get some money for them, I made over 65 dollars utilizing my online skills. Also I would like to note that I messaged Kyle about a hosting problem I was having and he never answered me. I since canceled my account. Broke affiliate indeed, I gave them a D.

More like Broke Affiliate After hearing and reading countless good things about Wealthy Affiliate I decided to see what the fuss was all about and so I purchased the $39.99 membership. All I got was information overload and there is nothing unique about it really. All the information they provide you can get it for free if you really do a deep internet search. I use Majic Guru to get most products like these for free. The founders Kyle and Carson look good on their videos but they really are no help at all. Their support team is rubbish as they never usually respond to you. Worse off is that the more I tried to understand the program, the more confused I got. It's very complicated and not worth the $39 monthly membership. All you ever get is them trying to make you upgrade your membership or buy some other product so in reality wealthy affiliate should be called broke affiliate as there is no way of you making a passive income with this. You might get away with a few dollars but this is one program that you lose a lot more than you gain so I would stay away from it. |

Do not look for help with Wealthy Affiliate As a new person to their program, naturally I had a lot of questions. Unfortunately, the only response I ever got back was for me to find someone else that had joined and ask them to answer any questions I might have. The only thing I found helpful was the "Keyword Generator", everything else was just common knowledge that most people would already know.

OH Wealthy affiliate Wealthy affiliate... now what do I say about them? Well lets start at he time before I joined W/A. I was reading review after review about how amazing this place was, how amazing of an opportunity it was, how anybody trying to make it in IM should start with this place. With all these amazing reviews I had to join for myself I mean who wouldn't right? Well After I signed up I took a look through all my learning materials and browsed through all the tools they had available. After that I thought okay so now what? well I decided to introduce myself in the forum post my goals and seek a mentor, I found many offers for a mentor all wanting cash of course... So I decided to stick by myself. I messaged kyle and carson to ask them how to set up a landing page with the hosting they offer and I never received answer back from wither of them. I posted it on the forum and once again nothing. Legendary form? I think not. All the pros make the money on there and post it on the forum while the newbies seek help and don't get any unless they are willing to pay. I canceled my subscription I am not forking out another 40 dollars this month. Thank you wealthy affiliate for teaching me how to waste 40 dollars!

Sponsor Left Me Empty Handed I joined Wealthy Affiliate not too long ago. I read up on it through several websites including this one. There were so many great reviews about it and so many people recommending it, I thought this was the place for me. I found a website with an affiliate offering $10 off my first month, so I decided to join through him and try it out cheaper. He informed me that he would send it via paypal and that he was a top marketer and that he would coach me to be like him. After a few short emails I decided I would sign up through him, I joined and sent him my receipt, he never emailed me back and has not since I joined. I found out through some people in Wealthy Affiliate that the guy was a phony and that I would not be receiving my $10 or my coaching. Besides my sign up filled with empty promises, I found the training material inside very useful but at the same time a lot to take in. I was looking forward to the 8 week action plan, which had been discontinued I soon found out. So I tried out the well known forum, I wont lie it's packed with useful information and helpful members. I also found rapid writer a very useful tool in creating my articles, hard to understand in the beginning but after a few tries it became quite easy to use. However the forum and the rapid writer are not worth my 39 dollar fee per month. I have also networked with many individuals through Wealthy Affiliate and we chat daily and they have helped me a lot. But I will tell you now once this month is up I will not be renewing my subscription, what they offer can be found for free and or much cheaper. |

Too much information in one place Wealthy Affiliate was the first site I joined when I was starting out in IM, after I heard about it from Lynn Terry's forum. It is a good place to be in, but I was truly a newbie at internet marketing and honestly I got really confused in the process. There was too much information thrown at me and by the time I went through a module I was presented with the other one going in a completely different direction, which scared the heck out of me. Maybe now I'd see it all with different eyes, but honestly as a starting internet marketeer this might not be the best place to be in. We keep hearing that the best way is to learn one thing and stick with it until you make enough money and then either scale up or move on, and from my one year experience with IM I've learned to see it this way too. Just jumping from one thing to another so you absorb as much as possible from all aspects of internet marketing is too much for any newbie. No wonder so many give up from the start. What I also found troubling was that every tool was server side, and of course it's obvious why this would be so: to keep you in the program at $39 a month. Once you start hosting your sites there for free, once you use your keyword research tool, save your results and basically put a lot of effort into it while you're still in the trial period, it's really difficult to just up and go when the one month trial is over. But it doesn't have to be this way. Most of these tools are to be found free on the net and for some there's a small fee involved, you don't have to get stuck with the inside tools to keep you going. However, if there's anything I truly miss from that membership site it is the forum. With people like Potpiegirl, Travis (the bum method guy) and a few other ones who give a lot of free info, this was truly a place that you could learn from. If only the forum were a separate place with let's say a $10 access monthly fee, I'd join in a heartbeat. |

Very Disappointing I wanted to succeed online quickly so I wanted to learn the "tricks of the trade". After all the positive things I was hearing about Wealthy Affiliate university, I decided to sign up because I was getting nowhere fast. I thought that since I was paying for the information it will be given to me easily, I also thought that I would have different level courses to cover in order to graduate the learning process. All that was not to be, the first thing I was to do as part of a "quick start" was to join the forum and introduce myself; I was to get myself acquainted with the site and I was really on my own after that, with no real guidance. I was encouraged to contact certain persons if I had any problems or just to talk. I left the site quickly after that one visit, very disappointed. After that I would go back periodically when I saw any good write up about it, I felt that it was just me who could not find success with Wealthy Affiliate University. Persons on the forum said they found success with W.A. after a year, and by then they were so impressed that they stayed on. I could not afford to pay a monthly fee for a year and beyond before I get any returns, so after about four months I stopped paying. I have not regretted my decision, since then I have received emails fro W.A. encouraging me to return because that they have put more features into the program etc, but I do not think I will ever go back, my disappointment was too great.

The Best Affiliate Membership Site Around Basically you get everything you need in internet marketing. And the value for the money is huge for 39 $, compared with all the other expensive programs like Maverick Money Makers. This program is way better. The tools inside were a great help to me and saved me lots of time. For example, the keyword research tool is among the best, and I haven't really used any of previous keyword tools that I've already purchased. I love the article power & PPC power feature, very simple & saves me time. Rapid writer is also awesome for writing articles. It can duplicate & help you find out the density of your articles with ease. I also like the new NiceQ feature. It's amazing. You basically get everything you need to make great sites, templates, article packs, Email marketing packs, and guides to give away. This section alone can make you 10 times the money you paid in the membership. And the share zone has the best guides I've ever read on IM. And you get actually get gold for quality posts. So even this can make you money. And there's a TON more cool features in WA that it would take an ebook to show. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of step by step videos, though there's an abundance of text which many newbies won't really like. Though if you do read everything and take action, this is the best place ever to make money. And there are many successful people around making as much as 1000 $ a day or even more. I advise all newbies to go there. It will really help you! |

The best source overall I signed up for this service and can honestly say I have never been happier with a product. There is a built up community that is incredibly helpful and everyone is there to answer your questions. Anytime I was stuck I immediately got an answer to one of my support posts. I thought this service may have been another scam at first, but I found so much useful information I was shocked. In the 8 week action plan alone you can learn how to start making money through affiliate programs. What's even better is wealthy affiliate gives you a great place to host your pages. Without this service I would have never heard of STF which is now my highest earning affiliate program. |

Such poor customer service I tried to sign up for wealthy affiliates (WA) and their website kept giving me an error message. I emailed them and one of their reps did not help me with my issue at all. On the other hand she just kept asking me to repeat my issue over and over. I had followed everything that she had told me to do, such as download mozilla fire fox and sign up through there and the issue should be resolved but after doing all of that, it still gave me an error message. when I emailed them again , they pretty much said that their website does not have a problem and I don't know how to fill out the payment site. My goodness! I go shopping online practically everyday and I don't know how to fill out the payment site?? Since I shop online I would at least know that much! right??I decided not to sign up with WA since I didn't get good customer service from them. They did not have a phone # to call and they can ignore your emails. So if you are a newbie, I would not recommend it. If you sign up for it your pretty much on your own. |

Just Started - Love It When I first joined Wealthy Affiliate I was overwhelmed at the amount of knowledge there was. But I quickly learned some strategies and was able to get my first Squidoo lens up. I'm still not done learning though, there is SO MUCH you can learn about internet marketing. The forums are great, ask any question and you can get a prompt answer. Definitely recommend this.

My personal experience with WA Well for starters I looked all over the internet prior to signing up with Wealthy Affiliates. I have wanted to jump into the Internet marketing scene for a long time. Once I had done some research, I found that Wealthy Affiliates was indeed a legitimate website and had a large active community. They have two main ways for you to sign up. You can either opt for the monthly which is right now 40 bucks a month or the yearly which is around $360. I opted for the monthly plan to see how things look. I was very surprised and happy about my decision to use this site because they have a TON of current and useful resources that you can dive right into after joining. They even have their own gold system so that you can write your our resources and get paid for doing so. In fact, I am about to get my money back from signing up this month with them just from the articles I have written on their website! Very cool!

Since the Review above, WA has completely revamped the entire site again. It is FAR easier to navigate in every sense now, has a Live Chat which is used for all discussions, but mainly for online /affiliate marketing topics.
They have some pretty good information and are ok if you want to create a free blog or research keywords, but IMO they are not worth upgrading for what you get. The free account is very restricted and you get no support or anything. They're not worth trying, IMO.
I like that you can get started with this service for just the monthly fee plus the cost of a domain, but the $47 can add up fast when you are just getting started. I learned a lot from this site and it pointed me to where I want to be now. It did actually help me make my first $1 online, and has a pretty good getting started system. Bottom line, amazing community, awesome info, just expensive and a little overwhelming, but if you can afford it, it is worth the money!

I had signed up with this wealthy affiliate in the past year.

I would not recommend wealthy affiliate to any one here on IMRC, now here are my reasons:
